The other part of him kept thinking 'But... Meat Shield'. Having someone along meant he wouldn't have to face potential White Moon soldiers alone, which drastically increased his likelyhood of coming out of it unharmed. Which was nothing but good, in his estimation. Despite the rigorous training that had him at least semi capable by now, he didn't like throwing hands with someone. Too much could go wrong and it was too easy to get hurt.
But it wasn't actually like he had a choice in the matter, at the end of the day.
A few blocks from the University, he stood calmly (read: sullenly) looking over the thinning foot traffic from the roof of a book store, thinking his own thoughts rather what he should have been doing. Deciding on a route to take for tonight's hunt for quota. He'd been tasked to go out tonight with this... Nissonite, and they were supposed to be figuring out where to go. Dragging his mind away from his grumpiness, he ran a hand through his hair and sighed.
"If we go by the university, sure, there might be students out partying, but its also a lot more policed by Order for that same reason. Downtown isn't exactly clean and well lit, but its easier to single people out." He offered. It was still not easy finding people to energy drain, wherever he tried to do it. He didn't like being a brute about it, but it seemed the most efficient way.
