xxxxxxxxx█ Jack can come off as surly and a bit rough around the edges. He was shaped by his environment in his youth and has grown a tough outer shell as a result. He's gruff, irritable, but surprisingly has a dry sense of humor. He's not above teasing hero's who stand against him, granted his form of teasing can come off as mocking to some people. However Jack has a heart of gold and if he see's civilians lives are in danger he will jump in and play the hero to save their lives. He has a particular weakness for kids and if he has enough money in excess he'll donate to local orphanages or charities if they're reputable. That being said though Jack isn't above beating or roughing up civilians to get what he wants, he just won't kill them as his own moral rule. He also doesn't play too nicely with the more psychotic villains and has no trouble tipping off heroes to their schemes and plans just to spite them. Jack also has a serious underlying anxiety thanks to his youth, he fears that if he ever doesn't have money in excess he'll go back to being dirt poor and the thought of going back to where he was when he was younger terrifies Jack.

xxxxxxxxx█ Pain to Power: For every injury Jack endures (He's still just a normal man with normal human durability) he stores up energy and once he's reached his limit his eyes will give off an fiery glow indicating that his power is ready. Then he has the choice of either just letting himself "blow up" (The explosion would just erupt from his body doing no actual damage to himself but can damage his clothes depending on how strong it is) so to speak or condense the attack into an explosive "Bomb" he can throw. Jack can only hold this explosion in for thirty seconds before he has to let it out. On top of that if a fight ends before he lets off the explosion the energy stored will remain until he takes another injury or blow. Jack can injure himself to activate his powers which is both a blessing and a curse since if his power is topped off and he does something silly like stub his toe and bang his body on something it'll trigger the power.

xxxxxxxxx█ Jack's past is what you'd expect looking at him. He born into a bad neighborhood with an alcoholic Mother and an abusive Father. He never had much of a childhood and was forced to grow up quicker than most kids his age to survive. Jack still considers it a miracle that he survived the infant and baby stages of his life considering how neglectful his parents were. By the time he was thirteen Jack had tried to be better than his parents but failing grades in school coupled with other kids who liked to bully him for his poor family caused him to get into a lot of fights at school. By the time he was sixteen Jack had begun fighting back against his Father's regular beatings and while he usually lost he was also getting stronger and stronger. He began to go to the gym and work out everyday and found that taking his aggression out on a punching back and weights were much better for him than another person, if only because he wouldn't get into trouble for it. Eventually one day his powers manifested during one of these fights and he ended up killing both his Mother and Father with his first ever explosion. Despite hating his parents he was still mortified that he killed people and went on the run out of horror. During this time Jack did whatever he could to survive on the streets and he's had to do many things that he's not proud of and would rather not speak of. However soon enough he came to terms with what happened to them and once he got himself out of the dangerous life he had put himself into, Jack began to hone his new craft, thievery. At first pick pocketing, it was easy enough for him to pick up but soon enough ten or twenty dollars wasn't enough for him. He wanted more. Soon he broke into people's houses and stole everything of value which was usually jewelry and money but soon enough ended up hitting the rich houses who had so much to take. Eventually though even that wasn't enough and he had his first time ever robbing a bank and it was exhilarating to have so much money all at once. However this was the first time he ever encountered a Hero and their battle was ended with Jack coming out on top and defeating the Hero before making his grande escape. From that point he's been caught by police and heroes before then escaping from their grasp. He's perfected his craft and as a result he'd amassed a very sizable fortune but it's just not enough, call him greedy, call him a kleptomaniac, but one things for sure. Kaboom isn't stopping anytime soon.

xxxxxxxxx█ Jack's body is littered with scars all over due to his powers activation requirement and as such you'd be hard pressed to find a spot of his body that isn't scarred or bruised in some way from a previous fight.
Jack also doesn't bother with hiding his face behind a mask, he just doesn't care if people recognize him or not. If they do it's a pain but he'll just deal with it. He also tends to wear leather a lot since the material is able to usually withstand his explosions.
