There are two types of item scrolls, everyone may have and use for free:

-Standard Equipment Scrolls: These cannot unleash a mass of equipment suddenly, or with any momentum, so they aren’t really useful for battle, except for a quick item retrieval.

-Long Term Equipment Scrolls: When items are stored in these scrolls, they do not count towards your jutsu points, nor towards max techniques for your rank (e.g. If an SS ranked weapon is stored here, it will not take up one of the two SS ranked weapons you can have). However, it takes 5 minutes and a complex sealing technique to change out equipment. The advantage of this scroll in character, is that this complex sealing method acts as a password. The scroll can only be broken into with a specific chain of fuuinjutsu, so the user’s items are protected.
