Paracelsian had needed some time to recover after the incident with Bezel, both mentally and physically. The bruises on his neck had faded, but he still felt paranoid and unsure of himself. He hadn't powered up for a while explicitly because he didn't want to feel an Order aura. He couldn't guarantee that even a faint prickle of brightness in the distance wouldn't send him panicking. How many murderous senshi were out there anyway? How would he be sure that his next encounter wouldn't be his last?

If he thought about it, he thought that at times he could feel Bezel's starseed prodding him from subspace. He had never taken it out since Bezel's death (at his hands). He didn't know if the light had gone out in it, and he didn't want to know. Even if her sacrifice would be vital for his plans, it still took a heavy toll on him. He needed to institute what reforms he could, and he needed to be a Captain to have any clout with Lieutenants.

Speaking of potentially becoming a Captain and trying to make a more reasonable Negaverse, Paracelsian had submitted a message to a certain General-Queen, because he figured that she might be the most interested in his little trophy. He kept the note somewhat vague because he thought a little surprise would gain him some favor, but he did mention wanting to meet her to give her "something she might like." He hoped that that would intrigue her enough to convince her to meet him.

So, here he was, hiding tucked away in the most obscure alley he could find, waiting for a Hessonite who might not come to meet him. He had his fingers crossed, but he wasn't going to bet on good happenings tonight. Still, nothing happening would be better than another murder senshi.

If there was one thing that General Queen Hessonite enjoyed, it was a good intrigue, and if there was one way to get her attention, it was to not give her all of the facts. Though, it was a game of Russian Roulette that you played by not giving her all of the facts, and as the redheaded General Queen teleported to where Paracelsian was located, she had a cool, blank look on her face and seemed to be almost wary.

In her experience, when messages were vague it often meant a trap, and today Hessonite wasn’t quite in the mood for a trap, though she suspected that whatever trouble were to be lying in wait wouldn’t like her attitude today either.

“Lieutenant Paracelsian. It’s a pleasure to see you.”

Though her words were warm, her eyes were frosty as she watched him, hands clasped behind her back, standing straight as a board.

“And, to what do I owe this invitation? You said that you had something that I might like. Just what might that be?”

It wasn’t that she didn’t trust lieutenants. They just hadn’t had the time to submerge themselves into the full ideology of the Negaverse. They hadn’t had the time to steep. They were so much more easily swayed at this early stage, and it made her wary. No, not wary. Perhaps simply cautious.

Axinite’s failure was always on her mind, after all.

When Hessonite and her massive aura showed up, Paracelsian tried not to shudder. He could tell just from a glance that maybe his attempt at a surprise had rubbed her the wrong way. In retrospect, it was foolish of him to not give a General-Sovereign full disclosure.

He gave an awkward smile behind his mask. "It's... It's a pleasure to see you too, Ma'am," he stammered, still overwhelmed by the aura and wary of the way her words didn't quite match her demeanor. He was also stunned that she had accepted his summons period, but that was an afterthought. Sucking in a breath, he reached into subspace and pulled out Super Sailor Bezel's starseed, along with the accompanying post-it label with the erstwhile senshi's name on it.

"This is what I wanted to show you. This is the starseed of Super Sailor Bezel, who assaulted me while I was attempting to fill my energy quotas. She was extremely aggressive and dangerous, but I can assure you she is no longer a threat to the Negaverse." That seemed to be the most diplomatic way to put it. There were no untruths there; he had ended the threat of a dangerous senshi. Perhaps sugarcoating what had happened wasn't the best idea, but outright saying "Miss Hessonite, I killed a senshi and here is the proof" didn't feel right either.
