Pao:
Carminite stared out into the night from the rooftops of a building just nearby one of the city parks, now primarily devoid of life due to the hour. Most people were asleep, and if not they avoided dimly lit areas like such parks in the middle of the night their own personal safety. Having already met his energy quota for the night there was a scattered trail of unconscious people in his wake, essentially left for dead considering the freezing cold winter temperatures.

From the look on his face he seemed a little unsettled by his thoughts about that. It was a catch twenty-two; he didn't want them to die but he still had responsibilities, and he couldn't exactly help bring them to safety after putting them into such a ******** if you do, huh?" he muttered to himself.

Aria:
Cheomseongdae was patrolling when she sensed a Chaos person out. She swore under her breath, and turned towards it... And was horrified to find a series of unconscious people on the sidewalks in the snow. She stared at all of them and then swore even more. Ok, she had a duty here to deal with that a*****e but somehow she had to notify authorities.

There was a pause, then she sent a message via her ring to one of her contacts, telling them she had an agent to fight, but to call 911 and send them for all these victims. She would NOT allow them to die if she could avoid it. None of them deserved that. Once she had that message off, she began to speed up, heading for the ******** up Agent who had done this.

She was almost to the Chaos 'spot' she felt when her contact confirmed they had called, and she felt relief about that as she made the jump onto the roof behind the unknown agent... Just in time to hear his mutter. "******** if you do for sure, a*****e." She snarled. "Murderous bastards, the lot of you, no matter what that ******** up Christ spewing general claimed." She got herself into a defensive pose, and moved towards him.

Pao:
His thoughts on conscience and such were interrupted when he sensed an Order presence in his vicinity, and he sighed. He'd done so well, avoiding any direct contact with them--the sooner he made it home, the better it usually was for him, after all. And he didn't have to try to explain any injuries sustained from these fights.

Slowly but surely he felt that aura come closer, and when someone finally spoke he turned around, a little scowl on his face.

"If it wasn't winter they'd be awake in a matter of hours," he said, noting her defensive pose and matching it with one of his own. He wasn't much in the mood to try and talk someone down from wanting to fight. "Someone like you wouldn't really understand what we do, though, so I'm not gonna waste much more of my breath talking."

At that he lunged at her, arm drawn back and fist soon aiming straight for her gut.

Aria:
"But it is winter, and they're going to die. You're just like the rest of you Nega Bastards." She was snarling in fury, Cheom's usually pretty face ugly with her fury. "Someone like me..." She darted to the side while ducking some, remembering her Aikido's instructor, and grabbed for his wrist, using his own momentum to pull him over her shoulder. He would suddenly find himself flying over the young woman's back and being slammed into the roof gravel.

"Someone like me knows that your kind violates civilians, leaving them for dead... If they survive, they might as well have been raped, with how they were violated and had what is theirs taken from them without their consent." She was snarling again, and she darted forwards, attempting to get a punch in as a follow up to the throw.

Pao:
He didn't quite see the throw coming, so naturally his reaction time was, for him, incredibly inadequate. He landed with a loud thud and groan, too winded to really reply but now focused on defense so he could recover a bit from the impact. "Rape," he said, managing to sidestep her punch and aiming an uppercut right to her gut.

"Is a bit dramatic, don't you think? It's a noble cause they're contributing to, a greater good."

Aria:
She wasn't able to avoid the uppercut fully, and made a low grunt of pain, but used the momentum to turn and aim a chop towards his side, above where it would hit the kidneys but it would still hurt like hell if it connected.

"Not at all dramatic." She snarled, her breath heavy. "Especially since it's for a cause run by murderers." Anyone who would do that was a murderer in her eyes. "You take from them. You rape their energy, violate their bodies to take their energy... And if you're the really evil kind you shove your filthy hands into their chests and steal their life directly."

Pao:
He snarled when he wasn't able to fully dodge her attack either, the pain radiating out from the point of contact and throughout his back. It slowed him down, but not by much. He turned and tried to grab her arm so he could throw a flurry of punches to her side, wishing he had already moved up the ranks so he had a real weapon to do some actual damage and hopefully end the fight that much quicker.

"I doubt all of you Order bastards are as innocent as you think," he replied, breathing heavily. "There are a those of you who are as murderous as you think we are."

Aria:
She yelped in pained fury as he grabbed her arm, as it twisted it painfully. She took the punches, though she was twisting and trying to dodge what she could, so a number of them did not hit as intended... But then she shoved forwards, using the fact that he had her gripped, so he had to stay close... And used her knee, aiming right for his middle bits.

