You get the link in an email. Up and coming new star wants you to watch their new song they just posted on Youtube. It’s a holiday song and is terribly catchy, though after you listen to it, you find yourself getting quite sleepy. The tiredness persists, and you only want to sleep.

The first nap lasts an hour or so, but you wake up hungry with the song still playing in your head. After eating you again sleep, and you don’t wake again until the next day.

When you go back to try and listen to the song again though, there is no email. And Googling it shows no results.

Weird.

It wasn’t unusual for him to be on his computer, he spent a lot of time on it, it was just that as he was checking his school e-mail account, looking to see if he had a grade in for his last sent in paper, that he spotted an e-mail address he didn’t know and the subject line was eye catching as well. He assumed, judging by the subject line, that it must be some student on campus who wanted everyone to check out their music. Or maybe it was someone not in the school but was trying to get the universities students attention by mass e-mailing or something. He wasn’t sure which was the case, it was interesting how such a thing would even be allowed, but he opened the e-mail and clicked on the link.

The song was good, not what he normally listened to, but it was good - really good. Maybe it was because it was a holiday song, that very well might be why, but he found himself humming to the song as it continued to play.

As the song finished he checked his e-mail once more before signing off the campus’ site and closing down his google chrome. He could have played Overwatch, was tempted to even due to the winter event, but instead Xi-Wang found himself moving out of his chair and heading over to his bed where he slipped under the messy covers he had. Yanking them over himself, with a sort of laziness to his actions, he curled up and after snuggling down he let himself fall asleep - he was tired.

Sleep had never been something hard for him to come by, he was good at sleeping, but for the tierness to hit him so quickly and easily...it wasn’t expected by him and was a bit odd. He didn’t get the chance to think about the suddenness of it though because he was sleeping in his bed all snuggled down.

His phone buzzed on his table, forgotten for now, as he lay there on his side, face smushed to his pillow and lips parted slightly, as his arms were wrapped about one of his plushies.

When he did wake it was slow, the haze of sleep still clinging to him as well as the warmth of his bed, but he did wake and manage to drag himself from his bed - he was hungry. The bathroom was his first stop though it was followed shortly after by a stop to the kitchen for some food. Nothing over the top, he didn’t consider reheating what he’d made the night before to be over the top, but as he sat down he could still feel sleep, and the need for it, clinging to him and he knew he would be going right to bed after this. He didn’t know how long he’d sleep but he knew he would sleep.

Humming a bit as he ate he went to dump his dishes off in the sink, and left them to soak with water and soap in them, his feet proceeded to bring him back to his room where he crawled back under his bedding and grabbing a plushie he curled up with it held against his chest.

Closing his eyes, while yawning nice and wide, Xi-Wang let sleep take him once more into its arms. He was more than willing to sleep...he enjoyed sleep.

He didn’t mean however to sleep the whole day away and to wake up the next day, he certainly didn’t plan on that, but it’s what did happen. When he woke up and nearly fell out of his bed he found himself in the next day. Shaking the bits of sleepy haze from his mind as he went to check his time and check his e-mails and see if he had gotten what he’d been waiting for. Thankfully the e-mail he wanted was there but oddly enough he didn’t see the one that linked to the music, he’d saved it as new so he could check it out again and show Jason. But...he’d saved it. Checking his other mailboxes he couldn’t find it. What had he done to it? It wasn’t even in the recently deleted box. Damn.
