♥ We will be vending tickets until 11.59pm PST, 25th December 2018
♥ Everybody can claim 1 ticket for one permabab! Please choose between your ready babs, we will not choose for you.
♥ You cannot choose the ticket numbers as we are vending them sequentially - apologies!
♥ Please note the drawing will not take place at end time and will be rolled later.

♥ You are allowed to enter your perma even if you won a Phony in the last event.
- However, the previous round's permababby winners, Astraea Pandora and Biblioburro, cannot enter this round.
♥ Please ensure you link everything you need to link, and please do not make inappropriate special requests as laid out in the form.
- If you have accessories you really want to bribe for, please include bribe amount in the special request field.
- We will not notify you if anything is missing/inappropriate in your form, and will simply disqualify your ticket.
♥ After rolling, we will check all RPs to ensure the bab(s) involved learns the appropriate element from the RP, and it is appropriate for Phony canon.
- Should any RPs not be suitable, we will notify you ASAP and allow 24 hours for you to edit your affected RP(s), so your bab can still be eligible for growing.
- If not, we will have to roll for another winner in your place.
