"Whoever designed this outfit needs to be fired," a cold night was a night she shouldn't have gone out on if she'd had any sense, but the Negaverse had the good fortune of having pants and coats and could be out causing trouble. So instead there she was, no sleeves, and wondering if she just needed to find a way to channel her inner ho to stay warm. That she was still up to this nonsense was really a mystery by her. Could have gone back to normal after the snake lady, but nooooooo. Had to join the terrorists, and perhaps that had been what bothered her about it all. Circling the back streets of down town in an outfit that deemed her whole identity changed, trying to find an explanation for it all. She wasn't something wrong, after all, and it hadn't sat right. "If there's nobody out here when I get to the end of the street....I'm going home..." in a warmly dressed body and with a hot chocolate from the coffee shop 2 streets over. Thank you very much.

Super Sailor Sinistra did not have the most to complain about as far as her outfit went. It was cold, yes, but at least she had layers and a nice hat in case it rained. The tights helped, as well, to keep her warm and to keep her modesty in check. If she had to run around in barely anything like some of the other senshi she had seen, she would probably have died of embarrassment by now.
She had enough to deal with in that regard anyway, and did not need her clothes making it worse. There were plenty of other things to worry about embarrassing herself over.
Hearing a voice and sensing an aura, Sinistra turned and altered her patrol route to go and meet up with whoever it was she felt. It was White Moon, so that meant it was probably safe. So far, she had not met any senshi or knights that seemed particularly mean. In fact, she made more friends while powered up than she ever had in the entirety of her school years.
Which, now that she was thinking about it, was probably not something to be proud of, even if it was a massive accomplishment for her.
"Hello there," she said sheepishly, as she rounded the corner and saw a very determined, but very cold, looking girl heading in her direction. Sinistra had no idea she was preventing the other from justifying heading home for the evening by appearing, though she would have felt extremely guilty about it if she did.
"Are you alright? You look like you're freezing..."

There went all her plans, promises of going home and having a nice hot drink stolen away by a cute face - which as far as Laomedeia was concerned, was a completely passable second place. A second lookover (with less emphasis on Sinistra's face) let her take in the uniform - another of her sort, it seemed. "I am freezing, hun! They could have at least given me a coat!" But that wasn't how any of this worked, so instead she got to suffer in utter silence. Or it should have been silence. Instead, it was the soft whimpers of someone absolutely unsuited to the business. She made a rather dramatic show of shivering, tights be damned, for the stranger, before frowning with about the same level of display. "It's seemed like a pretty clear night so far, though - out here freezing for no reason."

Sinistra looked very empathetic to the other senshi's plight, though she was not all that cold save only her arms. She wished she had something she could share, but the little cape she had was mostly worthless, and somehow she doubted a hat would do much to keep the other warm.
"I'm very sorry," she said, voicing her thoughts, "if only I had a coat or a sash to share with you! I hate that so many senshi seem to have to patrol with... very little on. Uhm. Though your fuku is very cute, I like the colors."
Sinistra, oblivious of any flirtatious connotations to her words, was just an honest little creature. She thought that a compliment might at least help the other feel better about being cold, and really, the outfit was very pretty. Sinistra had seen quite a few really beautiful uniforms out there, and sort of had to wonder why she ended up looking like a witch.
Surely it wasn't personality based? She certainly hoped not.
She awkwardly shuffled a little closer, knowing that people generated warmth by proximity. Of course, she also knew she was painfully uncomfortable with being close to others, so she was not exactly standing directly next to the other senshi. Still, it was closer than before, and that had to count for something, right?
"Well, I could always take up patrolling around here, if you'd like to retire early and get warmed up?" she offered sheepishly, holding one hand to her own chest and playing with the clasp of her cape idly.

