Welcome

Welcome to the Mission Hub! Below you'll find various missions that you're welcome to undertake. Each spoiler has mission details beneath it and it's important you follow the steps in order to complete them. One player from each mission must submit the mission report upon completion, success or fail!

This thread will be updated regularly as new information is discovered and new missions are presented.

Missions are repeatable, but you must wait at least 72 hours between each success before you may redo a mission. If you have failed the mission, then you may make a second attempt once the mission report has been filed.

You may only undergo one mission at a time. Failure to follow these guidelines will have consequences!

MISSION 002 - UPTOWN WITZEND

    Recon Night Mission 002

Location: "Party" District of Uptown Witzend, England

Debriefing: The clubs have been an excellent source of energy for the negaverse operations, but lately the wrist bands that have been used for stealth draining have become compromised. Given the fact that the Witzend Operation has been compromised, the assumption is that the White Moon force that's invaded is the cause. Your job is to attempt to suss them out or at least gather information.

Requirements: 2-3 Agents, must be in civilian guises for stealth, clubbing attire encouraged but not required.

There are no rank restrictions for this mission.

♠️STEP ONE:
You arrive downtown and find the streets lit up in lights. Throngs of people fill the streets, most with a drink in hand. The end of the road is blocked off by barriers and cop cars, it's clear that this street is made for pedestrians. Even outside you can hear the blaring of music that almost shakes the infrastructure. The people are dressed for clubbing, casual or otherwise, but some people have dressed in...costumes? Cosplay? It's hard to say but it definitely makes things difficult when you consider that you're attempting to track a senshi down.

You may decide to stay together or split up, but it's advised that you split up to cover more ground.

Quote:
All players roll 1d6.

  • 1 - You enter one of the first bars on the street. They ID you and fix a wristband (R1D4, Evens: You have received an energy draining wristband! From now on R2D6 and take the number that provides the negative option! If there are no 'negative' options, take the lower number! Odds: You've received a normal wristband. No effects.)

  • 2 - You came prepared! Thinking ahead, you've already procured a wristband and you flash it to the bouncer before you enter your first club. It's crowded and you have to shove your way through but you manage to find yourself at the bar. Nearby you hear somehow hear hushed whispers over the sound of the bass blaring in the background. (Quote Nuxaz for a snippet!)

  • 3 - A drunk civilian gets in your way right before you can step into whatever bar you've picked. They're unruly, clearly had too much and are causing a scene. You don't make it inside, which is a huge bummer if someone is waiting for you on the other wise but when they stumble back into you, you manage to swipe their wristband. (R1D4, Evens: You have received an energy draining wristband! From now on R2D6 and take the number that provides the negative option! If there are no 'negative' options, take the lower number! Odds: You've received a normal wristband. No effects.)

  • 4 - As you walk down the street a fight breaks out in front of you. Despite your best attempts to get sucked into it! (R1D4, If you roll 1 you have escaped the tussle, otherwise Quote Nuxaz for interaction!)

  • 5 - Some unruly patron of one of the bars gets tossed out by bouncer right as you're about to enter. You get sucker punched in the face. You get knocked onto your a** and see stars. Someone helps you sit up against the wall but it doesn't seem to matter. You're down and out for the count. (Skip all steps until the regrouping.)

  • 6 - Maybe it's luck or maybe you have a keen eye but whatever wrist band you end up with turns out to be completely ordinary! You also make it inside whatever place you decide to check out without any fuss. You also manage to swipe some cash poking out of the pocket in front of you. You're feeling lucky! (You've received a normal wristband. No effects. -/+ 1 to your next roll to take the "positive" outcome. )

♠️STEP TWO:

Depending on where you've ended up, things are lively. People chatter at each other, competing against the music blaring through speakers and if you're lucky, you manage to make it through to the bar. For one reason or another, they slide you a drink on the house.

**If you roll two negative actions in a row, you find yourself incapacitated! Quote Nuxaz**

Each player rolls 1d6 to determine the type of drink.

    Quote:
  • 1 - Whatever the bartender gave you feels slimy going down but you drink it all anyway. Despite the music blaring around you, you find that you can hear people exceptionally well. Your vision seems a little sharper, like you can make out details better. Strange. (Perception increase! Quote Nuxaz for a snippet of conversation. -/+ up to 2 points to your dice roll for the duration of the mission. +2 for any combat rolls for the duration of the mission!)

  • 2 - Downing the shot leaves you lightheaded. It tastes like what you think flowers smell like and it sits heavy on your tongue. A few minutes tick by before the alcohol really settles. You feel light-headed and no matter how well you hold your liquor you find yourself feeling tispy. The drink was stronger than you thought.(Perception decrease! -/+ 1 to take the negative option for the duration of the mission! You must also -2 from any combat rolls for the duration of the mission!)

