A close friend or loved one makes a gift of a fuzzy, oversized sweater that they say they've purchased from one of the local merchants. It's not exactly attractive looking but they seem unfortunately very proud of the purchase so you dutifully at least try it on. This proves to be a poor decision on your part as you soon realize that you're unable to remove the fuzzy monstrosity. Even worse, every word that comes out of your mouth... comes out in song! What the heck?

There's some mischievous magic afoot here but as hard as you try to tug it off or stop breaking into song, you're unable to remove the sweater for one full day and any word out of your mouth happens to have a cheerful tune to it.

Hope you didn't have any major plans for the day!

Evalia walked the path of shoppers, long rainbow tinted white hair hanging loose behind her like a heavy coat. She was a tiny little thing, and while sometimes it made shopping more difficult around thanksgiving, when people got aggressive and pushy, this time of year, as long as there wasn't a sale going on her small size made people part like the red sea. She went into shops, looking around and picking random little gifts for people. Her main gifts had already been purchased, but there were still odds and ends that would fill out the tree in her home. Silas and her father had already had a small dragons hoard of gifts waiting for them, but it was her other friends who she didn't even know if she would be meeting up with for the holidays that she wanted to make sure she had things for. Even if she didn't meet up with them, she could always squirrel them away in the closet for birthdays, or if they were to christmassy, for the next holiday season.

One such gift was a sweater. Definitely a christmas sweater. It wasn't hideous, so it wouldn't exactly be considered an ugly christmas sweater, but it also, wasn't the most attractive thing ever, What it was, though, was soft. Like…. Crazy soft. Eva found herself rubbing the sleeve against her cheek. Maybe for Silas? No… he had enough stuff purchased for him, and it was a selfish thought because if she gave it to him, she could curl up on his lap for some cuddles and snuggle into it. But it would make a perfect gift for someone. She purchased it, amazed at the price that it was being sold for, it seemed rather low.

She took the package to the little gift wrapping stand and had it wrapped up, sans the tag, choosing a bright metallic wrapping paper and a mirror finished ribbon that looked very classically christmas. She smiled and tipped the wrapper, putting the gift back into the bad and taking back off, deciding to maybe go get a cup of tea before going back home. She walked into the little cafe, known for its wide selection of hot beverages, taking a glance around the cafe, it was packed with holiday shoppers. It wasn't all that surprising, considering the time of year and the weather outside, she was sure a hot drink sounded appealing to most people.

Eva ordered a Hot Honey latte ( Black tea, Milk, hoooooney ) and gazed around the cafe. She wasn't really ready to leave, but at the same time it seemed all of the tables were at least partially occupied. She spotted one that had three of the four seats open, only occupied by one young man. Eva hesitantly walked over to the table and popped her head around, leaning to the side, speaking shyly. “ Um… would you mind if I join you? All of the tables seem to be occupied “ She gave a sweet little smile, hoping she picked someone who wouldn't give her the stink eye.
