Cecil thankfully recovered from the semblance switch, and had received a chance to earn a bit of extra credit. With that in mind, he made his way to the gym, where he was told his sparring partner would be. Since he fought Tessa, he felt more mentally prepared to keep calm as he had his weapon at the ready. The gym itself was thankfully empty, save for the cameras to watch and record the fight safely, he would wait to activate his semblance, for when the being known as Nova would arrive.

Nova opened the door to the gym, probably with a bit more force than was needed. "Boom!!" she yelled as she entered. The petite feline walked through the door and saw a young man, most likely the one that she had been assigned to for training. "Hey there!" she said, waving as she made her way over to him. The little wolf pup following behind her, looking a little bit more cautious as to the young man. "Nova, he is potentially your opponent, please be careful" he said, to which Nova waved it off. "Shhhh, this is gonna be fun!" she said to Noah quietly, forgetting that her voice would echo throughout the gym.
Nova came into close proximity of the young man, gesturing to Noah. "This old man here is Noah.." she said, as the young wolf pup sighed. "Nova, do you have to call me that?" he said, as she chuckled, looking back at Cecil. "Fine, he gets offended when I call him old, he's a young spring chicken!" she added. "You are Cecil?" she asked, looking at him up and down, and then her eyes averting to his weapon. "That looks like it could cause some damage.." said Noah, as he also examined it.

Cecil's attention turned to face the doors of the gym that slammed open because of the cause walking through and her pup. He announcement of herself caused his aura to activate quietly as he watched them approach, his weapon in hand, he fell silent as they spoke. He wanted that extra credit as she began to talk and introduce herself along with her dog, his brown hue of eyes watching them intently before she chose to pop the question of his identity. He collapsed the blade to the side of his Reiterpallasch, the barrel of the pistol rapier now exposed as the bladed end had moved to form essentially a short-blade rather than the rapier it was. He promptly swiped with the blade at both of them, not caring if he hits or not as his semblance became active.
If they dodged or block, Cecil would begin to speak, "Even for a small match, one should not explosively come barging into a room like that." He told her to start off as he jumped away before they could retaliate and landed about 8 feet away from her before he continued on, the barrel aimed at her. "I am indeed Cecil, your opponent, now prepare yourself!" He called out to her as the rooms temperature began to drop.

Nova jumped backwards to avoid the swipe from his blade, Noah was already far enough that it wouldn't have connected with him in any case. She began to snicker, turning into a laugh as she watched Cecil move to create space between them both, trying to be patronising towards her made her laugh even more. "Wow Noah, looks like we have mr grumpy guts over here!" she said, as her companion stood beside her - still remaining in his non-battle form. "You would think that these young students were equipped with some manners, however he does not seem the case - be careful with him Nova.." he said, a bark could be heard on the outside.
Nova didn't make a big deal of the sudden drop in temperature of the room, she used her peripheral vision to scan for any surprised but it did only seem like he was the only one in the room with her and Noah. "Do you take everything this seriously in life Cecil?" she yelled, still trying to make conversation even though he evidently didn't want to - typical Nova style. Noah sighed and nudged her hand, "He clearly isn't interested in getting to know you Nova, be ready for the fight" he said, as she then put on a more serious face, taking her blades out from their holdings. "Alright then, once I win this - you'll have no choice but to talk to me!" she said, winking towards Cecil playfully, after all, this was just a sparring match - it wasn't real.

Cecil kept his eyes trained on the duo as he kept his weapon at the ready while he listened to her slowly bust out laughing, he didn't seemed fazed by her optimism. He listened to the two as they talked, shaking his head as if he did lack manners, he would keep on the offense while they chit-chatted. He waited as he listened to her talk even more, asking him if he took everything seriously in life before her companion told her to focus on the fight. Soon enough she made a deal that Cecil had little to no say in before she unsheathed her blades. The weapons looked interesting but he brought his weapon back and fired a quick bullet from a distance at her. His weapon may be old, but it still packs a punch if the bullet found it's course.
Cecil kept his distance, and with two enemies to keep track of, this would prove to be hairy no matter what way he chose to fight. He had to prepare himself if they chose to attack in tandem against him.