  • 3 - The shot goes down smoothly, it tastes earthly almost rubbery like a mushroom. While you feel fine at first only a few seconds pass before you find yourself sick to your stomach. In a panic, you shove your way to the bathroom. (You have been incapacitated! Unable to leave the bathroom floor as you throw up the contents of your stomach, you cannot proceed further in this mission. You have failed.)

  • 4 - You're slid something fruity and you beg the bartender for a second once you gulp the first down too quickly. You feel great at first, but your mood quickly sours like a bad orange. (You're increasingly agitated and prone to picking a fight for the duration of this mission.)

  • 5 - Water is slid your way and you try to hide your disappointment. Guess it's better to stay hydrated now that you've noticed how hot it was, but you were still hoping for a drink. (No effect.)

  • 6 - Something about a free drink feels wrong while you're on a mission and something in your gut tells you not to drink it so you politely decline. The bartender looks disgruntled, but your instincts prove to be correct. Something's not right. (+1 for any combat rolls during this mission. +/- 1 to your dice roll to take the 'positive' option going forward.)

♠️STEP THREE:

As much fun as it is to indulge in free drinks at the bar (assuming you get something good...) you're on a mission and you're trying to find out where the wristbands are stored when not being handed out. Still...staying at the bar seems really tempting. What's the point of going somewhere new if you if you can't have a little fun too? But the mission and duty. Right...right..

One player rolls 1d4. (If someone rolled a 1 in the previous step, they must be the one to roll. If multiple people did, please quote Nuxaz first. Otherwise, anyone may be the individual who rolls.)

Quote:
  • 1 - Things appear pretty normal at first and while you're looking for the stash of wristbands, you find that no matter how hard you look or where you are. You can't find them. They've gone missing! Reaching out to anyone who took this mission with you yields same results. Unable to complete the mission as given, you decide to either retire or say ******** it and party on. (You have FAILED! Either retire back to the hotel for the evening or make some questionable choices and stay out later if you're willing to risk a consequence or two...Someone has to fill out the report but you resolve to try again another night.)

  • 2 - Something about the bartender seems...well, shady. You decide to watch them while casually sipping (or if you previously rolled a 6 not sipping) a beverage. At one point they disappear into the back and come back out. You take advantage of this to slip in the back after, thinking the coast is clear. (Proceed to Step Four)

  • 3 - The bartenders seem to have one goal in mind, getting you and yours so trashed you can't think. For one reason or another you keep accepting drinks OR someone in your group gets too sloshed to be useful and as the sober person, you resolve to call it a night. There's no point in pushing forward if half (or all) of you are smashed. (You have FAILED! It's suggested you don't submit that the mission failed because you got wasted but a report needs to be filled out regardless. You'll have to try again another night.)

  • 4 - Being inside appears to be a dud when it comes to sussing out the culprits, undeterred one of you calls for the others to meet them outside. One of the bouncers is on the phone instead of watching the door. Curious you tail him. (Proceed to Step Four)

♠️STEP FOUR:

IF YOU ROLLED A (BLANK) IN STEP THREE:

  • If you rolled 2:

Slipping into the backroom, you make use of the metro shelves to hide. You've alerted everyone to your whereabouts and they should be getting into place. To your delight you get to witness a senshi collecting a plethora of wristbands and what looks to be energy orbs. Ah-ha! Powering up, you and the team confront them just outside. Luckily, you think you've ambushed them!

      One player R1D4:

      Quote:
      • 1: In a panic, the senshi summons magic that fills the area with a swarm of butterflies, they're swallowed by the display and when the butterflies disappear the senshi is gone even if the wrist bands and energy are still there. (The senshi gets away!)
      • 2: Despite being surrounded, the senshi decides to scale the building and try to escape. Give chase! (You have 3 chances to catch the senshi! R1D20, you must get a 20 to capture them!)
      • 3: It looks like you've cornered a combative one, get ready for a fight! (Quote Nuxaz)
      • 4: All of a sudden, now that you're powered you feel a number of order auras around you. Uh-oh....Maybe this was a trap...You have been ambushed! (Quote Nuxaz)

  • If you rolled 4:

Once the team has reconvened you tail the bouncer and find him heading towards a truck full of...wristbands and energy orbs. None of you recognize anyone loading up the truck and decide to intervene! You're not going to let someone run off with the Negaverse's hard work! You get into a spat with the bouncer and his crew. You may be civilians but you (should) know how to fight.

Each player R1D20; Rolling a 10 triggers a special action. (Quote Nuxaz) Each player may roll twice and the group's combined total must exceed 60 for this to mission to succeed.

