Quote: Fresh snow has fallen over Destiny City for the third time this week; most people seem to have stayed inside today due to a particularly heavy flurry, but you find yourself outside tonight for some reason. The weather has faded, revealing a sparkling night sky. Much of the ground is covered in a crisp layer of snow--but more than that, beautiful flowers in the shape of snowflakes have sprouted in the ground. They grow in small patches and permeate a pleasant, sweet fragrance. If the flowers are not kept in freezing temperatures, they melt, but for the duration of their lifespan they are beautiful, fragile things. In such a busy metropolis, isn't it nice to take a moment to take a moment and appreciate nature? Even if there does seem to be something a little magical about this? Julienne found the snow wonderful. With her thick coat of fur, it was so nice to just enjoy not being overheated. It has snowed a few times so far this week, but this was the only one that had really stuck, and the Siberian was enjoying it, rolling in the fluffy white powder and purring loudly.
Snow was so quiet, it was so lovely to just be able to relax and enjoy it, to be a contented cat who was truly in her element.
…Though, she had to admit, the idea of heading back to Carlee’s place and curling up under one of the girl’s blankets didn’t sound like a bad idea either. And Carlee was such a good friend and always went out of the way to feed her much more than she should so…
That was quite a good idea.
As she rolled over again, a sweet scent caught her nose, though the soft tingle of an unawakened senshi caught her attention too and she blinked, blue eyes fixing on a small patch of what looked like…flowers. She hesitated and pawed at them for a long moment before turning and looking at a black haired girl, blinking in some confusion. It was far too cold for someone to be outside…Well, she supposed it wasn’t so bad if they were bundled up but…but still!
Quietly she padded over and again smelled the sweet scent from the…the snow flowers. When she reached the girl she sat down and looked up, mewing loudly before just throwing caution to the wind. “…Did you make those flowers?” Julienne didn’t really think she could have but…she wanted to know all the same.

Most would call her crazy, but she loved being out in the cold. Something about the snow and cold always called to her. Just like Christmas did, since it was the time she came alive inside. Though who wouldn't it was just the most beautiful time of year after all!
Some how that thought reminded her of when Her parents said they would have thought she was supposed to live in the north pole - if they hadn't been there the day she was born. Her parents were so silly, but she loved them since who else would give so much love to a crazy Christmas child like her.
She laughed at the crazy memory. As she looked up into the beautiful sky from the bench where she sat, and she gently kicked some fluffy snow around with her feet. It was so fluffy and made her giggle.
"Man I wish it could stay like this forever," she said under her breath with a child like smile, but just as she finished her words. Her feet stopped swinging and she thought she heard a meow and then someone say something.
Which would be odd since not many people were ever out when it was this cold. Especially animals, since she figured they'd be bundled up inside nice and warm.
Since there was a meow she figured she would look down at the ground, and that was when she noticed a cat next to her. A super fluffy kitty at that!
So cute she thought in her head. As She looked around wondering if she was missing anyone. Since cats don't normally talk too ... but there was no one but her and the kitty.
So she figured maybe it was the magic of Christmas or something and decided to reply. No matter how crazy it might seem it was the right time of year for that sort of stuff.
"uh ... hello there. I'm Noelle and did I make what?" she said kindly as she turned her head to the side a bit. She didn't remember making anything but regardless she was curious.

“Noelle, hm?” Julienne purred, moving closer and winding lightly around the child’s legs. “The flowers! They’re very beautiful, I just can’t really figure out how they’ve gotten here…I mean, I suppose it was silly to ask if you had anything to do with it…”
She paused and again looked up at the girl. “…Though you are quite magical, did you know that?”
It seemed as though so many of the senshi she was seeing lately were of the younger generation…and it slightly worried her, perhaps it was a portent of something new to come…and though she knew that Chibi senshi were just as useful as the older ones, having seen both Lenka and Elvira grow up from their chibi hood…it still…
It was still difficult to put a child into such a difficult spot.
Though if she didn’t…there would always be others who would seek to snuff out the light that they emanated for good.
The cat took a few steps back and after glancing at the beautiful snowflowers again, looked to the girl. “…Would you like me to unlock the magic inside of you?”

Noelle couldn't help but giggle a bit and smile at the kitty moved around her legs. Though as they continued to talk she decided to just go with it. She looked at the flowers they were speaking of, and she couldn't deny it. They were amazingly beautiful. so elegant and shiny - almost like they were out of a fairy-tale. Maybe even Cinderella, since she imagined they were what her glass slippers kind of looked like.
"Me either though I wish I could make something like that," she said honestly in reply. Since anyone who could make something like those flowers must be like a magician or maybe Santa even did it himself.
Then she paused for a moment as she heard what the kitty said next. Magical ... and it was inside her? She looked at herself up and down and didn't really see anything to different about her. Other than maybe she was a little to Christmas-y themed then most this time of year. Though then again for her that was normal after all she loved Christmas more than anything.
"No I didn't know that ... what do you mean inside me?" she said very confused. She always knew she was different from others, but magical well it seemed to good to be true. Not that she didn't want it to be, but how could she be magical? After all she was just a kid ... but if there was even the possibility it was true. She wasn't going to say no.
"Though if it is there. I would love that," she said cheerfully with a smile before even waiting for answer to her question. "I mean this is the perfect time of year to be magical after all, right?"

Julienne watched her for a long moment then nodded, drawing in a deep breath and wiggling her backside for a moment, trying to get the strength for what must come next. “You’re not wrong…but this will be a job too! I’ll help you though, and I have a lot of friends that I can introduce you to!”
She drew in a breath and took a few bounding steps, getting almost enough momentum to execute a backflip…though it turned into more of a backflop, with Julienne landing in the small patch of snowflowers, paws clutching a thing object in them.
Well…that hadn’t gone so badly…the flowers were ruined though…but what could she do? She was a large cat and those fancy flips didn’t come as easily to her as it did for the slender mauvians. But…she did what needed to be done and now Noelle could do what needed to be done.
Quietly, she nosed the pen over to the girl and glanced up. “Now, I want you to take this, and say these words, okay? ‘Christabel Power, Make-up.’ Can you remember that? Those are going to be the words to help you transform, my little senshi of mistletoe.”
She picked the pen up in her mouth and stretched out, placing her front paws on the girl’s legs, widening her eyes and wiggling slightly.
