Mourite did not see much of his General usually. He stayed in contact with her, of course, but never felt the need to try to worship the ground she walked on - like some other agents did of their Generals. He always felt there was some sort of unspoken agreement between them: you do your work and don't ******** up, and I won't bother you.
Course, he felt like he'd ******** up lately with Dinara, and somehow figured that had gotten back to his General just by word of mouth. Nothing was exactly... private in the Negaverse, after all. But he'd stayed under the radar so far.
So far.
He lay on the table Cavasitite had found him on a few years ago now and stared at the stars above him. He wondered if he could ever get up there some day, to the stars.
What would await him there, he wondered.

It hadn’t been much of a conscious decision to take a stroll past the area where she had first corrupted Mourite, but when Cavansite felt the aura of a lieutenant, she went to investigate. To her surprised delight, she found the very lieutenant in the same spot that she had found him before, and with a soft chuckle, she glanced down at him, brows raised. “Fancy meeting you here, Mourite. I’m glad to see that you’re busy working.”
The General sounded almost amused and slid onto the bench of the table, resting her elbows atop it. “It’s been a while since I’ve checked in on you.” Thankfully, nothing of his scandal with the Cosmos Page had seemed to have come to Cavansite’s ears, or doubtless the woman wouldn’t have been quite so pleased to see him.
“Did you see the notice about the tournament that’s coming up again? I know you were in it last year, and you did quite well. I’d like it if you were to enter again.” She watched him for a long moment, feeling suddenly prideful as she thought of the day she watched him taking on the half youma. Of course he had won. Like he should this time too.
“Two of my other protégés are going to be entering as well, a pair of corrupt senshi under my watch. I don’t actually think that the boy is worth much, but that firecracker girl may just give you a run for your money if you have to face her.” Though, she would welcome seeing that battle. And she knew in her heart that she would not be able to honestly choose who she would want to win it.

Mourite chuckled and sat up, saluting his General. It had been quite a while since he'd seen her, and it only seemed proper. Even if she was just sitting at the table to talk to him.
"Didn't do the best, after that one. But if you want me to, I'll enter again. Good experience the last time," he said with a firm nod of his head. He wasn't opposed to this whole thing, and it had been a good learning experience last time. Being able to punch that half-youma in the face definately did good things to his ego.
He needed to do some more spars with other agents.
"Who are these corrupts you have under your wing? Where they around last tournament?" he asked, head titled to the side. He was curious who this competition could be, and just how many agents she had at her command.