If you succeed, the men are neutralized and wristbands/energy reclaimed. It seems weird, that it was a group of civilians behind this, but you can't find any evidence of senshi activity. The mission is a success but...it sure doesn't feel like it. (If you repeat the mission +/- 2 to a social interaction to get a positive outcome ONCE)

If you fail, someone slams the back of the truck shut and drives off. You and your team are forced to watch as they zip away. (If you repeat the mission +/- 1 to a social interaction to get a positive outcome ONCE)

    OOC

    • At the conclusion of the mission, please have 1 character fill out a mission report. You may simply fill out the form in the mission hub or write a solo/reg for it.
    • Successfully completing this mission gives you a GLOW STICK BRACELET it looks pretty unassuming but hey, it could be useful later? Maybe? (You may collect this up to 5x)
    • If your HP hits 0 Quote Nuxaz!

gaia_star MISSION 004 - APARTMENT HUNTING

Location: Downtown or Uptown Witzend, any new development found in the city.

Requirements: 2-4 agents, you may be powered but it is suggested that you enter as civilians to keep from drawing too much attention.

Debriefing: One of your own has been captured by the enemy! You don't have a lot to go off of but there's been reports of squatters in the new apartment developments and sightings of tents

♠️STEP ONE:
Turns out there's a lot of new development happening in Witzend and you'll have to pick an area to start.

One player must roll 1d4 to determine their location:

    Quote:
1 - After some deliberation, you decide to check out the new development where there's rumored to be a lot of tents popping up in Uptown Witzend.
2 - You chose to explore Downtown Witzend, where new businesses are under construction.
3 - Not far from the Crimson Hotel is three or four half finished complexes, you decide to explore there.
4 - Having heard rumors about some squatters, you decide to check out the string of development that leads up to Downtown Witzend.

♠️STEP TWO:

Now that you've picked your location, it's time to start your search. You're hoping to find information that'll help you reclaim your captured ally, or even find them, but you'll take any information at this point.

Each player must roll 1d6 to determine if they find anything of interest:

    Quote:
1 - There's construction tools that look abandoned and you find an worn, orange safety helmet but there's nothing interesting.
2 - You find what appears to be fresh footprints in the soften ground around the building. Curious, you decide to follow them. (Quote Nuxaz)
3 - A mouse skitters past you. You're startled but no worse for the wear. You find nothing interesting.
4 - Lighting isn't so great once you're inside and when you turn the corner every part of you is on high alert. Someone is right in front of you! In a panic you lash out. It turns out to be someone you came with. Whoops... (You run into the person who posted above you!)
5 - Entering one of the buildings you make your way into a room, there you find a collection of items. Most of it is trash, but there's some blankets and half eaten food. Upon further inspection you find that most of it is fresh. (Quote Nuxaz)
6 - As you're picking your way through pieces of lumber, concrete, and construction, you spot a white cat. (Quote Nuxaz)

♠️STEP THREE:

For the most part the search isn't exactly helpful and you're all starting to get frustrated and antsy. Still, you keep searching.

    Each player must roll 1D6

    Quote:
1 - You found someone! Oh wait, it's just a drunk...who slurs at you and throws their empty bottle at you.
2 - You spot a tent that's moving around a lot. Upon investigation you find it filled with rats who promptly bite you. Ouch! (Lose 2 HP)
3 - While you're scouting you catch sight of someone who looks like they match one of the descriptions filed in the reports. You know glamour likes to trick you and you decide to take a chance and confront them. (Quote Nuxaz)
4 - You find a room with a set of chairs and ropes. One of the chairs looks like it's been smashed and that there was a struggle. While you can't find any other evidence, you make note of it to check the surrounding area.
5 - You hear voices as you climb up unfinished stairs with care. Hold on...Could it be? (Quote Nuxaz)
6 - For one reason or another you find yourself alone and suddenly someone is shouting at you. Before you can react, you're hit and knocked out! (Quote Nuxaz)

    OOC

    • At the conclusion of the mission, please have 1 character fill out a mission report. You may simply fill out the form in the mission hub or write a solo/reg for it.
    • If you hit 0 HP at any point, Quote Nuxaz for a special interaction!
    • Successful completion of the mission earns you tangy crumpet (This may only be used once to regain 4HP) and may be claimed TWICE.

MISSION 006 - THE ROSE GARDEN

Location:The most picturesque wing of the Witzend Grand Arboretum, the Carroll Memorial Rose Gardens are world-renowned for their antiquated elegance and charm. In preparation for the Arboretum’s annual Rose Bloom Festival in June, a team of officers had been testing an energy draining operation with tiny youma in the turnstiles, siphoning tiny orbs from each guest. However, the latest reports indicate that the youma are going missing just as fast as they’re being installed, and the local agents are scratching their heads. Could this be the result of senshi activity in the area? The local branch has asked for volunteer officers to take part in an overnight watch of the area, just in case.

