Seated outside a late night taco stand in a gas station parking lot, Castor wanted to praise god. Steak, onion, lime, cilantro. Thats all it was and all he needed. Well, that and a can of coke. Tilting his head to properly get his mouth around the taco, he hummed, the simple meal filling him after a light youma hunt. Yet he got the feeling that he'd need to move soon. Something was near- someone. And stranger still, he felt the faint tingle of resonance. It'd do him ill to be caught, mouth full of taco. And so he began to wolf down his food, looking far to unrefined to have the title of 'Prince'.

Derrick was at home working on an order, a rather large order in fact, and so Key had decided to go out youma hunting on her own. She had promised, before leaving the apartment, to call if she needed back up. She didn't plan on getting in too deep though...but one never knew, and Derrick knew she would dive right into something without a care for how much trouble she was jumping into.
As she moved across the roof tops, glad for fact her toes were covered now, she squire had to brush the short strands of white hair from her face. It was still chilly out but not too bad, her uniform change had helped with that.
Pausing as something slammed into her senses she stood there, on the roof top of a pet store, staring off and wondering where it was coming from. A royal...that she knew. It felt familiar but she wasn't sure. All she knew was that it was powerful as hell. She didn't sense anything else either, as the bigger signature drown out anything else around.

Looking up Castor regret looking up. Not because what he saw was bad by any means, no, on the contrary. A Castor knight by the sigils on their outfit, it explained why he felt a resonance and uncertainty. No, why he regret looking up was the fact he had hotsauce running down his chin and a mouth full of food. Blinking owlishly, he lifted a hand and gave a hesitant wave, cringing that his introduction to one of 'his' knights would be so sudden and when he was also so lacking in preparedness. A few chews and one hard swallow later he wiped the sauce on the back of his hand, wiping that off on part of his cape. "Uh-" He yelled at them. Because, the jig was as they say, up. "You want me to go to you, or come down? I'm fine either way."

Looking down she shook her head. "I can come down, it's not that hard." Though she sort of wished for ropes and proper gear, just to make it easier and less jarring, but she jump wasn't too bad. The landing...jarring but not unreasonable especially with better footgear than she'd once had.
"Having a late dinner break?" She questioned, short snow white hair tucked behind an ear as she tipped her head to the side. "You don't need to worry about being a mess around me when eating. I'm not one to care much about that sort of thing." She was the sort who got her hands dirty when eating, she wasn't much for manners unless she had to.
"It's been awhile since we've seen each other. You're doing well I hope?"

He couldn't help the small laughter that bubbled up as he stood. "Okay but it's still embarrassing to have a knight who's one of 'mine' find me looking like a goblin." He motioned offhandedly to his face. "But yeah, it's been a while- You've also grown a bit- stronger no doubt." The smile was warm, though just a hair softer. "I'm glad. I might be a fairly absent prince, but it's nice to know you knights are doing well. Oh that reminds me-" He looked at her and then around them. "Have you been to your wonder yet? I've only managed to see a few of the wonders, and most are sealed off entirely or defunct. As I realize I ought to start helping you guys get more familiar with Castor itself."

"A goblin, really? I don't think you could manage to look like one without a lot of make up and prosthetics. A bit of messy eating isn't going to do that." Shaking her head with a smile, and a bit of laughter coloring her words.
"A bit, yeah. It was an unexpected surprise. I haven't done enough it feels like. That being one of those things I've not done yet." That she should do, and she knew it. "I just haven't seen a need but also I'm just not sure what I'll find and I know what I'll think of that. The cold also doesn't help..." She was more of a summer, and warm weather, sort of person.
"Something I should get used to really. Boyfriends homeworld is cold also...and he thinks it's dangers - he's sure of it actually." Something she had already told her partner she'd handle with him, even if she was only a Squire.
"I don't have a clue what my wonder might be. I just don't want something ruined or something boring and bland..." And she hoped that didn't, in some way, offend or bother the other. Thinking something on his homeworld might be boring or bland....or in some way lacking. But she wanted something exciting really.

