Below are a list of rules for each section of the guild as well as the main rules the group. I'm going to keep this as simple and direct as possible. If you have any questions about any of the rules feel free to either quote me here or private message me.

The Basics

1. Follow Gaia ToS.

2. No godmodding. No auto-hitting or insta-love. You can swear all you want.

3. Time skip if the clothes come off.

4. Do NOT make your character know OOC information they shouldn't.

5. If you are going to be killing off a character please let me know why, as well as make sure you have permission to do so. I need written confirmation from both parties before anything can be carried out in the role play.

6. Please read everything. Know what characters are in your area and know what they're doing before you post. At least know if they're trying to interact with you.

7. You cannot play more than two main roles. You must discuss with me before you even apply to take a second main role slot.

8. Respect everyone. Be mature and civil and give people the benefit of the doubt. Try to resolve any problems as best you can with each other before coming to me. I will not tolerate consistent petty drama.

9. That being said, I don't bite. If you have a question or problem that you've tried to fix on your own, please come to me. I will be more than happy to help. I would rather you say something than just be confused and upset to the point where it makes you want to leave.

10. Keep OOC talk to the discord chat. The link for the discord will be included in the bottom of the Rules thread once it is open. Discord is for chatting and plotting and is crucial to this role play. We do ask that you join the discord chat and check in occasionally but any important announcements will be posted in the announcements thread.

11. While this is an arranged marriage role play there is a group plot. It is fine to go off alone once in a while but please remember to return to the group setting. I know people tend to forget about the group in these cases, and it is rather upsetting. After all, just because you have a chosen partner it does not mean you will actually end up with that person. So please keep that in mind.

Applying and Profiles

1. You can apply by posting in the application thread in the main forum. Please fill out all forms to the fullest.

2. When creating your character please keep specified age ranges in mind. Eldest must be between twenty two (22) and twenty six (26) while the youngest must be between eighteen (18 ) and twenty (20). The odd role must be between eighteen (18 ) and twenty six (26). There is no set age limit for other roles, but please be reasonable.

3. Once I have approved your application I will post it on the quick view thread inside your clans forum. Once you see it is posted you may create your profile thread. You will have one week, seven (7) days to fill out your profile.

4. You must post your profiles in the clan forum you are part of. This means if you are a member of Air clan your profile should not be in any other forum but Air clans.

5. EVERY character will have a separate thread. I do not want to see multiple characters in one profile thread.

6. Once you are done your profile please quote me so that I know you have finished. Once I see this I will link your full profile to your quick view picture.

Posting

1. You will be required to post within a week from the time that the person or people you are waiting on post(s).

2. Posts don't have to be long, but preferably at least 2 to 3 paragraphs. Writer's block is understandable, but you at least need to give people enough to work with.

3. Quality over quantity. This means try to make sure things are spelled correctly and you are using proper grammar. A few mistakes are fine.

4. Your posts should include a picture of your character and their name. Please include where they are, who they are with, and any extra info like that somewhere in the post layout. Try to spruce it up some if you can. Please, no blinding colors and font size should be at the very least 11.

5. If you have more than one character please do a separate post for each one, with a different posting color so that we know they are different people.

6. If you are unable to meet the above requirement for any reason, please let me know. I are very understanding and lenient if you have things going on in your life that are going to have to take priority, but only if you communicate with me.

7. Please make sure you are posting in the proper forums.

Announcements

1. You are only to post in this thread if you have been quoted about participating in an event. You are not allowed to discuss the event in question, only quote the announcement for the event with your approval for your participation. I ask for this to be done as some events may cause harm or even death to characters.

2. As each of these events comes to pass I will contact those who have been chosen to participate to both plot out the event as well as confirm your voluntary participation. No one will be forced to participate in these plots, you will always have the option to say no. At this moment all events involving player characters will be NON FATAL events. This means while they may receive some harm, they will not be at risk of maiming or death. There will be several NPC's who will unfortunately not be as lucky.

Relationships Thread

1. You will be asked to post in this thread on behalf of main role characters only. This is where you will be expected to post/update how your character feels about each of the other main roles. Be they friends, allies or enemies. But having this in the main thread I hope to make it easier for everyone to see how their characters interact with each other.

History and Location Threads

1. You may post any questions/concerns or suggestions in the appropriate threads. This means if you have a question about a location post it in the location thread it belongs in. This way I can answer your questions promptly and the information is accessible to anyone else who may have the same questions.

2. The main purpose of these threads it to provide you with information about the world of Azmora, and its cities and clans.

3. Any large scale events that happen in the role play will be recorded in the History threads. This will include any significant deaths/weddings/battles etc.

Clan Threads

1. These threads are for you to post your profiles and ask questions of other clan members only. Please keep any plotting out of these as everyone is able to see it at any time.

2. There should be NO role playing going on in these threads. They are meant for information only.

The Council and Dusk Alliance Threads

1. These threads are strictly for information purposes only. You are not to post in these unless I have given you permission. These two groups are mostly NPC's who will appear throughout our time with the role play.

2. As the story progresses some of the NPC cast may change, so remember to check back to the quick view threads after large events.

I wish I did not have to do this but it has some to my attention that an increasing amount of people believe themselves to be above the rules. I will only say this once. If you are caught breaking the Gaia ToS or any of their rules, be it here or on discord I will remove you from this role play and report you. I will not risk getting in trouble myself because people cannot act like responsible human beings.

Once you have read all these please quote me stating the following: I have read and understand the rules.

The Discord

The same rules apply to the discord as here. Be respectful and try to be courteous to everyone there. I would prefer that anything over PG 13 be kept out of the general chats. As with all things there is always a risk of running into minors. You will be responsible to reading and abiding by the discord ToS. Anyone caught breaking their rules will be kicked from the server and reported. I will not be held accountable or responsible for any misconduct. These will also be posted in the discord server so that they are on hand there as well.