Requirements: 2 - 3 Agents, Must Be Powered, No Stage Limitations

Debriefing: The Arboretum is privately owned and operated, one of a few landmarks that exist outside of Negaverse control. Agents taking part in this mission must do so with utmost discretion and stealth--the Witzend Branch would prefer not to deal with hushing a PR scandal about mysterious officers sneaking around at night.

♠️STEP ONE:

The ticket booths have closed, the last of the groundskeepers have left. With no one else in the arboretum, the gardens are hushed into the whispers of insects and bats in the evening air. Some find it comforting; others unnerving.

All players must roll 1d6 to investigate the area:

    Quote:
1 - Did you know that the arboretum houses over 100 breeds of rose, in every color of the rainbow? You discover that reading one of the garden placards, but don’t see any sign of senshi. Focus! (On your next roll, roll 2d6 and take the lower of the two scores.)
2 - Stop and smell the roses! As you walk through the garden you find yourself distracted by the array of rose. The area you find yourself in is filled with white roses. They stretch as far as you can see. There is one rose that looks out of place. It's a dark red, almost like--- When you touch it, you discover that the coloring comes off. Has someone been trying to paint these white roses red? You're too distracted, but you make note of the oddity anyway. (On your next roll, roll 2d6 and take the lower of the two scores.)
3 - You come across a pocket of roses that are surrounded by teal colored butterflies. If you stare long enough, you start to notice that they're forming their own rose pattern on top of the roses. It's peculiar, so you use your tablet to take a picture. For some reason the flash goes off and you've found yourself attracting the attention of one of the security guards. (Do not roll in step two, you must respond to #2.)
4 - There's a frog on one of the fountains you pass. It croaks loud enough to get your attention and you take a moment to observe it. Several minutes pass before it hops away, to your dismay what felt like a handful of minutes has actually been almost fifteen! You need to get it together before someone notices you! (-3 from your next roll)
5 - It looks like some of the turnstiles have soot on them, almost like scorch marks. That alone wouldn’t be cause for concern, but when you step back, it looks like the soot was imprinted in a series of heart patterns. A Captain or higher will be able to recognize these marks as the residue of senshi magic.
6 - Most of the arboretum is considered too ‘historic’ to install security cameras. However, you notice there’s a camera inside the gift shop that just happens to be facing the turnstiles from inside. A quick review of the footage shows blurry figures arrive at the gates two nights ago, followed by a blinding flash of light. Classic senshi activity. (Add +2 to your next roll)

♠️STEP TWO:

    Each player must roll 1d6:

    Quote:
1 - You find nothing but the sounds of crickets, the running water of the fountains. The wait is starting to test your patience.
2 - You round a corner and are caught by a flash of light. Someone gasps, then shouts, “Oi! Who’s there?” You’ve been found by a security guard roaming the grounds--do you neutralize the witness or attempt to negotiate (Quote Nuxaz)?
3 - Something rustles in the bushes--and a rabbit hops out, sniffing the air before it retreats into the night. It’ll take a few moments for your heart rate to settle, but otherwise you’re okay.
4 - There appears to be a trail of footprints pressed into the grass of the gardens that seem fresh. One of them looks a little singed, something akin to a burned heart damaging the grass. The footprints are too dainty to be the security guard you've seen around. You follow them.
5 - You're distracted by a particularly beautifully blooming rose. When you reach out to touch it, you p***k a finger on a thorn you were too careless to notice. It stings and you feel a little woozy. (Subtract 3 from any combat rolls.)
6 - You hear footsteps and duck into the shadows--it sounds like there are young voices across the garden, and they’re having the most interesting conversation…(Quote Nuxaz for a snippet)

You must resolve the first Stage Two encounter before proceeding to the next player’s, until all players have rolled. Then you may regroup and move to Stage Three (Quote Nuxaz).

♠️STEP THREE:

You feel it, the faintest flicker at the edge of your senses, and then a glimmer--there’s an Order aura nearby.

One player must R1d4. Modify your roll by the following:

    Quote:
If a third-stage or higher character is present as part of your party, subtract one (does not stack).
If a guardian cat is present as part of your party, add one (does not stack).
If a character neutralized the security guard, subtract one.
If a character correctly identified evidence of a senshi presence (5/6 in stage one, 4 in stage 2), add one. (This effect stacks--so two pieces of evidence means +2)

