Delilah was twenty-one now.
Honestly, she wasn't really sure what that meant to her. She knew what it theoretically meant, she supposed. For one, she was legally allowed to drink now, which was apparently a big deal. At least, it came up a lot in her classes, it came up a lot in her internet searches, it came up a lot in her slice-of-life young adult novels. It seemed like a big deal that she go and drink on her twenty-first birthday, actually.
Talking with Sedna and pondering on it had made her determine that she wasn't going to take that route, though. Too risky. Too many thoughts in her head. Too many foolish things she could say and regret later. Too many ways to end up possibly dead in a ditch somewhere. Maybe one of her fellow agents would decide just to take her starseed for her possibly traitorous thoughts. It would make her useful to Metallia in at least one way...
Delilah, calm down.
She shook herself out of her thoughts, looking back over at the pouting Omorose. It was cute, but honestly, "I mean, it is an all-you-can-eat buffet," replied Delilah, with a playful wink, squeezing Omorose's arm just a bit. "You
could just gorge yourself without the whole," she scrunched her nose, "draining people part. Besides, isn't that just more work?"
Honestly, right now, Delilah just wanted to have a good time. No Negaverse business.
(Though it seemed like that was hard to avoid with Omorose sometimes. Might have just been the life of a force corrupted senshi with no past memories...)
"I say we just get like, four plates each and pile them
to the sky."
Admittedly, Delilah was a little excited to try out a buffet
without the famishing hunger.
