It might seen abit out of left field (which it kinda is) but I wanted to give it a real hot go at running a guild and offer another place for people to go to. I am open to feedback and advice on things to make G.R.W work, if it means having other people on board to help make changes here and there. Then I am all for it. As it stands now it's mostly finished minus the homepage - need help with that. I am wondering if there people on here who would like to be apart of the crew to help run it, as I won't be able run it completely by myself due to other commitments popping up in real life from time to time. At this stage I planned on opening the guild just before the start of the first ppv next month but if I can get enough people to join I'll put together a small card for the reminder of this month so that we can do something for the first pay per view. A heads up that you may or may not see people in there who you might not get along with but it's up to you to chose if you wish to interact with them as per my welcome thread in G.R.W. Looking forward to hearing from people.

I support this guild... There is just 'one' thing that stands out
"However should one person be a champion but someone they don't like becomes a number one contender for their championship then the person who is number one contender shall be given a shot at an alternative championship. "
If I was a champion, I could say 'I don't like this person and this person and this person' and stay champion forever...

Chrono's got a valid point on that one; if you're going to have issues regarding a contender and a champion, it's best to try to sort it out instead of just keeping them separate.

You're champ, defend it. Refuse? You lose it.
#1 Contender doesn't get the belt on auto.
Yet he should have something that works in his favor, while anyone else has to fight/work twice as hard.

PPV Opinions:
Don't like March Madness, because I don't feel the month should be in the name.
Interesting to see that the Rumble is staying alive when Cartwright has finally killed it in WWFG.

He got Get Rekt from me actually, because it was originally 'United Wrestling Alliance' and I made a point that it was too similar to other guilds (especially EWA). Plus United and Alliance are synonyms of each other and thus either one should be dropped or both not used. A lot of names were dropped and acronyms but we went with GRW, Get Rekt Wrestling. No one took anything from you. and Rumbles shouldn't be done... Ever.. Brad (and WWFG ruined that for everyone, period)

Alright would survival gauntlet match like the one Seth Rollins was in work better or nah?.
I thought March Madness worked cause I intended to have it like a Cyber Sunday thing but with the stipulations being announced before the match started

Build to an event, if it's successful make it an annual. Else.. Try again at another time with different people.
But one shouldn't instantly start with events just yet.

Back to the drawing board there sweatdrop I actually had a conversation like this very recently. My solution was if I absolutely won't work with someone, I myself would drop the belt. Champions should always defend, especially if someone worked their way up to challenge.

So this is how I re-worded that one particular section in the welcome thread if this is still wrong, please let me know how it should be worded.
I also plan to have a extended first match card for the guild, the pay per view that I had initial scheduled for March will be held next year. This is so there can be a proper build up for the June pay per view.

I am also in need of crew members to help, even if it's to move matches and promos to the archive sections, act as a GM or just general help and giving ideas and advice on how to make the guild better.
I am also considering a Vice Captain who can help run the guild when I am ever away.
As I still get commitments pop up in real life from time to time, that means there could be a few days where I am not online.
Also that being said I will be in Japan on holidays for two weeks starting from the 11th of April til the 25th April. So I will need crew and or a VC during that time.

Probably maybe just wait until 'after' your holiday to possibly open the guild.
Immediately starting something new and then going on holiday isn't going to help.