    Final Results:
    Quote:
1 - Maybe it was a powerful aura tipping them off, or a body left strewn and unattended, but the senshi team have been alerted to your presence and have come prepared. You all feel a flash of light and a burning sensation on your clothes and skin as you’re caught in the ambush of a senshi attack, leaving behind little hearts singed all over your bodies. (Quote Nuxaz to engage! Everyone loses 5 HP to start).
2 - The auras linger for a moment, and then fade into the night. No one takes the bait tonight, and you go home empty-handed. (This mission has failed--file a report, this mission may be repeated another night)
3 - You wait in silence, and eventually you’re rewarded--a team of sailor scouts approach the turnstiles, cautious and ready for a fight. (Quote Nuxaz to engage!)
4 - From the depths of the garden comes a lone figure, a sailor scout cut off from the rest of their group. It looks like they’ve chosen to divide and conquer this evening, which leaves them...vulnerable. (Quote Nuxaz to engage!).

    ooc

Retired Missions

        MISSION 001 - DOWNTOWN WITZEND

          Recon Day Mission 001

Location: Shopping District of Downtown Witzend, England

Debriefing: There have been reports of senshi sightings in downtown Witzend. At first, it's only one or two reports but as the numbers increase, the activity calls for action.

This is a recon mission, your job is to blend in and collect information on potential senshi threats.

Requirements: 2-4 Agents, must be in civilian guises for stealth.

There are no rank restrictions for this mission.

        ♠️STEP ONE:
        You arrive downtown.

It's the middle of the day, with the streets packed with civilians. Shops line the streets and various carts are stationed along sidewalks. There is no vehicle traffic, everyone is on foot and the streets are too narrow for cars.

People chatter at you in various languages, but once they recognize that you're foreigners, they switch to English.

Your instructions are to observe, to see if you can spot the rumored senshi, or, failing that, to gather information regarding the rogue senshi group.

        Quote:
        All players roll 1d6.

        • 1 - You survey the cart vendors, gazing over their wares while trying to listen in on conversations. Quote Nuxaz for overheard hushed conversation.

        • 2 - You run into someone, knocking whatever they're holding out of their hand. They're angry and cause a scene. People around you become suspicious and wary of you. You find that no matter what you do, someone is always watching and there's a concerning amount of attention your way. (You may only roll 1d4 in the next step due to the increased suspicion and distrust thrown your way.)

        • 3 - You decide to grab an outdoor seat at one of the cafe's that lines the street. It gives you a prime view of the area and you use this to your advantage to familiarize yourself with the area better. (Once, you may roll 2d100 when teleporting after entering step 4 and take the number that provides a more positive action.)

        • 4 - You come across a flyer on a nearby community bulletin board. There's an image attached that seems to match the description of the purported senshi. Lucky you! You pull the flyer down and tuck it into a pocket. (Please generate numbers 3-6 for the next step as you have a better visual for the target you're seeking!)

        • 5 - Stopping at a news stand, you pick up a paper to browse because the headline appears to relate to the sudden attacks within the city. You're unable to read the whole article but one blurb stands out and you file it away for later before something distracts you. Quote Nuxaz for a snippet.

        • 6 - You find yourself a nice wall to casually lean against and 'browse' your phone. People pass by you and pay little to no notice. You blend right in.

        ♠️STEP TWO:

So far things have been quiet but everyone is doing their due diligence when it comes to this recon mission. Everyone moves from their current position to continue trying to gather information.

        Each player rolls 1d6.

          Quote:
        • 1 - You enter a nearby cafe because you think that you've spotted someone that fits the description you're watching for. Unfortunately, you find yourself shoved forward until the door is out of reach. To your dismay, you are now stuck in the cafe! (Please skip the next step and wait for further instruction.)

        • 2 - Someone notices that you're eavesdropping and turns on you. It's pretty clear that you're about to get an earful and people are starting to stare. Quote Nuxaz for civilian interaction.

        • 3 - You're tailing someone, but a crowd of people suddenly emerge from one of the nearby shops and knock into you. You lose sight of the person you're following and you struggle to get past the crowd.

        • 4 - Choosing to move from your current location, you walk down the street and pass by someone who almost matches the description. Reacting, you grab their wrist. Quote Nuxaz for interaction.

        • 5 - You happen upon someone who appears chatty. You start to casually ask them questions about the city and the strange happenings going on in the city. Quote Nuxaz for civilian interaction.

        • 6 - If you didn't know any better, you'd say that you spotted a white cat with a star on it's forehead. Considering there are not white mauvians on this mission with you, your suspicion has been spiked. You travel to the alley it disappeared down and spot someone with a familiar looking bow on their backside before they turn the corner and disappear from sight. (If you rolled a 6, please be the one who rolls for the next stage.)

        • ♠️STEP THREE:

It's time to regroup. As you communicate with each other (by text or tablet communications) and come back together...

One player rolls 1d4. (If someone rolled a 6 in the previous step, they must be the one to roll. If multiple people did, please quote Nuxaz first. Otherwise, anyone may be the individual who rolls.)
        Quote:
        • 1 - You and your team spot someone who matches the descriptions to a T. One of you takes off after them and the others divert down other paths in hopes of cornering them.

