Abilities
Saitou's body naturally produces a smoke that can be expelled via the various swirls on his body. This gas affects the nerves in the body of others, either heightening the sensitivity of the nerves or turning off the signals entirely. This allows him to inflict pain with minimal damage or erase pain entirely.
In addition to this, he can turn his body into smoke and travel through it, in which he dubs the 'wraith'. While he himself is not entirely that strong, the expulsion of this gas can prove dangerous, and being able to poof in and out of existence using said gas makes him slippery.

Personality: Saitou is fully indulged in himself. Cocky, somewhat impatient, and knows what he wants when he wants it. He is brash, obscene, rude, and sometimes outright cruel, but he is a delinquent with a heart of gold...it will just take years of mining to get there.
Unfazed by the sight of blood and gore, Saitou would prefer it over anything emotionally attaching. Additionally, he has a certain weakness for cute women, often blowing a lot of his money on them.

Biography: A boy raised by a sleazy Russian businessman, Saitou is a half Russian, half Japanese mixed breed with an ample set of abilities and the cunning mind to go behind them. Ever since he could walk, he was with his father performing drug deals, pushing bodies,and doing dirty deals under the table.
After the killing of his father by his own hand, the knowledgeable teenager moved to continue what he had been taught to do his entire life: push and make money.
It was easy to assume the business, and expand said business. Without a doubt, he plans only to continue whatever sets him the most money. He cares not who is for him or against him, so long as his own goals are met. Very few can come to get on his good side, but doing so may grant some high reward.