At Sinistra’s compliment towards her Fuku, Laomedeia did a little spin to allow the Super to take a better look at it. Really, she couldn’t agree more. It was cute! “Cute at least keeps the heart warm!” she agreed, stepping in closer to the other young woman. “I’m Laomedeia,” she said, making sure to find her manners - and maybe an excuse to wheedle a name out of a pretty girl. “Your uniform is adorable - like a perfect festive doll~” though perhaps not as seasonally appropriate as it could have been. A shame they couldn’t just...alter things up themselves. The suggestion to take over the patrolling was awfully tempting. But Laomedeia had certainly found something much more interesting than being cold in the idea of the company of a cute girl. Especially one that didn’t make her feel ill to be nearby (what was with the black uniforms and that effect, anyways?). “I’d hate to leave you out here by your lonesome tho, hun. How about you keep me company instead?”

Sinistra smiled and watched as Laomedeia did a spin, giggling slightly and nodding her head in approval and clapping. At the introduction she offered her hand, with only a slight hesitation. Being polite was easier than any other form of conversation for Sinistra, at least, and she was glad things were going so well. It made her slightly more comfortable. Slightly. "Sailor Sinistra, of brooms. It's a pleasure to meet you, Laomedeia!" That feeling of slight confidence quickly flooded away and was replaced with more awkwardness than should be feasible in one human being. Ever a super powered one. She blushed brightly and pulled the brim of her hat down slightly, hiding under it. "Oh, it's silly, isn't it? I'm always ready for Halloween, but it's not so good once October is over. But, ah. Uhm. Y-yes, patrolling together is better than going alone, and being cold. At least we can keep our minds off of it. Hopefully we don't run into anything causing trouble." She tilted her hat up again, blush receding enough for her to come out of hat hiding. "I can't say I'm the most useful in a fight, but I'll do my best."

If Sinistra hadn't looked so bashful, Laomedeia would have played the part of a prince, kissing the knuckles of that offered hand. Instead, she offered a sweet smile, taking the super's hand in both of hers, holding it in the tender way usually stereotyped to a drunk girl who had all of her sweetness activated by the bottle. She'd been that girl, even if she wasn't right then. "I don't think it's silly at all, dear," Laomedeia assured, squeezing the hand she was still holding before letting it go. For now. "Do you have a usual route you patrol, hun?" she asked, taking a long look around the street. "I kind of...wander and hope for the best myself. So far I've been fairly lucky, though!" She considered the idea of a fight breaking out, twisting a lock of her hair thoughtfully. "I haven't been in many, but maybe with our powers combined....we won't have to find out how useful we are together, hmm?"

Sinistra smiled at Laomedeia and then glanced bashfully at the floor. Her cheeks were red from embarrassment rather than cold, yet she felt rather comfortable and happy despite her heart racing in her chest and her mind working a mile a minute.
She had never had anyone hold on to her hand quite like that before. Usually, it was just a quick hello and she was off, keeping everyone at arm's length but not... quite touching anyone. She was a loner, in her way, though she was very kind and tried to be open. Somehow, no one ever really seemed to show any interest in her, and that was the attitude she ultimately became okay with. That no one ever would, and that was her place in the scheme of things.
"Ah... uhm," she tried to answer, though her brain had ultimately shut off. She still had her hand up a little, though Laomedeia had let go. The English language her abandoned her for now, so she just shook her head sheepishly. She did not mind the idea of just wandering around with this curious new friend, though she lacked the strength to say something like that.
"My power is to summon a broom," she said, without irony. "It's uhm. You know. It's a power, I guess." She moved to start walking, not really picking a direction so much as letting her feet do the leading.

Sinistra was very cute when she blushed. Laomedeia fell into pace beside Sinistra as she began to walk, more focused on her fellow senshi than she was on where they were headed for now. "Oh? What does it do?" she asked with an innocent tilt of her head. A broom sounded much more helpful than whatever it wa was Laomedeia did. "I sing," she offered in turn for their little game of magic show-and-tell (though it was mostly tell, really). "A little thing that seemingly does nothing," Laomedeia had only used it once, after all, and hadn't really had the mind to figure out what had happened when it gave her the time to book it with a cat in tow. If she'd cared to do her research into mythology, maybe she'd have gotten a hint. She hadn't, though.