        • 2 - Someone crosses your path that gives you a vibe. One of you tails them and upon closer inspection, you note that they look remarkably similar to the description you've been looking for. You call for the rest of the team to help you corner them.

        • 3 - Despite your venture downtown, the team falls short. Outside of false spotting and potential information you've eavesdropped on the mission is a failed one. Skip step four and have one character submit a mission report. While the mission wasn't a success, it's completed.

        • 4 - You have an encounter with one of the senshi. Please quote Nuxaz for further instruction and disregard the rest of the mission prompts.

It looks like the senshi has been spotted! It's a mad dash to scramble and catch them. You and your team are in a frenzy trying to zip through the throngs of people filling the streets doing their shopping. If you don't keep them in their sights, you'll lose them. Better think fast!

        • If you have rolled a 1 or a 2 you may now power up with caution if you chose. Use discretion as any of the civilians could be a senshi in disguise!

        • Please keep in mind that your agent is likely unfamiliar with the territory! Teleporting is acceptable but proceed with caution! (See step four)

        ♠️STEP FOUR:

IF YOU ROLLED A (BLANK) IN STEP THREE:

        • If you rolled 1:

You and your team are on the chase, each player r1d20. You must get a 20 to catch the senshi. You have 3 chances per player to catch them. If you roll a 20, quote Nuxaz. If you roll a 15, you are ambushed, quote Nuxaz. Otherwise this mission is a failure. Please submit a mission report on your findings. You may try again once the report is submitted.

        • If you rolled 2:

Each player r1d4. Evens mean that you have successful found the senshi you're looking for. Proceed to roll 1d20. You must get a 20 to catch the senshi. If you roll a 15, you are ambushed, quote Nuxaz. Odds mean that the person you're tailing is not the senshi you are looking for. The mission is a failure. Please submit a mission report on your findings. You may try again once the report is submitted.

        • If you rolled 3:

You have failed your mission. Please submit a report on your findings. You may try again once the report is submitted.

        • If you rolled 4:

Skip this step and quote Nuxaz for a special interaction.

Any time you teleport 1d100. You may only teleport up to 2 times a Captain/Super and 4 times as General/Eternal. If you attempt to teleport with anyone else, you are only able to teleport once at Captain/Super and twice at General/Eternal!

            Quote:
          • 1- 20 You teleport several paces behind your target. They're too far ahead of you. Something obstructs your ability to lunge forward and you must attempt to run around it and catch up.
          • 21 - 40 You unfamiliarity with your surroundings mean you misjudge when you teleport and end up on the wrong rooftop/alleyway. Disoriented you struggle to re-locate either your team or the target. (You only have 1 chance to catch the senshi after you roll this.)
          • 41 - 60 Luckily you teleport almost directly behind them, they're almost in reach! Unfortunately you trip over something before you can grab them and they slip out of your grasp once again.
          • 61 - 80 Teleporting takes you into another area instead of your intended location and you see no one around you at first. When you turn around you can spot the tell-tale signs of a chase and you are able to jump right back in.
          • 81 - 90 You teleport directly into the path of one of your teammates! They crash into you! Both of you go down. (Quote the person above you for this interaction! Both players lose 1 catch opportunity.)
          • 91 - 100 You teleport right in front of the senshi, obstructing their path! Follow up with a 1d4, evens mean you successfully corner them. Odds mean that they find some way to get around you! Quote Nuxaz for interaction!

        OOC

        • At the conclusion of the mission, please have 1 character fill out a mission report. You may simply fill out the form in the mission hub or write a solo/reg for it.
        • If you hit 0 HP at any point, Quote Nuxaz for a special interaction!
        • Successful completion of the mission earns you A Small Looking Glass (This may only be used once and adds +/- 3 to a social interaction to take the positive interaction) May be obtained twice. Effects do not stack.

Filing Officer: Corrupted Super Sailor Noctua -- Gisela Louise
Under the Service of: General Benitoite -- General Labyrythnite overseeing Witzend activities
Date: 03/10/19
Time:
Location:

Please describe original mission parameters:

Please describe the event: Emilia suggested fanning out to cover more ground and avoid suspicions. Gisela Louise collided with a civilian who passed in front of her. Emilia eavesdropped on a conversation about an old hat shop. Civilians considered the possibility of the explosion therein not being a gas leak but rather started by someone. After a time, both Elliot and Emilia were cornered in a cafe, while Gisela began to tail a senshi. They cornered the senshi in the park, but due to crowd issues, the senshi escaped.

Were there confirmed senshi sightings as part of this event? Y

If yes, please describe any confirmed senshi, as well as any features of their arcane abilities: Basic Senshi uniform -- abilities unused.

