Quote: Among the nearby winter wonderland festivities sits a natural-made skating rink, constantly covered in men and women of all ages and all range of skill - some skate like pros and some are clearly new to the sport. As you make your way onto the ice, you seem to be doing fine… that is, until a wayward snowball comes hurtling in your direction -- look out! Hands find their way around you… have you been saved by a friend, or perhaps a good Samaritan that was skating by? Do they manage to keep you standing or did you manage to take them down with you? One thing's for certain...not even the most professional of ice skaters could have prepared themselves for that!
Large events were amazing.
The furry, twenty pound feline version of a vulture continued to skulk around the carnival that had decided to pop up randomly on the outskirts of their big, crazy city. Carnivals meant people and where there were people there was food.
Being a larger sized cat, he didn't have much to fear in the way of being stepped on. It was as if an intelligent dog was walking among the population, people acknowledging the furry beast as it rubbed against them or sidled alongside them. He knew what he was doing: namely, begging for scraps with the most pitiful expression he could muster and he wasn't doing a half-bad job of it, in his opinion.
Fragments of corn dogs and various nibbles were offered to the Maine Coon, who happily gobbled it up and allowed himself to be subjected to scritches and scratches in return for the delicious morsels. Bob felt he'd found enough food to last him for the next hour or so --- which meant it was time to start scouring the place for any fallen change or treasures that folks might've lost without realizing it.
Never hurt to add a few bucks to his little jar at home, after all.
It was as he hunted the elusive crumpled up and forgotten dollars or coins that he noticed a wallet, plain as day, sitting right smack dab in the middle of the skating rink. Nobody seemed to be paying it any mind, everyone busy laughing and playing around with each other (if they weren't suckin' off each other's faces, of course).
Testing the ice, his claws came out and ever so carefully stepped out onto the rink. The surface was freezing to his poor toe beans but it seemed steady... sort of. At least until all four paws made it out onto the ice. Slipping and sliding, it was not the Mauvian's finest moment as he scrambled and worked to dodge the oncoming skaters as he desperately clawed his way closer and closer to the fallen (and hopefully forgotten) wallet.

Cass liked skating, it required the grace that came from dancing and added a dangerous element of blades on ice.
She had gone to the rink, alone, because she didn't feel like calling anyone up. If they wanted to spend time with her, they could call her. Cassadega Bright pined for no one.
Besides, spending some solo time allowed her to scope out potential cuties to flirt with. Except, skating wasn't about potentially picking someone up, it was about enjoying the rush as she skated gracefully across the ice, her under cut braided to keep from falling into matching eyes as she spun on the ice.
Skating forwards and backwards was pretty easy, she got enough practice and she had great balance, but it was doing any sort of tricks that were a struggle. Plus, there were too many people to really practice, so she busied herself with figure eights and other simple things that didn't require both skates leaving the ground.
Cass seemed content with that before she noticed a familiar furry butt struggling across the ice. Laughing, she headed towards him, purposely snatching up the wallet before he could get to it.
"Was this what you wanted p***y cat?"

He let out a forlorn, terribly pitiful cry as he watched a hand move down to swipe up the wallet he'd had his greedy little eyes set on. The wail was hushed when he saw who the culprit was, furry brows poking upward as the large feline struggled to stay upright on the ice.
Glancing around, he first ensured that no one was paying any mind to the green haired beauty or the large beast before purring out a, "Baby doll! It's you!"
His attempt at waddling towards her landed him chin-first on the ice, a hapless little grunt leaving his mouth as he fought to stand back up, paws sliding in every direction. The young woman didn't seem to have any problems on the ice, gliding around like she was born on damn skates.
"Help a fella out, will ya?"

Cass made a show of rifling through the wallet, any cash plucked out of it and stuffed into the low cut of her shirt neckline. If her favorite kitty cat wanted it back, well he'd have to reach down and take it from her.
"Heeeeey Bobby boy~" she replied, waggling her fingers at him before plucking anything else worth anything from the wallet before tossing it over her shoulder. Someone shrieked when they tripped over it, but Cass paid them no mind, skating in slow, taunting circles around the large feline, amusement in her smile.
"I could, or I could take some pleasure in watching you struggle a little kitten." Teeth grazed her bottom lip when she flashed pearly whites at him. "What's in it for me if I help?" Cass finally asked, slowing to a stop right before him and she crouched, somehow staying upright with grace when she reached out to scratch him between the ears.
"You know I'm a tit for tat kinda gal~"

He couldn't do anything but watch as she fished out the crisp, pretty dollar bills and promptly tuck them away within her ample bosom. The shirt she wore was almost scandalous enough to distract him away from the money but Bob the Mauvian had priorities and right now his priority was both getting the money he was rightfully trying to steal and getting off of this damn ice.
The lithe girl skated round and round the poor Maine Coon, his head refusing to follow her movement as legs wobbled, stressed at trying to balance themselves and his weight. She was taunting him, damn her, and being a cunning little fox about it too.
He'd give her props -- the girl was slick.
"Anything you want, sugar pie," he stammered back, soon thrown off from his focus by the way her fingers found that delightful little spot behind his ear. His furry body let out a small shudder and bam, down he went again on the ice, his poor little nose colliding with the rest of his face as his legs gave out from under him.
"Anything," he reiterated, the desperation obvious in his tone.

There was something thrilling about knowing that she made all kinds of people and creatures weak in the knees when she touch them and there was bright, amused laughter spilling from brightly lined lips.
"Struggling there Bobby?" She teased, leaning forward and almost looking like she was going to press her lips to the top of his head or now injured nose before she straightened. She was a tease, she wasn't ashamed of that.
"Mmmm, anything?" She liked the idea of Bob owing her the favor of anything. A guardian cat was useful for many things and this one particularly so.
Painted nails tapped her chin before she stood to skate to a side that would make picking him up easier. "Alright, p***y cat, but I'm cashing in three times on this anything, got it?"
She waited for affirmation and then she scooped him off and headed for the exit.ghouliboo can wrap there or if you wanna proper fin go for it

"Three times?"
She had him by the balls and she knew it, the vixen. Still, he wanted off of the ice pretty damn badly and she had his goal, nestled nice and safe beneath the fabric of her atrociously, blessedly thin top.
"You can cash in three if I get the cash too," he huffed, knowing full well he was at her mercy regardless of whether or not she actually came through with her end of the bargain.
Still, she was lifting him up and he was finding his way towards the edge of the rink and he let out a relieved, happy sigh as clawless paws scrambled up to snuggle himself up closer against the exotic dancer.
Maybe doing a few favors for a dame wouldn't be so bad, after all.