"We don't steal people's' energy. Some are probably terrible people but at least we're not violating people. Just remember that, you violating a*****e. If you're not a rapist, you're certainly no better than people who abuse innocents, like children."

Pao:
He noticed too late where her knee was aiming for, and he took it like a champ...but no amount of magic as a Negaverse agent could dull that pain enough to be tolerable. His hold on her loosened as he was forcibly hunched over by the pain that now radiated from his middle bits.

"'Abusing innocents like children,' says someone on the side that recruits children into this shitstorm," he said as he dropped to his knees. With what little he could do at the moment, he at least tried to aim for her foot.

Aria:
She pulled out of range as soon as her arm was free, trying to get into a better position, one where she could get a good hit on this scumbag. She was about to get out of his grip range when his hand moved towards her foot... He managed to hit, but not grip, causing her to hop back and swear.

"Children? What children? I haven't seen any children on our side." She snapped out. "But hey, if we have children fighting with us, it's because you bastards are causing so much damage... And you're the ones who actually ASSAULT those children. If you assholes weren't attacking innocents, we wouldn't be so desperate to protect the innocents!"

Pao:
There was the faintest hint of a smile when his managed to land the hit on her foot. While she hopped at a distance he slowly got back on his feet, pain and discomfort clear on his face for very obvious reasons.

"Your ********' cats are responsible for those kids getting in on this 'action,' just an FYI. Far as I'm concerned, if you're okay with kids involved in this bullshit war then I think you've got more problems than me."

Aria:
She glowered at him, as and he was getting up, darted forwards, using her ankle to try to pull him off his feet again with a sweep she had also learned from her Aikido class... The more she got him down, the harder it was for him to fight back.

"I've been fighting my whole life, and you know what? It made me stronger. Yeah, I got problems. No, I don't want to see kids fight... You want kids to not fight? Stop ********' abusing people. Kids are only pulled into wars when it's desperate, and we're desperate to stop you Chaos ******** from letting that insane b***h Metallia win."

Pao:
Before he could stand fully upright he found himself flat on his back again, winded and more than exhausted...and sore in places he hadn't been sore in since he was a kid. Memories distracted him for a moment, as he lay there.

"You're contradicting yourself...you don't wanna see kids fight but you're okay with your own recruiting them into this war?" he scoffed. "And it's not like there's any backing out it when any one of us is recruited."

Aria:
She darted back, and grabbed some of the gravel off the roof floor, then threw it at him, trying to keep him off balance and not as able to focus on where she was... If she got enough distraction, he might leave, give up, decide tonight it wasn't worth it anymore.

"I am not 'ok' with it. I'm saying that your assholes put our backs against the wall, and when your back is against the wall, you do what you have to to survive." She snarled as the rocks flew, and she darted to the side. "And it's not like there isn't purification for you assholes, so you have an out from the side that commits murder. Oh wait. There IS."

Pao:
By the time he was able to really refocus and try to get up he was met with a bunch of gravel to the face. He did his best to dodge, match her pace and move closer to her, but the pain radiating from her last and perhaps most effective attack hadn't really gone away so he eventually snarled and stepped back.

"Blaming us for a problem on your end, huh? Nice." He took a few more steps back, expression less than impressed. "******** this, and ******** you and your cheap shots. I think you got a little bit more to learn about the ******** up s**t you all do and come to terms with that before you run around picking fights with us and spewing your 'Holier than Thou' bullshit of yours."

He turned, then, and sprinted off, slower than usual but still well able to hop from roof to roof. He made sure there was a good distance between them before he slowed down and finally took a seat, not necessarily seething but not happy with the outcome of that encounter.

All thing considered, he'd gotten his quota and he was fine...but running away really wasn't something that ever sat well with him. While he let the soreness ebb away he silently hoped he'd get a chance to even the score…

Aria:
"Blaming you for the s**t you all created. Y'all started this war, and should ******** own it. You start the s**t, now eat the s**t you've created." She snarled, seeing, for a moment, someone who resembled her father, blaming the victim for the abuses they heaped on them. "Just remember that it's your war that put us here!"

When he fled, she ALMOST... almost chased, she was so furious... but that image of her father was dancing across her gaze and as soon as that ******** Nega was out of her sensing range, she fled to a place that had trash cans... and found herself losing her dinner into it. She was sore, she was sick at heart and soul, and in her stomach, and she did not know how to feel.

On the one hand, she had really won, but on the other? She had learned something she had not known, and it made her feel even worse.
