Etamin had just finished his morning training and was about to power down when he sensed another Order Member in the area (occ: is this ok? I can change it?)

It was a Saturday, so no school, and it just happened to be a day he had off of work. It was a day he had to check out this unusual power reading. He called out. "Helloo.. fellow order member. Greetings."

Encke didn't typically find himself out during daytime patrols, but on this particular Saturday, he and Richard had some plans for the evening. Unwilling to completely skip a day of patrol, Ignacio had decided he'd power up a bit earlier than usual while Richard was at work and see if there was anything around.

Couldn't hurt, right?

Thus far, the patrol had been a bit uneventful with just a simple monster dusting thus far -- admittedly unsurprising, considering how many he had run into that preferred to do their business at night -- but he did notice the nearing Order aura. Senshi, likely a super from what he could tell. Encke decided to change his track just a bit, hoping to run into the other.

At the very least, he could make sure the other senshi was doing alright.

It seemed the other senshi had noticed him, too, though he supposed his aura made him obvious. He didn't think he was that important, though. The greeting caught him by surprise, and Encke couldn't help a bit of a snicker at the formality of it all. "Hey there!" He lifted an arm and waved when he was fairly sure he was in sight range of the other, and jogged over.

"Nice to see some other senshi out," remarked Encke, as he arrived in front of the other senshi. "Don't usually patrol this early. Is this a normal time for you?"

Sailor Hawk
That's totally fine!

Etamin looked the powerful youth wearing pants, as a part of his uniform and frowned. That wasn't the problem. In this day and age men and young men, should be wearing pants or even shorts! Instead, as Etamin's olive face started to turn darker with embarassment, he was wearing some sort of Egyptian Kilt. He just hoped this guy wouldn't notice.

In response to the Senshi' question, he responded, "Actually, with work and school, I don't have a usual time. By the way, I'm Super Sailor Etamin, but call me Etamin. Looks to me like you're an Eternal..." He took a good look at the Senshi and realized there a glowing line design around the Senshi's arms and other places.."With a usual twist," he finished, confused.

Why was he blushing? Had Encke done something wrong?

He was fairly sure all he did was say hello...

Encke opted not to comment on it, deciding that pointing attention to the embarrassment would probably just make it worse. Instead, he listened to his--Etamin's--words and attempted to figure out a few things about him. Work and school implied that he was definitely still of school age. From the formal greeting, he guessed Etamin was probably younger, maybe in high school? He was fairly sure someone closer to his age would be a bit more casual about things.

Not that he really understood the point of formality in the first place.

At the mention of the twist, Encke's genial expression shifted to a grin.

"You're right! Transcendent Eternal Sailor Encke, but you can just call me Encke. Title's too formal." And, frankly, even after a year, Transcendent Eternal still had a way of ringing horrifically pretentious. There was a part of him that appreciated the ring to it and the safety it brought, but the other part of him still cringed at being addressed that way. "Gonna assume by the way you were eyeing me that the transcendence's what you're referring to as the twist."

Proud of his markings, Encke lifted both his hands, wiggling his fingertips in the air. It didn't cause the same sort of interesting streaks in the air as it did at night, but... "That's what the markings are from."

Good; Encke didn't seem to notice that Etamin was wearing what men these days would call a dress. The blush left Etamin's face as he grew more confident. Although, time to time, the wind would swish through the kilt. He needed to find out how he could wear something under it (everytime he would transform everything would vanish except the uniform...)

Anyways... Encke was mentioning that he was a Transcendent Eternal Senshi. That was interesting. He had never heard of Transcendent. He had been studying too. Encke moved his arm and hand in such a way that the glow from them lashed out into the air and back again. "Wow!" He was impressed. "Okay, so I just happen to be studying different types of Order paths and warriors. Do you mind teaching me about this Transcendence?"

Encke couldn't help grinning just a bit wider at how impressed Etamin seemed. It probably, helpfully, buried the fact that the continued formality was amusing him. Order paths and warriors?

He guessed that was one way of putting it. A different way than his sister's comic book superhero comparisons, but...

"No problem!" Encke gestured for the other to follow him, perhaps wiggling his fingers just a bit more than necessary as he did, moving over towards a bench so the two of them could sit down. He didn't feel any threatening auras in the vicinity. No reason to just keep standing around, waiting for something to happen.

Once he settled, he turned towards Etamin and simply asked, "Have you been to space yet? Your moon, asteroid, planet, comet, whatever you have out there."

Etamin frowned. He had been to space (when he rose to Super and that had not been pretty) but he didn't have a Moon, a Planet, an Asteroid, or a Comet. The Human Race simply did not have the words to describe it. The best they could do was describe as a Star, the surface of a Star. But no that wasn't quite right either, because once couldn't survive on a Star, even the surface of a Star..

"I don't know what to call it, but yes I have." Etamin offered perplexed. "Technically, it's a Star... but ..." He trailed off...

Encke's brows lifted in fascination.

He didn't know what to call it? What did he mean that he had a star? Technically? Were those of Etamin once people who lived directly on the surface of a star? How could they do that? What would have evolved to allow them to do that? What would living there be like? What were the structures on his planet--his star--like?

Honestly, Encke wanted to know everything, but he worked to pull his brain in and remind himself that he was being asked a question, originally.

"Technically?" asked Encke, curiously, hoping that Sailor Etamin would choose to elaborate. He continued on with his answer in the meantime, though. "But good! Keep visiting your star. If you keep visiting your star and care for it, I think that's what causes this." With that, he waved his fingers in the air. "Every transcendent I've met has had a close bond with their planet."

Or comet, in this case.

Sorry this took so long. Been on Hiatus
"Well, I've only visited once, and it was a mess. but it seems to have been a lot like Ancient Egypt. Especially the desert part. That's all I know for sure right now. I don't know yet how they came to live on a star.," commented Etamin. "However, I do plan to take another visit soon."

He watched Encke move his fingers around with the streaks of light. "Ah okay, so the bond is the key. By the way, there is another thing I know. Etamin was the home of the Great Library of Etamin, one that would have given the Library of Alexandria a run for it's money, or so I was told. My past life, was evidently Chief Librarian there. Which is why I would like to write a paper about all the types of beings in this war. May I use your information and credit you?"

He then frowned, "Don't know whom I'd send it though."
