There need to be quite a bit of changes to the UI for all poses to show up, and it would also be a bit confusing as some icons won't be actual items but just poses. We will need to do some UI overhaul for us to implement such a feature correctly I believe.

We can probably add the more popular items into one of our stores! It probably wouldn't be in the Tree House but we can find a store they can go and make sure to update you when we have figured it out!

Yes we will be releasing a feature to fold your avatar into halves so each half can show up on each side of the screen! biggrin
A change in canvas size in the app should be auto detected. Hopefully that won't break layout as it's pretty close to portrait mode on a tablet.

Have you made sure to check your spam/trash folder? Sometimes our e-mails get filtered into those folders. Additionally, please add the e-mail address, webadmin@mailer.gaiaonline.com, to your safe list/address book and try again. Right now we’re focused on releasing the user-designed tiers and updating the Star Rewards. We'll add more incentives on each system based on your feedback.

Sorry I made a mistake in the pledge page about the brithstone item. I'll need to correct that. We currently don't have birthstone items for 2019 planned.
When I mentioned different, I was trying to elude to Zodiacs being the something different—everyone has one (or some may argue two, if they're on the cusp!) and we wanted to present it in a new format/visibility!

Creating Marketplace listings can be pretty frustrating if you're selling something from a page that isn't the first one and your page refreshes if you have more than one copies of the item you sell.
Could we get a "jump to page" option on the top (under the search bar), or perhaps be redirected to the last page we were on when we picked an item to sell?

As mentioned in past two weeks, zomg servers have been wonky due to having one server one day and two the next. The servers get pretty laggy and having just one server on every other day is chaos because it gets super laggy and unplayable. Can we go back to 3 servers or give us 2 servers everyday? Thank you

Hello, I just sent a PM to Jak about a specific issue involving a friend being banned for being assumed to be the mule of another Gaian who got banned.
But I thought it might be important to get more clarity out to any Gaian who might have questions involving this kind of situation. I know in previous ATS it has been talked about how Gaia goes to the effort of banning suspected mules so that the person cannot just move their stuff to another account to circumvent punishment. Makes totally sense, and I'm totally for making sure the wrong doer does not just get away with whatever they did to get banned.
However, how does one prove that they are NOT someone's mule, but just a person who is in the wrong place at the wrong time? How does Gaia go about saying that someone IS a mule to an account that is getting banned?

The short version is we look at a variety of factors in determining whether or not an account is a mule or not. Only once we have made that determination will we go ahead and ban, if warranted.
Unfortunately we can ONLY talk to the account owners about details due to privacy so your writing about your friend, while we may look into what you sent we would not reply with any info on the accounts you were writing to us about, sorry.

Thank you for your suggestions, we had reviewed them and as they are changes that could have a large impact on Gaia purchases for both gold and GCash, we are cautious to make similar changes immediately. We will keep your suggestions into consideration and most likely look into adjusting item schedules at the very least.

I've heard similar requests today for other features. We will try to implement more features where the page will remember your last tab upon re-visit. Hopefully that'll proof to be useful. We'll need to ask more Gaians before changing the default tab.

It doesn't even need to be a big update; if there's a handful of small-pose items in there, that'd be better than no updates at all. This feature could be a very popular and enjoyable one if it was just updated more often than once a year, and can act as a constant - although small - gold sink in between bigger ones such as events or Flynn's.

- i know i originally suggested a price hike, maybe 5$ would be too much, so maybe just an even 3$? that way you can get it for cheaper if you buy during its initial release, but then you get just a bit more afterwards for those who possibly couldnt get it in time for one reason or another

Yes the extra flairs were mainly additional flares to be given away for special events. There's always a debate towards how we should handle payment since day one, for the time being we having come to a consensus on changes, as resources are still tight.

The Glitch Thread is mostly up to date, so it's possible your report got missed. If that is the case, I'm so sorry about that! If you don't get a reply (either a quote or a tip) within a month or two, please feel free to re-post it. If it's not fixable, we should at least be able to let you know that!

That's another aspect that had been discussed many times internally. We haven't come up with a consensus unfortunately, with many core features that we have yet to build and update.

If we select the link on the front page, when we try to purchase any of the flares the page just doesn't load. If we click a link of the page that has been put in a post, then it will let us purchase. I wanted to mention it here to make sure that it got onto your guy's radar so you won't miss out on too many people attempting to buy when it won't let them.

We will work on Towns 3 when we get a chance. It'll be nice to run a hangout area on mobile devices.
