Which was why Itsuki'd taken to squinting at the sky whenever he went out - when he could go out on muscles that were still trying to remember how to walk and hold his weight, a task that had become significantly easier over the last few months.A few individuals stopped to stare as they passed, their odd expressions betraying that they'd never been denied the warmth of the sun on their skin, perhaps didn't appreciate such a thing.
They were absolute fools.
But one couldn't spend a whole day appreciating the little things. He'd left the house on his father's request - He needed to be presentable for a company meeting so that those who thought perhaps the fresh-from-dreamland heir needed to be ousted could see he was doing well. Which meant after several years, he needed a proper suit that actually looked like it fit him. Those he had fit a body with actual mass to it - mass he'd get to gain back yet. The road ahead was still long.
And it was two steps into the store he realized he knew little to nothing about what he was looking for, and would likely need to flag down somebody to help him become presentable...rather than the tired and comparatively lazily dressed man he was compared to other customers.
But he wasn't quick to speak up, instead standing off at one of the displays, staring at it with the most default look his face could manage - absolute disapproval.
