Interior Design - Theodosia worships at the alter of Ikea and tends to re-decorate her home at least three times a year. She loves combining color and design elements to make a room look striking and if given even half a chance, will do the same to the homes of any friends or family who make the mistake of mentioning that they're thinking about new paint or furniture.
Roller Derby - Do you like kickass ladies on roller skates?!? Theodosia sure likes kickass ladies on roller skates. She has always loved skating, but once she hit high school and discovered roller derby, she found her passion in life. She will watch the s**t out of any derby match she can get to. She will play in any match her team is a part of. And oh, does she play. Theodosia has played Jammer, Blocker (the most fun in her opinion), and someday she'll be good enough to play Pivot. Sure, she's come home with broken bones and bruises from a** to tit, but it's all in good fun. Besides, how can you say no to cute girls playing dress up whilst skating and being ridiculously and impossibly violent? This is hot stuff right here!
Makeup - Just because you compete in a sport where you do your best to utterly annihilate the competition doesn't mean you can't also be girly AF. Theodosia adores makeup. Not only has it keep her from getting too many stares because of interesting cuts or bruises, it can allow her to express multiple facets of herself. She was always into her mother's makeup as a child and that fascination evolved into a desire to do makeup professionally. Currently she goes to school for Theater since it offers an excellent and robust course in stage and special effects makeup. And that doesn't include all the youtube videos she watches (or makes when she has the time) and the hundreds of dollars a month in tip money that's spent at the local makeup stores. She's converted a walk-in closet into her own private little makeup storage and studio okay? Girl loves makeup.
Virtues:
True Blue an' Never Say Die - Simply put, Theodosia will walk through fire and fury for the people she loves. You need an alibi? Done! Want help burying the bodies? What time you need her there, fam? Most of her derby team and the few family members she stays in contact with have a loyal and utterly giving soul who will always have their backs. There is nothing she won't do for her special folk. Any costs to herself are completely negligible.
Seeking Adventure, Inquire Within - Outgoing and willing to try anything, Theodosia turns up her elfin nose at the people who are too afraid to get out there and actually do stuff. And the more exciting and unconventional that stuff is, the happier she is. Theodosia resolutely looks to live her life as boldly as possible. After all, what's the point if she doesn't do at least six things that terrify her each day before breakfast?
Flaws:
Scorch the Earth and Salt the Ashes - May your gods have mercy upon your soul if you ever cross Theodosia or anyone she feels strongly about. Honestly, your best bet for survival is to simply run and maybe change your name, get some facial reconstruction done. Theodosia rarely forgets a wrong done and she never forgives. This has made her personal life somewhat strained, but she sees little to no point in forgiving anyone who has caused harm of any sort to herself or her loves.
Never Show Weakness - There are many kinds of weakness, but the only one that concerns Theodosia is the emotional variety. She has a literal terror of appearing weak and/or vulnerable in front of anyone. Regardless of whether or not the other party even knows her, Theodosia will never allow herself the luxury of emotional fragility in public. Or even behind closed doors if there is even one other person around who might see or hear. Tears and uncertainty. Heartbreak. Grief. These are all signs of weakness and must never be allowed out. No matter how close she is to breaking, she will never allow herself to show it and just bottles that s**t right up. Someday that bottle will break. Spectacularly.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Pale, ice blue, fringed with long, soot colored lashes. Is a huge fan of colored mascara.
Hair: Soft black, wavy hair. Typically worn up.
Face: Small, angular face with a nose that tilts ever so slightly up at the end. Pale complexion. Looks like a demented pixie half the time. Pierced ears.
Clothes: Big fan of comfy, but also loves dressing like a toddler on crack. Has a sternum piercing.

Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: Maenad's Revel
Effect - The most benign of Lyalya's attacks, when cast this magic will cause the target to feel as if they are becoming intoxicated. The feeling is accompanied by the faint hint of pan pipe music mixed with ghostly, feminine laughter. Common effects are being unable to properly focus and (at player discretion) a slight loss of balance. Able to be cast three times per battle and will last 20 seconds each instance. Only one target may be affected per use.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Maenad's Debauch
Effect - When cast, this magic will cause Lyalya's targets to feel intoxicated, but this time with added mental confusion and a nebulous sense of anger. The magic is once again accompanied by the ghostly pan pipe music and feminine laughter, however, in this iteration, both take on a wilder, uglier edge. Common effects are an increased inabilty to focus mixed with a growing paranoid anger. At player discretion, there may be headaches and/or the beginnings of a desire to attack without thinking. Able to be cast twice per battle and will last 30 seconds. Up to two targets may be affected per use.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Maenad's Frenzy
Effect - When cast, this magic will cause Lyalya's targets to feel intoxicated (the feeling should be a mixture of alcohol mingled with an acute bloodlust) and a strong sense of paranoid rage. The sounds of music and laughter have shifted again so the pan pipes sound like wailing and the feminine laughter has become enraged shrieks. Common effects are a stronger sense of vertigo, headaches and an inability to tell friend from foe. Also common is an almost overwhelming desire to attack anyone within line of sight and and reduce them to their basic components. Able to be cast once per battle and will last 35 seconds. Up to 3 targets may be affected per use if within a 5 foot radius of each other and Lyalya.

Miscellaneous Notes:
• Works as a bartender/bar maid at a local club, but is often confined to the Underage rooms unless severely short staffed at the bar. She finds this annoying, but grudgingly accepts it.
• Has two brothers. All three are estranged from their parents. Theodosia's brothers are at the top of the very small and select group of people she will literally kill for if required.
• Yes. In case the name was not clue enough, Theodosia's parents were damn, dirty hippies. Please let her assure you that she has done her best to remove any hint of hippiness from her person.

Hey Daisy, congratulations on winning Theo!
She looks like a fun, spunky girl and I can certainly appreciate anyone who has a mutual love for sweet tea.
Her hobbies look colorful and creative and her virtues/flaws are balanced.
(I've also never heard of a Maenad before - I love learning about new mythology facts, so thank you!!)
I'm going to go ahead and toss a stamp your way but if you'd like to up your magic usage number in your basic & super attacks, I feel it would be reasonable to give her 3 attacks for basic and 2 for super, considering the lack of pain in the spells and time frames you've given them. But that's entirely up to you - I just didn't want you to possibly shortchange yourself with her magic!