Nova watched as the young man didn't utter a word, she could still feel it getting colder in the room and frowned. "Who racked down the heating in here?" she said rhetorically as she looked back at her wolf pup. Noah was still watching Cecil, and then averted his gaze to his partner. "Isn't it obvious who?" he said, gesturing his nose towards the silent Cecil, Noah was evidently the intelligent one out of the pair. Nova turned back to look at Cecil and watched him move his arm backwards with the weapon, she prepared herself for whatever he would throw at her.
The bullet came from a distance, Nova had the upper hand in this case with her reflexes being so fast. She flipped backwards out of the way of it and landed beside her wolf pup, placing her hand on him. "You ready old man?" she said, winking to him as he barked in agreement. "Always" he answered as his entire body started to completely glow a bright white. The wolf pup grew massively in size, claws protruded from his paws and teeth as sharp as diamonds appeared in his mouth. He let out an ear-wrenching howl that was cut short by Nova tapping him on the nose, "Can you at least wait to do the howl until I'm further away?! MY EARS!" she yelled, holding her ears for a brief moment as she shook her head.
Nova looked at the now large adult wolf, she almost missed her little pup when he was in the form, but thought he looked so cool. "Lets make the team proud!" she said as patted his head gently, smiling at her partner. Nova got herself in position again, smoke could now be seen coming from her as it remained freezing for her. "My limbs are becoming a little bit stiff Noah, keep yourself active and keep warm.." she said in her mind to Noah, as she jogged on the spot to keep herself from letting this infuriating cold get to her too much.
Nova was a short distance fighter, she would wait until he was closer before she tried anything. He was using his bullets and obviously some form of his semblance, so she would wait it out until he approached.

Cecil continued to watch, standing his ground as she managed to avoid the bullet while he watched Noah's movement before he hardned his stare as she spoke aloud to ask the pup if it was ready. Soon enough, the dog began to glow brightly as the shape of the body started to change. Cecil could feel the temperature drop even further to the point that he moved his right hand and summoned out a crossbow of pure ice. Then the howl came as the girl began to berate her pup as Cecil took aim, his left hand up as he began to fire off three bolts of ice at them, his hand gliding back each time to pull the strange aura strong that helped to shoot the generating icicles.
"You know, most enemies would be trying to close the distance against a distance fighter." He called out to her as he kept firing at her, with the intention to transform the crossbow into his spear when they got too close.

Nova had extremely quick reflexes, she watched his hand raise and fire icicles from it and she flipped backwards to avoid the first, second and then moved to her left to swiftly avoid the third. She looked to the ground in the hope that they wouldn't shatter but plug and was frustrated when she placed her hand on one and it just shattered in it. Nova then looked up at Cecil again, and took her left blade in her hand so she was holding it out-width the hilt part. She started to run for Cecil, a playful smirk on her face as she suddenly leapt into the sky, something she was more talented at than a regular feline was. Her leap could take her far, and she was quick too - whilst in midair she threw her left blade right towards Cecil as she then came down with her right blade to aim for a head on attack right to his front. From under her leap came Noah, who was bounding towards Cecil, his wolf instincts kicked in and he was aiming for the offence. Noah quickly broke off from the center and came around towards Cecil's left side, aiming a large swipe for his side to go alongside Nova's frontal assault - he would have to choose one of them to counter or try to defend against.

Cecil could see Nova dodging each of his icicle shots as he was learning the battle and how agile she was. She seemed to have been hoping to use his own icicles against him but she changed her tactics quickly to begin charging at him, just as Cecil was hoping. Soon she was jumping into the air as Cecil's left hand moved from his crossbow in a swiping motion. In the process, he had summoned out his frozen spear to smack her blade out of the sky and as she was coming down, he could see the wolf coming at him. Cecil had to choose and it was between having to deal with brain or brawn. He instead opted to stab forward with the spear in his left hand while moving the crossbow to his left side, having to choose to trade blows with the falling Nova as she came to attack his front. Whether or not she chose to bail on the attack and block the incoming spear to her gut whilst he took Noah's swipe and would be sent flying by the shear strength. If she chose to not bail, she would find her blade hitting his aura as well, just not as much as she was hoping for since he was being sent flying. The Frozen Crossbow thankfully had shielded him from most of the damage to him and his aura but the crossbow had shattered due to the durability, thus leaving his reiterpallasch free once again. His feet began to skid while he slowly recovered until he was about 10 feet away from them once again. He could take the punishment of the attack, yet he was letting an instinctual individual help him move.

A smirk appeared on the feline's face as she watched his moves, luckily for her she had a feeling he'd take her on rather than the wolf at his side. As Nova came down towards him she caught the weapon in her hand that he had bounced back towards her and landed only an inch or so away from his spear. Nova always had the upper hand when it came to jumping, it was her speciality, she landed very gracefully from it and barely needed any recovery time from it. As she went to look up, Noah's claws pushed Cecil back, not really doing any damage but moving him backwards from the pair. Nova ran at him again, this time throwing her left blade towards his left knee as she skid along the ground on her side, Noah leapt over her from the front and went in for the frontal attack this time, following Nova's piercing move to his knee if it collided.
Nova picked herself up through her slide along the ground and continued to run after Noah, she ran towards his right side now, twisting as she aimed a slash directly for his side. The pair were on the offense together, two was better than one.

