Nereid was out and about after the weird dream with the circus and also the one with the leopard in the fire realm. She was pretty sure that it was like....
Lots of weird ******** dreams going on. She needed to get off the side quest and move back onto the main story point! She had missions to complete and EXP to gain. TREASURE TO FIND.
RECRUIT NEW TEAM MEMBERS!!! She missed Hermes, but she couldn't ALWAYS harass the teenage god into coming with her.
She felt the presence of an enemy, moving to attack and noticed an amazon looking woman with wild hair doing...something she was sure.
"BATTLE INITIATED!" Nereid dropped down, "Enter in Sailor Nereid! Super senshi of waterfalls challenging-" She held her out for Lyon to introduce herself.

Right at that moment, Lyonsite wasn't doing anything nefarious. Actually, she was in the middle of a break from her patrol and quota gathering. She was stuffing her face with a burrito, and legit had an armful of a few more she had pilfered from a Mexican food truck a few blocks away. The lieutenant had started to shovel that burrito down as soon as she felt the awful Order signature, but, unfortunately she was on her before Lyonsite could finish the burrito--- So that's how Nereid found the beast of a Lieutenant. Cheeks puffed out as she tried mowing down a burrito with her arm full of some more. Orange eyes rolled to the outstretched hand as she introduced herself. "Girlie---" She was talking with her mouth oh so very full, and unintentionally spit some rice out in the senshi's direction. "Do we really need to do this right now?" She was starving and really just wanted to finish these burritos.

"LIEUTENANT GIRLIE." It was kind of funny to see the large amazon consuming the burritos, but she was probably recharging her HP. Well....Nereid wasn't one to waste time!
"Afraid we are doing this, Girlie!" She avoided the first attack of spittle rice and summoned her magic, "Waterfalls Barrier!*" Nereid watched as the large columns of water fall down around the burrito toting amazon.
"NOW, YOU MUST UH.....FORGIVE THE MISDEEDS YOU HAVE DONE." Nereid couldn't really do much while Lyon was in the large crash water wall. It was nice for trapping people but well....
"I HAVE RUINED YOUR DINNER."

"Uh---" Oh, no, Lyon's name wasn't Girlie but---ah, well. Maybe in a moment. The senshi clearly wasn't going to let her be. The Lieutenant's eyes widened as the wily thing summoned her magic, and next thing she knew came a roaring crash of water all around her--- Except, well...it wasn't actually hurting her. Huh. Lyonsite chewed what she had in her mouth, and started to unwrap another burrtio except--- except it was soggy. Lyonsite gasped, even has she herself started to become drenched, her normally wild hair flattening down around her head, shoulders and back. Her burritos. No one was going to eat soggy burritos! Not even the antichrist! Little Senshi TLC was right. She had ruined her dinner, and there would be hell to pay. Lyonsite frowned, letting the soggy burritos drop to the ground where water pooled at her feet. The tall woman tossed her head to one side, hearing the telltale crack, and then to the other, letting it crack once more. This was followed by her knuckles and a roll of her shoulders---and as soon as this magic was over, it was on.

Nereid herself was jumping into place, stretching and preparing herself for when her magic faded. She could see the soggy burrito's drop and she knew...she knew what she had done and what it would mean.
As the waterfall barrier dropped, Nereid launched herself at Lyon, swinging her leg out to catch the amazon in her ribs and knock her away.
She wasn't going to waste more time on words, as she knew that negaverse would act just as quickly as she would.

She could feel the signature moving, and as soon as the water fell, she was greeted by the senshi being up close and personal. Well, Lyonsite could respect that at least. Here was a girl who got down to business. The Lieutenant let out a grunt as she was struck in the side, teetering and skidding along the now wet pavement, letting out a grunt. She stayed upright though, because she wasn't going to be knocked over by a burrito soggy-ing little toothpick with a watermelon bust. With a growl, the Lieutenant grabbed Nereid by the ankle before she could pull away, and then spun, hurling her into the side of a nearby building.

Oh s**t, she actually hit and was slight more effective. Her body started to fall from the kick, but she was grabbed by the ankle and thrown into the side of a building nearby, hitting it with a decent enough impact to dent some of the bricks.
A small wheeze escaped, as she peeled herself from the wall and dropped with more grace then she had to the ground, brushing dust off.
Well it was nice to know that she was more studier in this secondary form.
"That all you got burrito girlie?" Nereid grinned, raising her fist again and launching with all the speed that she had. A fist coming up to hit the woman in the chin.

Man. This was lame. This little busty senshi shouldn't be giving her this much of a hassle. Captain was going to be delicious once she reached it. Lyonsite was not quick enough to respond to the speed, and she was built to take hits, anyways. Still, she wasn't at all happy that the senshi gave her some air. Lyonsite felt her teeth snap together from the impact of her bottom jaw hitting her top as the senshi upper-cut her. She even found her boots leaving the ground until she landed back down on the cement. Pain shot up through her jaw, as she opened her mouth, stretched it out, and then closed it before frowning. "Nah." She replied, a tanned hand immediately snapping out to grab Nereid by the throat. She, oddly enough, did not squeeze to choke her, nor did she throw her. Instead, she started to drain her.

She was taken by the throat and she struggled as the woman raised her to her tiptoes. She wasn't getting choked out, but she knew when her energy was being drained. If she used her magic again, she'd be trapped with the woman in here.
The best thing she could do was dead weight and bring her legs up, shoving the woman off.
"Neat trick you crazy brawler." Nereid rubbed her throat, feeling considerably more winded.

Lyonsite stumbled back, but most importantly, she took the sensei's energy orb with her. She then promptly consumed it. The rush of renewed vigor was more than welcome after the trouble the girl was giving her (not to mention RIP her burritos). She usually wasn't one to back down, but if this one continued to give her trouble then...who knew. She couldn't wait until she was a Captain. Teleportation was going to be the bee's knees. "Yeah." The woman replied with a grin, flexing her hands as she started to advance on the senshi. "Stick around and maybe you'll see a few more."

Nereid jumped in spot, waiting for the fatigue to go away but it didn't. The energy was taken and absorbed by the woman.
However, Nereid was STRONGER and that meant she couldn't back away! She had to show this lieutenant she was boss.
Hands moved out again, "Ready for round two of magic?" She breathed out. "Don't think you are escaping now!"
"Waterfalls Barrier!"

She was totally going to get that rascally senshi--- Except that rascally senshi was casting her magic again. "You little---" Lyonsite lunged for Nereid, except she was too late, and took a face full of pressured water as the barrier went up around her again. The woman stumbled back, hair once again matted back around her face. The lieutenant let out a growl. She couldn't wait for teleportation. Rotten senshi and their magic. Except Starr.

"WHATS THAT, I CAN'T HEAR YOU WHILE THE WATERFALLS IS ROARING."
Nereid waved her arms around from the waterfall, moving around to find a weapon of sorts.
Lord, were those burrito's on the ground.
