The High Elves hold majority of power within 'iilhi and it's capital city Pius. High Elves have the closest blood relations to the old duo gods. High Elves commonly split themselves into different and respective Houses. The High elves who do not rule as the duo rulers are stationed as Dukes and other clergy. Each house leader is stationed in a seat of the duo rulers highest counsel.

How to Notice A High Elf: High Elves always have upward pointed ears. Their divination in their blood gives them a holy glow that they always appear beautiful to anyone of any race.
