Valetudo had been visiting a friend tonight, and had decided to combine her route home with a patrol. Technically, she went a somewhat different route then normal, because she did not want people connecting her two halves together, but it was close enough for her. She was heading towards a hill that she normally went around, to the west, and she noticed a bit of a spark on that sense she had been taught to use.

She paused in her motions, considering for a moment. It did not feel off, so she thought it might be someone on "her" side of this little war. She bounced in place for a moment, then shrugged and darted up the hill, heading for what she noticed.

What she saw when she got to the top was unlike anyone she had met so far. He was in a green coat, and had pretty blonde hair. That was all she could see from behind, though her eyes ran along his backside appreciatively for a moment, before she moved to try to see his face. "Hey there, good lookin'. What's cookin'?"

Maybe not the most original of introductory lines, but it matched her mood, so why the hell not?

She tilted her head, listening, her brows lifted just a little with curiosity. Even in the low light of the early night, his blush was visible on his face. She found herself thinking he was a cutie indeed, especially when he blushed. However, the hand motion was also noted, so she took him up on his offer, moving up to stand besides him.

The petite senshi looked into her new companion's blue eyes as she listened a little more, and had to control the urge to laugh at the 'um, like me' bit. "Yeah. I think we're a little different, maybe? Your outfit seems different, compared to the other Senshi I've met. I'm Sailor Valetudo of Cheer. Call me Vale, if you like." She held out her hand, offering to shake.

"As for being new..." She laughed, and shrugged. "I'm pretty damn new myself, so I get you. I've only been active for a couple months, when one of the cats I occasionally feed decided to talk to me, and tell me I'm a senshi, basically. Did a cat tell you?" She was curious... She'd only really met fellow Senshi so far, so she did not know much about what was going on in other factions, at least on her side.

Well, other then that big cat Faust. She had met a Mauvian.

And seen all those people fighting at that party, but that was an uneasy memory and she was not going to focus on it.

"But yeah, it's a... it's a thing, doing all of this. I cracked a rib in my first battle, and let me tell you that it makes flute playing DIFFICULT."

Vale noticed the poor boy's blush, and it made her want to see what else she could do to make him blush... Or more, because it was adorable. She considered that thought, and decided to do so, but in a way she hoped he might enjoy... Then she might enjoy the results, too.

"Nice to meet you. Seems we're sort of connected, I guess? Valetudo's a moon of Jupiter, a really weird one. Do you know what sort of faction you are? The cat that got me started did not tell me all the factions, really." She noticed the way he rushed his name, and considered options on how to handle it. Obviously he found his title embarrassing, and if she could find a way to flirtingly tease him about it, without sounding mean, she might... But the flirting side was more important. "Mind if I call you Handsome, instead?" She said THAT with a wink. "Or if you have something else you prefer, other then your cit name, please do let me know."

"Mmm the cracked rib sucked. I'd already seen some weird s**t, but this event ruined a perfectly good party and the chance to make two new... friends." Well, maybe. She had hopes to fix the situation with Mister Idiot Who Powered Up In Front Of Strangers, even if she was usually not a fan of idiots... He DID look good, and she did enjoy the company of pretty men. And women. "And I think we're both level one, technically. Do you get magic? I apparently get some sort of magic."

Synth? That had her brows lifting, curiously. "You in a band, or do you play on your own? And yeah, flute and violin."

A little more information then she usually gave out, but she thought it was cool. There were other flutists and violinists in the city, finding the right one might take work.

Vale tilted her head, listening to him with her eyes wide and giving that slightly focused attentive look she'd noticed some guys she'd met liked, for whatever reason. Her view on it was if it worked, it worked, and who was she to argue with what worked, especially if it gave her a chance to flirt with a new pretty thing, or... wherever this might lead.

"I'll go with Handsome for now. Blondie is just... too boring, and overdone, don't you think?" She gave him a warm smile, eyelashes fluttering just a little, in response to the wink. "And damn... I'll have to find someone in the know, then, to explain that to me. It would be good if someone told me who all I need to work with, and what all we can do when we work together."

"Mmm interesting. No, I don't mean music, sadly, even though that's definitely my favorite magic... So let's focus on the music instead, since that's something we both know."

"Mmm I mostly do classical stuff, since that's what most of the classes out there are teaching, but I love other stuff. I just don't know how to adapt modern stuff to the styles I do, so much, honestly." She tilted her head, considering, then said "Do you guys get cell phones?" She pulled hers out, and waved it around a little. "If so, I can give you my info, and you can text me the link to where your work is... I'd love to hear it."

She laughed at the inspiration comment, and nodded, though she had no training in writing music... She was a player, through and through. She was GOOD at it, but she was not sure she could craft new music herself.

And then he asked if she was single. Interesting... He liked the flirting, then, she guessed, but was he the sort to want a long term thing? Or did he like friends with benefits? For the moment, she decided to go with the simple side of the truth. "Mmm no, handsome. It would be rude of me to be winkin' at new people, or flirting, if I did, don't you think?"

At least she could honestly say she had never cheated on anyone.
