Common (600 - 700): Wake up. 30 minutes Yoga. 3 sets of 40 front leg extensions, 10 arabesque ponche, 5 plie in first position, 10 ronde jambe, 5 plie in second position, and 10 ballet jumps w/ 2 minutes rest between sets.

Common (700 - 800): Showering / Getting ready for the day / Take Vitamins

Block 1 (8 AM - 9 AM): Breakfast! Super healthy. Veggies, eggs, fruit. Large cup of steaming hot green tea w/ honey.

Block 2 (9 AM - 10 AM): FREE TIME

Block 3 (10 AM - 11 AM): FREE TIME

Block 4 (11 AM - 12 PM): FREE TIME

Common (12 PM - 1 PM): Lunch. Also healthy. Strictly lean protein, greens, more fruit. After lunch permits self to eat junk food snacks.

Block 5 (1300 - 1400) - History of Magic

Block 6 (1400 - 1500) - FREE TIME

Block 7 (1500 - 1600) - FREE TIME

Common (1600 - 1700) - Music Room. Ballet.

Common (1700 - 1800) - Ballet / Time with friends if planned

Common (1800 - 1900) - Great hall for dinner. Relatively healthy. At least one serving of vegetables. Smaller dinner so can have something sweet for dessert.

Common (1900 - 2000) - Stays in the great hall to study, or off to the library. Will move up studying to 1800 - 1900 if she has plans after dinner.

Common (2000 - 2100) - Study / FREE TIME. Likes to spend her warmer evenings outdoors if she’s not doing anything else. Otherwise curls up in the great hall or another common area with a blanket and some cocoa and a story.

Common (2200 - 2300) - Common Room.

Common (600 - 700): Solid 30 minutes struggling to wake up. Getting ready for the day.

Common (700 - 800): Breakfast. Pancake/waffle/something sugary day. Green tea w/ honey.

Block 1 (8 AM - 9 AM): Charms

Block 2 (9 AM - 10 AM): Yoga + Workout routine. Usually in the quad on Tuesdays.

Block 3 (10 AM - 11 AM): Shower / Sneaking back to the great hall for Green Smoothie

Block 4 (11 AM - 12 PM): Charms Practice. Gardens or Clocktower Courtyard.

Common (12 PM - 1 PM): Lunch. Also healthy. Strictly lean protein, greens. Usually fully awake at this point and realizes she has to make up for her weekly breakfast blunder.

Block 5 (1300 - 1400) - FREE TIME

Block 6 (1400 - 1500) - Potions

Block 7 (1500 - 1600) - FREE TIME

Common (1600 - 1700) - Music Room. Ballet.

Common (1700 - 1800) - Ballet / Time with friends if planned

Common (1800 - 1900) - Great hall for dinner. Relatively healthy. At least one serving of vegetables. Skips dessert b/c of breakfast.

Common (1900 - 2000) - Stays in the great hall to study, or off to the library. Will move up studying to 1800 - 1900 if she has plans after dinner.

Common (2000 - 2100) - Daily Dragon. Studying / Pestering August and Jonah.

Common (2100 - 2200) - Joins Jonah for his evening jog around the castle.

Common (1700 - 1800) - DADA Practice. Gardens or Clocktower Courtyard. Sometimes Empty Classrooms.
