I wasn't aware of this confusing error message. We will fix it immediately.

Sunday's platinum grant didn't work properly. I logged in every day of the week, claiming the 50p, 50p, 100p, 100p, 200p, 200p, but on the final day instead of getting 500p, I was given 50p. It happened across all of my accounts I'd been logging in to collect with.

Would you guys consider adding a "Trash" button to the Daily Chance carts on the grant pop-up? A lot of times I'll end up with an item I don't want to hunt down in my inventory to get rid of.

Why not re-release the name flairs into a cash shop after their initial release?
That way people who can't do the direct payment can still use their gaia cash that they paid for in order to pay for them =D
I also know gaia cash is still inflated, so it would be a great way to get some small payments going through! Because it's a casual enough buy, I think people would enjoy it.
You can keep the price point the exact same [250gcash]
However I think a very small price hike would be just fine [300gcash]
That way, if you do the direct payment, you get it SOONER and CHEAPER
But the price hike isnt so much that it would be unheard of or unfair.
This way people who support gaia by buying gcash, don't have to choose between buying gcash, or buying a flair. Because let's be honest there is a definite disparity in those choices, most would go for the gcash. But then it would be useless towards a flair.
Dont make users choose how to support you.... if theyre supporting you, it should be enough! why turn down people using your premium currency???

I'll run your idea by the sales team. I think initially the team wish to keep to how we used to handle MC, where items werent' re-released. I don't know all the details but will make sure the team hear about your idea.

Hey, so yeah, this'll probably fall on deaf ears, but could there be a way that people who can't afford any of the "Free" methods of getting Gaia Cash or even getting Gaia Cash, for there to be a better way that we could get some?

I've been looking into the issue related to game items but haven't had any luck so far. Please give me a bit more time to look into the issue, no items should be lost , but there seems to be a display related problem.

if moving items from storage or temp storage into your main inventory, you cannot move paw items into the paw tab.
they can only be placed into the equip tab, then save, then they disappear from equip and show up in paw tab -- except now its completely reshuffled and unorganized.
super maddening. not only for organization, but knowing even what is new in that tab or not...
i always put things to the bottom of my inventory, so it SHOULD go to the end of list of items. but it is untrue. they get placed at the beginning, in the middle, between a bunch of other things, etc. just super shuffled.
its no wonder people push paw things to the side, they cant organize them even if they wanted to

There might be an issue related to the paw tab. We will look into it later this week.

i know you can no longer use the animation on the items
however will you still keep them around so we could use the static pose of them??
personally, i never used the animation, but loved a lot of the astra items just for their static pose!
so i would really love it if you could keep them around, even if youre not making them animated anymore.
maybe remove the animated pose from them ??
so later on people dont question why its there, or have their avi break because its no longer functional?

Yes Astra items will still be around, and eventually the animated pose will no longer be available. It's unfortunate that flash support is going away.

Will there also be a Lake Kindred event for Easter? We haven't gotten any LK events in the past couple of years and it would encourage use to play LK more frequently.

Casual reminder that it's been two and a half years now since Hero's Journey has updated. I know you've apologized for it before and have made vague promises about the art team working on it, but that doesn't change the fact that this EI is clearly not being worked on. Why was the ball dropped so badly on it, and will we ever actually see it finished?

I'm very sorry, we have had many back and forth with the art team on this issue. It was assigned to one of our artist but that artist had left the team and the status had been on limbo since. Resources are tight right now but I hope we will be able to finish the item in the near future.

Can I have someone answer me if I am ever going to have my item returned or not, please?
During the server migration I had the item [KINDRED] Watermeat up for purchase in my store. I had not received noticed that it had sold, nor did I notice any increase in my funds as it had been, but the item is missing from my inventory. I looked into this, only noticing it when others had mentioned that some of their items went missing. I checked and this seemed to be the case for myself. Lanzer mentioned it would be fixed I waited, but my item was not returned. I tried to let him know in that thread he seemed to indicate there were issues and that it would be fixed. Again I waited and still the item has not returned. I have tried multiple times to contact him, but he does not reply at all.
I would like my item back and am at a lost on how to have it appear again. The market says I own it but it is not in my inventory. This seems to be my last avenue as it seems the bug forum is ignored for the most part, Lanzer ignores, and perhaps I am the only one still having this issue.

I had ran a few scripts to restore the marketplace entries, let me look into your store and hopefully find the root cause of why you're still missing your item. Sorry for the long wait.