What acquisitions were made as part of this event? Please describe: No

Were any officers injured or impaired as part of this event? Please describe: No

Is the mission resolved? No

If not, please describe the contingency for planned follow-up activities: corrupted Super Sailor Noctua will repeat the mission with other agents OR the same agents as before with the express goal of capturing the senshi from before.

Filing Officer: Captain Reinerite
Under the Service of: General Labyrinthite (while working on Witzend activities). Under temporary command of Mauvian Theodore for the duration of the mission.
Date: 12/03/19
Time: overnight on 11/03/19
Location: The Carroll Memorial Rose Gardens

Please describe original mission parameters:

Requirements: 2 - 4 Agents, Must Be Powered, No Stage Limitations

(Quote Nuxaz to engage!).

    ooc

  • At the conclusion of the mission, please have 1 character fill out a mission report. You may simply fill out the form in the mission hub or write a solo/reg for it.
  • If you have captured your target you have unlocked a special mission! Please quote Nuxaz to trigger it!
  • Successfully completing this mission gives you a Painted Rose (One Time Usage: May be consumed to allow +/-1 to a social encounter dice result. Effects do not stack and cannot be combined with other times.) **MAY ONLY BE OBTAINED ONCE** You cannot claim this time if the mission report has not been filled out and submitted!
  • If your health drops to 0 HP, quote Nuxaz for a special mission!

Please describe the event: Three-party team formed of Mauvian Theodore, Captain Reinerite and Lieutenant Fettelite took an overnight watch of the Carroll Memorial Rose Gardens in order to investigate the disappearance of the turnstile youmas.

Review of camera footage by Lieutenant Fettelite showed blurry figures arriving at the gates two nights ago, followed by a blinding flash of light.

Mauvian Theodore reported seeing soot that appeared to resemble scorch marks on some of the turnstiles. The soot was imprinted with a series of heart patterns that suggests some form of senshi magic.

Lieutenant Fettelite also overheard conversation mentioning something about a hat shop and a fire.

Investigation was hampered by 2 security guards, both of whom were neutralised (one by mauvian Theodore and one by Captain Reinerite via energy draining). Neither security guard was harmed - as per mission parameters.

Traces of Order auras were picked up on, but disappeared before contact could be made and sources of aura verified.

Were there confirmed senshi sightings as part of this event? No

If yes, please describe any confirmed senshi, as well as any features of their arcane abilities: N/A

What acquisitions were made as part of this event? Please describe: None made

Were any officers injured or impaired as part of this event? Please describe: No

Is the mission resolved? No - traces of Order auras picked up on, but disappeared before source could be verified

If not, please describe the contingency for planned follow-up activities: Given the camera footage, the soot found on the turnstiles and the traces of Order auras, a follow up mission is recommended and for that mission to take place as soon as possible. Given that we have already investigated once, it is my recommendation that this mission is repeated with the same personnel if at all possible - or at the very least some of the same personnel as long as they are not on other missions.

By signing this document, I understand that all fields are completed to the best of my ability, and that all accounts are truthful to my knowledge of presented events. I will not omit any information with the intent to obfuscate or otherwise impede on any Negaverse investigation.

Please describe the event: Team of two - Captain Tantalite and Senshi Carnelian - went on an information gathering patrol of the Rose Gardens. Carnelian found evidence of Senshi Magic and Tantalite confirmed there were multiple instances.

1 security guard was alerted and neutralized by Carnelian.

No enemy senshi made an appearance - but aura was sensed. Recommend following up on another night.

Please describe original mission parameters:

Please describe the event: Three-party team formed of Captain Reinerite and Lieutenants Fettelite and Jadarite went to the Shopping District in Downtown Witzend as civilians to follow up on the reports of senshi sightings. This was also in part a follow up to the previous mission that Lieutenant Jadarite was part of, also in Downtown Witzend.

As part of the mission Lieutenant Jadarite pointed out an alleyway where a senshi was previously confirmed to be sighted.

Lieutenant Jadarite used one of the outdoor cafes as cover to survey the area and engaged with conversation with one of the locals, a woman in large fancy hat with large feathers garbed in an equally fancy dress who warned her not to go anywhere alone and not to ask too many questions.

I myself headed towards the alleyway pointed out by Lieutenant Jadarite, using the cart vendors and overheard a group of women talking about tents that seemed to have appeared out of nowhere. They also mentioned something about construction workers.

A white cat with what appeared to be a star was spotted heading towards the alleyway pointed out by Lieutenant Jadarite and a figure with a bow that may have been senshi-like was also spotted, but it was not possible to verify this information.

No - but the potential mauvian spotting seems like too much of a coincidence given that a senshi was also spotted there on a previous mission.