Cecil watched as Nova began to charge at him once more with the hulking wolf behind him. His eyes caught a glimmer of metal flying and in a matter's moment, he swung his Reiterpallasch and with a c***k, the blade was smacked out of the air as a Frozen longsword was encased around the Reiterpallasch. Cecil was keeping an eye on both Nova and Noah and as he was beginning to close the distance, he could hear the steps of Nova to his right. Two were definitely better than one but as the wolf aimed for his knee, Cecil slowly leaned to the right and soon kicked off with his left leg as he swung with his sword arm to try and slash at the claws and fingers of Noah. In the process, he was off of the ground and slowly twirling in the air towards Nova as she began to swing at him. He was adapting on the fly with everything he's red about combat, he swung overhead with the frozen Spear, aiming to smack at Nova's neck in return as she swung, and with the reach he had with the spear, he was going to hit her before she could slash at him.

Noah let out a sharp yelp as he backed off for a brief moment, his aura shield evidently taking a hit from Cecil, the wolf shook it off and then stood his ground, waiting for the next move. Nova watched as Cecil brought the spear over his head, she was much shorter in stature than the young man so it just went right over her head as she continued through with her slash, a mischievous smirk appeared on the young Faunus's face. Sliding along the ground now, Nova followed through and aimed the slash to both carry through and slide past the left side of his leg.

Cecil was happy on the fact his blade managed to stop Noah's attack, yet he had....overestimated the height of Nova as his spear swung just over her short head. He paid for it dearly as he tanked the slash to his aura protected side. He managed to land after she slid past them, leaving both enemies behind him, as he recovered from his jump. He rolled forward and turned around, chucking a spinning spear at the duo but as it was growing closer to hitting Noah more than Nova, it shattered into fine particles. It was a mere distraction that Cecil used when summoning out his Oodachi, holding the base of the blade right at the hilt. He was standing straight and facing them as his reiterpallasch was resting upon his back. "You've both done well to get this far, but now is the time for me to take you both seriously." He forewarned them as he turned to face them fully, his legs spread out a bit and the right foot forward. His left foot back as his right hand was hovering close to the handle of the frozen Oodachi, ready for what was to come. If either of them made their way within his now meter range, he would preform a simple horizontal slash at waist height. It'd be quick, and he'd transition into an advancing spin to bring the blade back to his sheathing hand and to approach the foes.

Nova came out of her slide to turn around, facing Cecil who was now at her other side, throwing a spear towards the pair. Noah was prepared to take the brunt of the damage when Nova, stupidly, threw herself in front of him with her blades covering her face for impact. "Nova!" yelled Noah as an aggressive bark came from him, Nova was so used to being protected that she wanted to give Noah the chance to recover from his blow a few seconds earlier. As the spear came close to impact, it then shattered into pieces in front of her, Nova looked in confusion, not really understanding why he had done that.
"Pay attention to your foe!" Noah said as he was already watching Cecil's move, Nova placed her arms back at her side and let out a loud laugh at his entire demeanor. "You crack me up Cecil!" she said, having to wipe tears of laughter from under her eyes. Noah stood beside her now, nudging her harshly with his hip to make her concentrate. "Sheeesh Noah, the guy is a student just like me - he's got a bit of a god complex going on!" she said, Noah then barking at her. "Alright! Ok! I'll stop!" she said, shaking her head. All while this class act was going on, Cecil was evidently waiting for them to now come at him, however Nova enjoyed taking moments to have a joke.
Noah looked to Cecil, and then to Nova. "The young hunter is obviously waiting to counter us with that sword.." he said, Nova smirking. "Then let's give him something to counter.." she said, in her mind to Noah. The pair raced towards Cecil, who slashed towards them at waist height, an easy move for two acrobats to avoid. As his slash was avoided by both, he followed through with a spin, giving an opening to the two of them as his back then turned away from them. Noah aimed his strong, bulky head for the hunters back to force him in the other direction whilst Nova placed her foot in front of Cecil's as the pair aimed to trip him up forwards. "Never turn your back on a Primrose!" she yelled.

Cecil watched as they both evaded his attack, quickly picking up on a faux opening he had left them after they had managed to avoid the attack. He was quickly pinced by then, only.... He grinned and dropped prone into a backwards baseball slide, ice forming underneath him as he slid through underneath the large Noah's legs while he was busy going for a headbutt. The ice remained on the floor and in a retort to her family name he responded... "And you never underestimate a Roydon!" He told her as his slide continued away, the ice quickly crawling along the floor and making the gym floor into a practical ice rink.
He managed to slide about 15, maybe 20 feet away from the pair before he slowly moved into a spinning crouch, to a stand and promptly stopped as he faced them, his sword aimed at the duo while his Ōdachi remained in his left. It was as if he was ice skating for the moment and infact, with how the field changing was, and the temperature reaching hypothermic levels, he may have just sealed their defeat.
