Nereid was FLYING tonight. Being a super senshi so far was the dream, and she couldn't believe what eternal status could have in store for her. To be honest, she was all about testing things now. Even in her outfit and the sandals, she was all about jumping off buildings and rolling with the impact.
Even the speed boost senshi got was a blessing, as she ran quickly through man made obstacles, vaulting over ledges.
It was probably good that she was doing what she was doing, but it seemed boring to do herself and well...She could think of someone who could use an adrenaline rush. She knew he might, cause he raced cars! It was a gamble to show off her secret super hero identity to him but well...
A text was sent from her Civ phone, as she perched herself on a water tower on a more deserted side of town.
Text to Austin: Wanna do something dangerous and fun and potentially illegal but most likely not gonna get caught?

Austin was lounging in his car, the seat tilted back so that he could stretch out as much as possible in the front seat. All six feet and seven inches of him took up a lot of space in a car that wasn't exactly meant for the giant that he was, but he was also used to it enough that he was mostly comfortable.
He'd been swiping through tinder without really paying attention to the bios or what the girls looked like. If they didn't catch his attention enough to pause, he swiped left.
So far only three of the thirty or so he swiped through had made it to a swipe right and at least one of them had matched but he didn't feel up to messaging.
He was mostly just killing time but was quickly growing bored.
Luckily, Cee texted him.
[Text to Gamer Babe C: Depends on illegal ] Austin responded, then sent a follow up text.
[Text to Gamer Babe C: ******** it, I'm in. Where? Car or no car?]

She had powered down to Ciaran now, Sitting on top of the water tower and looking out. She wanted somewhere fun to go. Somewhere fun to pivot and run through. It almost called to her, when she looked out to it. Not a bit further was the remains of an abandoned electric plant and warehouses all around it.
She had seen no others, and as she shifted back to Nereid, she almost clapped her hands in delight as there was no aura's around her.
Her text to Austin consisted of the address off the mailbox that she could make out (and googling it to be honest) before she powered down again and leaned against the fence marked "NO ENTRY".
Text to Austin: Address and No car! Well you can bring it, but you won't need it.

The address he'd been texted wasn't familiar but google maps showed that it was only about a ten minute drive which meant it could be about a twenty minute run if he wanted it to be (or thirty if he slowed down and paced himself in a healthier manner).
No car! C had texted which seemed weird, considering most of the girls he knew liked it when he took them for rides in it.
[Text to Gamer Babe C: Are we robbing someone?]
That didn't seem like something the girl would be into but Austin didn't know her too well outside of the bedroom technically. He was up for most illegal things, but robbery wasn't on his list of sure why nots.
[Text to Gamer Babe C: Be there in twentish]
He tugged on a dark colored hoodie and changed into a fresh pair of jeans.
He said twenty, but it ended up being closer to forty.

There was audible laugh from his text, coming from the gut and straight out before she furiously typed back to him. She had no plans to rob anybody after all.
Text to Austin: It's a surprise. Maybe we will, maybe we won't.
She didn't text a reply back and started to play her online game. By now, she was use to Austin being double the time he said he would be. It didn't really bother her, it was just a funny habit he had.
"Hey there, Looking like a ten!" She double finger gunned at him, assuming it was Austin since no one had been by in the hour that she had been here (was it an hour, she didn't know, she got really far in her game though.) "Look at my bank...." She gestured to the fence with the no entry sign and to the abandoned electric warehouse. "We won't rob it, doubt there's anything in there for us but...." She shyly smiled.
"I'm gonna change for it, don't freak out when I do...." She held out the henshin pen, calling her name as she shifted to Nereid. Another quick smile was given to him as she got a small running start before jumping and sailing over the fence, landing neatly without a sound on the ground. "Need some help over?" It was half a challenge, if he accepted.
Or if he really needed up over it.

His phone buzzed in his pocket but Austin opted to ignore it. Chances were it was a text from C, which he'd be seeing her soon, or a notification from tinder and whomever it was could deal with waiting. Things ran on Lynch's time and no one else's regardless of the situation.
He'd opted to jog the whole way, taking his sweet a** time in case he needed to save energy to like, run from cops or some s**t. Ciaran didn't seem like the type of crazy that would try to rope him into robbing a house or whatever, but he wasn't going to push the potential as off the table.
"Yoooo," he called back, offering her a two fingered salute while he slowed down. His breathing was even, something he'd learned to maintain over his years as a runner.
"Change? How are you--" Austin cut off, squinting at the pen she'd pulled out. "The ******** is--" Once again he trailed off, dark brows lifting in surprise when she literally changed, looking like a new ******** person, before him.
"The hell did you just do C?"