If not, please describe the contingency for planned follow-up activities: A follow-up mission is recommended, focusing on the alleyway. It is recommended that Lieutenant Jadarite be one of the personnel on this mission as long as she is not on another mission to help with verification should a senshi be spotted and that this mission take place as soon as possible. I would also be happy to assist with a follow up mission.

It is also recommended to try and see if a discrete follow up could be made with the woman that Lieutenant Jadarite spoke to if at all possible given the 'no questions' warning which seems unusual.

By signing this document, I understand that all fields are completed to the best of my ability, and that all accounts are truthful to my knowledge of presented events. I will not omit any information with the intent to obfuscate or otherwise impede on any Negaverse investigation.

Please describe the event: We entered downtown during the day and immediately hit resistance trying to find the senshi as described. We had several false positives on civilians before we found the senshi. Senshi took off through the crowd and we pursued, aware of the civilian presence around us. We attempted to corner the senshi only for them to call for back up, an Eternal Senshi by the name of Striker. Striker set off their magic into the group of civilians to distract us, and both took off. We powered up and pursed to an alley, where Corrupt Adamantine and Lt. Strengthite engaged the eternal senshi and myself and Lt. Dravite engaged the super senshi. We managed to corner the super senshi and made to drain them for transport, when they used their own magic against themselves and suicided to stay out of our hands. We were successful in capturing Striker I am told - I was unconscious after the super senshi exploded for a time - and broke them back to base.

Were there confirmed senshi sightings as part of this event? Y

If yes, please describe any confirmed senshi, as well as any features of their arcane abilities: Unnamed Super Senshi, unknown magic - Dead, Eternal Sailor Striker, elemental ray magic - captured.

What acquisitions were made as part of this event? Please describe: One eternal sailor senshi for questioning, as described above.

Were any officers injured or impaired as part of this event? Please describe: Myself and Dravite. Dravite was severly injured when the super senshi suicided, and I suffered a concussion.

Is the mission resolved? Y

If not, please describe the contingency for planned follow-up activities:

Requirements: 2 - 4 Agents, Must Be Powered, No Stage Limitations

(Quote Nuxaz to engage!).

Please describe the event:
And information gathering mission in the rose garden undertaken by 3 officers (Aventurine, Minium, and Ceraskia). After slipping past the guards initially the team split up to look around. There were a few small instances of stranger occurrences, but both lieutenants were interrupted by guards. After neutralizing them it was decided to the best course of action was to regroup, at which point we were ambushed by a team of 4 senshi. 2 eternals and a basic actively attacked us while one of their allies remained back in wait. Minium and Aventurine both took blows before their threat was neutralized with Ceraskia's magic and set upon themselves.

1 eternal retreated after taking substantial damage. The remaining two went immediately on the offensive again and Minium was knocked out by a heavy blow from the basic. At this point another round of magic had directed at the basic, but the remaining eternal grabbed Minium and ran with her.

We pursued, but the eternal laying in wait created an opening for the three of them to escape with Minium in their possession.

Please describe the event: Noctua and Tetrahedrite arrived on the scene at --:--. Upon arrival, Noctua noticed heart-shaped scorch marks on the turnstiles, suggesting that senshi have been disposing of youma installed there. A single security guard was encountered but dispatched quickly. Soon after that, Noctua and Tetrahedrite encountered an Eternal Senshi who's sphere seemed to revolve around rose petals. Noctua and Tetrahedrite attempted to subdue and abduct said senshi but were unsuccessful. The eternal senshi in question, however, appeared to be shocked by Corrupted Super Sailor Noctua, and as such it is possible that these senshi have never seen her ilk before.

Filing Officer: Captain Boleynite
Under the Service of: General Zircon

Time: 21:19
Location: Downtown Witzend

Please describe original mission parameters:
Quote:

Please describe the event: Sheldon, Christopher, Mackenzie and I agreed to undergo this mission to familiarize ourselves with the area. We meant to build on teamwork and complement each other's skills. Some of us found leads, but in pursuing them, we got separated. Christopher and I made it back, but I still haven't seen Sheldon or Mackenzie.

Were there confirmed senshi sightings as part of this event? N

If yes, please describe any confirmed senshi, as well as any features of their arcane abilities: N/A

What acquisitions were made as part of this event? Please describe: We found a few flyers that looked promising, but that was all.

Were any officers injured or impaired as part of this event? Please describe: We haven't seen Sheldon or Mackenzie. I don't know if they were hurt or if they eloped on a whim.

Is the mission resolved? N

If not, please describe the contingency for planned follow-up activities: I will be looking for our missing allies. We eagerly await any other volunteers to assist our recon followup. I will urge Christopher to pursue the leads he found.

By signing this document, I understand that all fields are completed to the best of my ability, and that all accounts are truthful to my knowledge of presented events. I will not omit any information with the intent to obfuscate or otherwise impede on any Negaverse investigation.
