
Qarpiza sighed as she sat back, looking at her latest painting. It was a mess, yes, but she thought it was a beautiful mess. There was paint...everywhere. It was a good thing she kept one of her extra rooms as her studio with plastic on the floor. Surprisingly, to her at least, her paintings were fairly popular and sold with some regularity. That meant she was able to afford a nice little house with plenty of room to do whatever she wanted.
But lately she was feeling lonely. She wasn't the type for a committed romantic relationship but...a child. Someone she could teach to love art as much as she did. She smiled at that thought and just like that, she was decided.
Looking down at her clothes and fur, she snickered. Maybe a shower first.
