Sorting by value is a feature that is in the works. The feature is not difficult, but for users with more than 30,000 items it eats up too much memory or time to sort. We will come up with a different solution soon.

We will have the moderator submission bug fixed this week.

We will look into fixing the issue with angelic rod grant. We will soon have a system to automatically grant angelic rod after a comprehensive validation check. This feature is still in the works.
We do grant trophies, for 1st-10th in every category except Overall, which only gets the Gold for 1st. We try to get them out as soon after the month switches over as possible. The Trophies are granted pending a manual review so please be patient.

Once a user is offered a floating item such as the chest, the chest will show up again shortly if it has not been claimed for one reason or another. We will look into having it avoid pages that refresh automatically.

QUESTION CATEGORY - GAMES - AQUARIUM
Question - I get notices of aquarium glow times but the glow does not happen at the time specified. This has happened repeatedly to me and at least 2 other users. I posted a bug report in January and updated it several times, including today. I see no pattern of time of ignored glows. Why this is happening? Will you fix it? Thanks in advance.
In March Lanzer answered: "That's an odd one, I'll run some debug and see why this is happening."
Whatever debug Lanzer tried back in March didn't work. The problem continues. Can you try to fix this? Thanks..

It's not so much a glitch than how today's browsers do not support flash files anymore, especially ones that are under a certain size. Browsers like to mark those as ads or potentially harmful programs and refuse to load them by default. As a result, Astra animations are no longer supported.

We haven't got a chance to look into this yet. Once we have a chance we'll do some testing and see why, if any of our emails are getting blocked.

Unfortunately this would not be possible with a ticket. We don't allow users to create standalone mods such as this.

I am still missing a ton of game tab items that vanished during trades from January/February. The items showed up in trade history for both accounts, but neither account has the items. The item recovery tool that was recently added earlier this month did not recover the items on either account. I've asked about this on a couple of ats as well as filed a ticket and haven't heard anything. If someone could look into this it would be appreciated.

We just added a game item recovery tool for trade. If you scroll down on the main trade page you should see the link for the recovery tool. Please try that and see if it helps.

So the daily plat gift that automatically pops up when we log in everyday, the way it was before, we didn’t have to click to collect it we’d just get the daily gift automatically. Can it be changed back to that or can there be a link added somewhere? (If there’s already a link I’m not aware of please let me know.) That way if we miss it or it gets cut off then it’ll be easier to collect that day instead of missing it.

Does Gaia plan to sell or release more IRL Gaia merchandise in the future? Either through more Gaia Box Tickets, Gaia Artist Alley Box Ticket, or other purchase options? I would love to buy more IRL Gaia merchandise like plushies, shirts, enamel pins, autographed art prints etc. I have already bought a majority of the merch from the booth hosted at cons in the past and the redbubble shop. New merch would be really cool and fun! :D

Right now Gaia is breaking even, but we still have some debts that we need to finish paying so that's taking a small toll on us. Once the debts had been paid off we should be in better shape!

we also need some new really nice starter sets (like with arm and legmods) and a randomize function that can put together options from every previous starter set.
there's a ton of avatar creation apps out there that appeal to young teens and they could be the future on gaia if we make things appeal to them.