He snorted at her joke, fighting off the food threatening to get spat with his laugh. "Nice." No other commentary for his status as a goblin. It was true though, in spirit. "You've done more than enough. When the powers that be think you're ready for it- you're ready. As for my world- it's fairly temperate. I can usually go full royal and be fine- though, how much of that is my resistance and how much is my simple alignment is hard to say. The worst is deep winter, but we're past that season." No more constant foot or more of snow at least. "You'll likely be fine, most wonders aren't dangerous inherently, so much as neglect I'd wager. Like my world is rather... unique. It does have a bit of life." He maybe shouldn't mention the beetles though. "The thing is- all places are dangerous. A thousand plus years for stagnation will do that no matter where you go. But being afraid isn't going to help you, granted sometimes it helps to have a friend. Or I guess in this case a guide?" He stood, offering his hand. "So- how about it? I take you to the world- and if it's too much, no harm no foul. I can't make you do anything Gorner. My job though, is to help you grow and better serve your wonder. That's all."

"So there isn't snow all the time." That was good to hear, she wasn't much for winter unless she could get into winter sports. She much preferred summer and all that came with it...or at least most of what came with it. "He thinks something was sealed away - in the past...and he has a feeling it's still there - alive. The feeling is strong enough it has him worried." And so she considered it a threat. It wasn't likely for Derrick to have such a feeling if nothing was there...and to feel as he did over it.
"I thought I'd heard places were devoid of life though....but if your homeworld has life....maybe another can too?" Especially if it had been sealed away. Magic was a thing which tended to defy most laws and rules.
Slowly she took the offered hand. "I think I'd like that. At least you know some of whats up there." Which was more than she knew. He might not know her wonder but he knew the planet...and that it had life there, which she hoped wouldn't be too dangerous. She did like excitement in her life though so maybe a bit of danger wouldn't be too bad. "You are right though...even if the only danger is structural integrity it is a danger. Time and lack of care will cause that." She wondered how bad her wonder was - what it even was. She hoped it wasn't too dangerous.

Castor laughed in spite of the knowledge that snow or not, it usually was a bit cold. "It's like a good autumn day most of the time, warm, crisp, a tad chilly if the wind gets cold but it's never humid or well, 'hot'. In deep winter, which is usually our January, is when you need to bundle. The hailstorms and flash freezes are what can hurt if you go out without protection. But, most wonders are intact and you'd not have to deal with that issue." He reached out for her hand, taking it in his own. "But- it's much easier to show you." He didn't ask permission- it was easier to ask forgiveness anyway. But the shift of scenery came, and no longer in the city, the cool air of twilight greeted them, the twin suns setting on the horizon and the mountains casting deep shadows in the distance. Here, Castor knew somewhat, but not very well. "Well-" he said motioning to the wilderness. "If all works as intended, your Wonder should be nearby."

At least what he said about the weather was good to know. She could handle fall far better than she could winter, not to mention she wasn't dressed for winter. That wasn't to say she was really dressed for fall either, though maybe she was if it didn't get windy out. If she ever visited, during the apparent cold winter season, she would be dressed in the appropriate attire. Perhaps it was something to add to a shopping list - winter wear. The sort of clothing she really didn't own, what was worn if skiing or partaking in winter sports, it might come in handy with her wonder and Derrick's homeworld as well.
The shift in location was rather startling and quite a bit jarring as she stood still waiting for the vertigo to stop, she felt like things were moving when they shouldn't be, and it was making her feel off kilter and not in a good way. Once she had settled the white haired knight took the time to glance about. "As much as the arrival wasn't pleasant it's not bad here. Like normal woods you'd see back home...cleaner air though." And a bit more of a chill in the air than back home, at least for the moment, the air hadn't gotten too cold yet in Destiny City. That would come soon though, as it always did.
"Two suns though....they set at the same time? Or is there a time when they don't and you have nothing but sun for a day or more?" She asked, somewhat curious. She knew other planets, and places, rotated at differing speeds to earth so a day wasn't the same as on Earth. She also knew other things would be different but two suns...did they have a moon here? How long did a day last, if the other knew? How long was a night? Did they have eclipses like on Earth as well?
"Mmm...so if we're in woods...and it's close. Either the woods end somewhere soon...or it's somewhere in the woods? A mountain or a cave or something natural." At leas that's what made sense to her, though she had a feeling it was a cave. "I think a cave..." But a cave wouldn't fit being a wonder, would it? So something more than a simple cave.

After they had returned to Destiny City the white haired female had parted ways with the senshi. She had to get home, she had lost track of time up there, and now needed to get home as she had things to do. A few parting words and she was heading home at a rather quick pace.
(Ending this cause it's been a while.)