"Change!" She played with one of her strands of hair that was not balled up in the waterfall clip. She laughed though, "Magic. Literally! Space magic. I'm what you call a White moon senshi."
She twirled. "Kind of extra for the dress right? It's not even crazy DLC, it's my starter gear." She did a cartwheel behind.
"I can do things you wouldn't believe...."
But her breath caught, "Does it scare you?" She stepped back down. "I don't plan to use magic tonight so....Unless you wanted me too? I'm super strong, and super fast!"
She winked, "I could bench you." She stopped again, "Oh I forgot to say, In this form, my name is Nereid. If someone from...If the bad guys figured out my name, they'd hunt me down and that's scary. But we're just here to have fun, so I wouldn't worry to much!"
She beckoned him over, "Think you can hop the fence handsome?"

"What the hell are you talking about Cee, have you been--" Austin cut himself off. Dark brows furrowed and for the first time since they'd met, he was frowning.
"You don't...I know you're Cee but you don't look like Cee." It vaguely reminded him of the incident in the park where he'd gone from being Austin into something else. A knight or whatever the ******** the hot girl with the weird ghost thing had called him.
"It's not...Scared isn't a word I'd use." Confused, yes. Scared? Not so much.
"Wait can't you do s**t when you're not..." He couldn't remember her new name, even though she'd just told him. "********, what's your name again?"
Still when she hopped the fence he approached it, large hands grabbing metal and hoisting himself up and over with ease.
"Of course I can. I don't need to be that for this s**t."

She thought it was cute, how troubled he looked by it all. She honestly felt that was a very humane and natural reaction, and not often did she see Austin express more emotions then laid back.
"Yeah, I'm a senshi. From outer space." She posed dramatically, "We're super heroes, or so they say. I'm just leveling up, and sometimes its nice to do things that don't have strings attached to them. Side quest, training missions, fun things...you know?" She laughed, "Nereid. Instead of Cee, its Nee." She double finger gunned at him because of the joke.
Once he did, she beckoned him over to the rubble, lightly tip toeing on a beam that was loose and using it as the beginning of her way to move around the building. "I have magic and what not, if you ever want to see it." She laughed as she flipped on to another beam, doing a small twirl for him.
"It's too bad though, I don't know how to make you a senshi or a knight, because you could do all sorts of things here."

Everything Nereid was saying sounded fake.
"You're not a ******** alien." He said, in an extraordinarily deadpan voice. He wanted to know who slipped her what drug to claim she was from outer ******** space. "Seriously C--Nee, whatever."
Her outfit was pretty cute, definitely highlighted her nice rack but he was still too busy being like what the ********> to truly appreciate it.
"Whoa, whoa. Hold up. Did you say knight?" Wasn't that what Rombae called him when his outfit had changed after he touched some weird mirror.
"You need to slow down. This guide you're throwing at me is for professionals, I need the, ********, beginners manual."

"Thanks! I don't feel like an alien! I was born here in on earth!" She tip toed around more beams. "Waterfalls works too. Thats where I get my power from." She blinked and then laughed because he was so flustered and it really was adorable.
She jumped down to him, her hands coming up to touch his face and gently hold it. "I said a knight! They are like...." Her hands dropped, "They are protectors of planets. There is different ones. I've met knights of Polaris and....Mars and some others."
She took a moment to think. "Sorry, I know its a lot to take in. I don't have a lot of friends I can trust with this....magic." She shrugged, "But it could be fun, if you let go of the idea of responsibility?"

The more she talked, the more he stared at her with a blank face.
Austin wanted to know who her drug supplier was because nothing she was saying was making any sense outside of, well, Cee being high off her rocker. But...she had changed into a completely different person right in front of him, complete with sparkles and a bright light.
Maybe he was hallucinating and high off of his rocker.
Except he was pretty sure he hadn't taken anything in months.
"You sure it's a good idea to trust me?" He laughed, trying to make light of things to help his own uncertainty about what the ******** was going on.
Austin did, genuinely laugh at the comment about responsibility. "Babe, have you met me? I don't do responsible."

"I can see the judgement." She quickly added on, watching his face. "And let me start with listen..." She threw two thumbs up, "Life is short, gotta live in the moment right?"
She lifted herself up into another beam. Laying down and holding her hand down out to him. "So you gonna jump up here with me, or just keep doing the old school style?"
She winked at him, crooking her finger at him.

Austin rolled his eyes at the bluette when she called him out on judging.
"Whatever," he replied, shrugging, "you gotta admit this is crazy." But he was already giving in and prepping himself to hop the fence easily.
Maybe Nereid or Ciaran, whatever she wanted to be called, was a weird chick with magical powers and maybe following her was a bad idea but hell, he was here for a good time not a long one.
"Alright, alright, I'm coming," he huffed before he hopped the fence and followed her wherever she wanted to take him.
