Sleight of Hand - With both parents being entertainers, it's no surprise that Gigi grew up with a passion for learning some of their tricks of the trade. One of those trade tricks happens to be making things disappear and reappear. Cards, coins, you name it -- she can make it disappear and if she's in the mood, reappear. Years of watching her father and practicing on her own has developed her senses and aided her in being able to not only perform tricks on a whim for friends or street corners but also when she's in the mood for a little... five fingered discounting.
Gymnastics - Spry and flexible, years of gymnastics lessons has kept Gigi nimble and limber. Running and other activities are fine and dandy but if she had a choice, she prefers anything that shows off her skills. Cartwheels, handstands, backflips - she's more than happy to show off her hard earned talents for those who care (and heck, for those who don't too!).
Virtues:
Charismatic -- Outgoing and very sociable, it's not hard for her passionate talks to find their way of convincing others to follow suit with whatever scheme she's concocted up now. Hand gestures assist her eager, fast paced wording and it's easy to lose oneself in whatever she's saying simply because of how emotional and excited she is about it.
Opportunistic - Never one to look a gift horse in the mouth, Gigi takes advantage of every situation that presents itself to her. One closed door usually means another is opening and she's ready and waiting to see what it'll be. One scheme fell through? Well let's pick up the pieces and work on Plan B, instead! You just lost your job? Great, this gives you time to hang out with her!!!
Flaws:
Impatient - Never a fan of being told to wait, when she wants something, she wants it now. Instant gratification will always be chosen over delayed gratification and she doesn't understand why anyone needs to wait to get what they want. Why work for a bajillion years to retire when you can try a get-rich-quick con and possibly retire tomorrow?? Her impatience causes frustration in others and more often than not costs her dearly when it comes to her planning, by either having schemes fall through or messing up due to failure to take the time and work out the kinks.
Jealous - She wants what you have and you can be sure she'll get upset if she's told no, she can't have it. Despite her eyes being dark pink, she's a green eyed monster when it comes to pretty possessions or expensive things. This definitely makes things awkward between herself and her twin or friends, who find themselves easily growing exhausted and irritated at her jealous tendencies.

Sailor Scout Attack: Presto!
Cleoselene summons a ghostly glittery swath of fabric that she has to try and drape over an intended target. If she successfully places the sheet over someone/something and pulls it away dramatically, they/it appears obscured/difficult to see for 20 seconds. Characters may feel it highly difficult to focus their attention on the person/object formerly under the ethereal fabric (think of how a person with high prescription glasses would see without them; person would be very fuzzy and unclear and it would be hard to focus on the object in question). Fabric disappears after being pulled away and can only be used for the magic. 3 uses per battle.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Presto Changeo!

Eternal Sailor Attack: Razzle Dazzle!
With a large sweep of her hands, Cleoselene's handwaves create an invisible "curtain" about fifteen feet across and ten feet tall. Anyone standing behind the "curtain" with Cleoselene is now hidden from view of those on the other side of the barrier. No one on the other side can pass through the barrier and it simply looks as if the opposition has "disappeared". Direct, straight attacks will be deflected by the barrier but anything that can go around or above it will hit those being hidden by the barrier. Any attack, direct or indirect, that manages to hit the barrier will cause a ripple effect (like if something hit a fabric curtain), revealing that there is something invisible in its spot.
This attack lasts for 45 seconds and can be used once per battle.
