Your walk through the snow (to wherever it is that you were headed to celebrate the new year at) is becoming less magical by the minute and judging by the size of the hail pieces, you need to get out of it fast before you find yourself on the receiving end of some vicious bruises. Unfortunately, the wind and the snow have made it impossible to navigate through and after a series of twists, turns and attempts to shield yourself from the storm, you find yourself on the doorstep of a clearly neglected cabin-type house. You're not sure where it came from but you don't have much choice but to make your way inside to avoid the fierce weather. Inside, there's enough wood to make a fire in the fireplace, a small cot with a few dusty quilts, some half-burned candles and several canned goods (all that seem decently aged). You might even be able to find some alcohol hidden away, if you're lucky. Judging by the way the wind is howling and the snow is piling up, though, it looks like you're going to be bringing in the new year stuck in this unfortunate place - better make due with what you've got! Chambersite had started out as a civilian, headed to a party near his school to celebrate the impending New Year when a massive snowstorm suddenly hit. And of course it had to be right while he was walking. It had been hard trying to get through it as a civilian, so he had powered up to see if it was any better. No, apparently not. He cursed, wishing that he was a Captain so that he could at least teleport away. But not such luck. He was stuck as a lowly lieutenant for right now, which meant he had to make it to places on foot. Very inconvenient. The weather grew worse and worse, and he had to decide as to whether he should head back, freeze to death, or find some sort of shelter. And the second option was looking a lot more likely considering he could barely see anything in front of him. However, there was a structure that loomed ahead and he went towards it, intent on breaking in and riding out the storm from there. Luckily he didn't need to punch any windows, since the "cabin" or what was left of one, was so dilapidated that he easily opened the front door. Closing it was another story, but eventually he managed to do it. And took a look around the place. It looked... like a dilapidated cabin. "Disgusting." He muttered to himself as he tried to find a chair or something to sit on. He would have tried lighting some logs on fire, but they could be damp and the chimney was most likely clogged. He wouldn't die to smoke inhalation if he had just gone to the trouble of not dying to a snowstorm. Just as he found something to sit on though, he felt it. The presence of a senshi. He didn't care too much about it. Though if the senshi dared to come in he would fight. This was now HIS hazardous cabin!

Naos had actually been on patrol , mostly because, when he saw the temperature, he had wondered if magic or whatever could protect him from the cold and snow. Now, as he ran shivering through the night, the storm getting worse and himself getting more lost, he really, really regretted patroling tonight, especially with it being new years too. Damn, he was just making stupid decisions today. But maybe it was about improve he thought, seeing what appeared to be a sad looking cabin, which made him wonder just how far out he was. He pushed it aside as something to worry about when he was warmer, and tried to find a way in, though it didnt matter, as the house was just so damn sad even the door was easy to open, with a slight push. Naos threw himself in, enjoying the slight warmth spreading through him when he escaped the cold, only to feel it quickly sapped away when he realized he felt the presence of chaos. He looked around frantically, eyes finally landing on the guy . "Hey! Why the hell are you here? Unless this is your sad a** house." Okay, he clearly wasnt thinking today, that was what was going on. Because that was the dumbest s**t to say.

Of course some stupid senshi just had to stumble in. Chambersite snorted. "You think I want to be here? Guess you didn't notice the big storm out there. Must be pretty blind then. And stupid considering you're in here with me." He replied, getting up from his chair and feeling the cold air again. Hopefully it would be over soon. Chambersite summoned his weapon, tossing it up and down and then sighed. "Looks like we're stuck in here for a bit. I know you senshi can't teleport. And I can't." He growled that last part. If only he were a Captain. Of course if he was, he wouldn't be here in the first place. He then threw the toy turnip lightly at the senshi, trying to pelt the other in the face. "But I don't want you in here so why don't you go? You could probably make it."

Naos smacked the turnip away, then gestured to his outfit. "Do you really think i'll make it , considering what the hell i'm wearing? " He held up a hand, not really caring the guy wouldnt respond, and even if he did, hed probably sound dumb. "Forget that, you want me to go out there and die so dont answer." He huffed, annoyed he was stuck here, with some a*****e whose only weapon was a dumb toy. He made to lean against a wall, but decided against it, instead taking a seat on one of the sad little cots, grabbing one of the equally sad quilts so he could retain some warmth. After he settled, he wanted to smack his own face at what he realized. Old and abandoned house? Maybe secret booze stash. "Hey," He asked, not really looking towards the jerk. "You haven't...gone looking for something drink around here have you?" Because thatd be at least something to break this moment up.

Chambersite shrugged, both at the turnip being smacked and the question of whether the senshi would make it. Though the senshi answered his own question, and it would have been what Chambersite would have said, so he delighted in the fact that he barely had to make a gesture. At least this senshi knew that there were no nice feelings between the two of them. Chambersite summoned his "weapon" again, and tossed it up and down as he watched the senshi get settled. He supposed he could try and take the senshi's starseed... but that wasn't really fun. Besides, they were evenly matched. If he tried, he could very well be beaten himself. Though he wasn't sure if goody-two-shoe senshi killed Negaverse Agents. He wouldn't be surprised if there were extremists though. He shook his head. "No. I had barely settled in here when you interrupted." He doubted this place had anything edible though. Or at least wouldn't make him sick. One could decide to eat mold covered food, but they would regret it. "If you want to look it's up to you." Chambersite moved so that he was resting his arms on the back of his chair and grinned at the other. "If you do find some though, I'll take some." Sure, he had told the senshi he wanted the senshi dead, but that didn't mean they couldn't share a drink!

Naos glared, the b*****d clearly wanting him to do all the work. Well fine, he would, and he'd keep it all to himself too. So Naos got up, looking around in every crevice he could and finally came up with...Holy s**t, was this vodka!? "Holy s**t....Finders keepers." He said, looking the negaverse brat dead in the eye as he drank the alcohol straight from the bottle, and oh yeah, that was definitely vodka, the burn almost making him choke. He coughed, deciding to be just a little nice and pass it to the other. "Here, its straight vodka, whoever hid it was ready for the cold at least."

Chambersite ignored the other's glare. He really didn't care what opinion the senshi had of him. After all, senshi were the enemy, and that was all he needed to know. He watched as the other looked around the cabin, and Chambersite wondered if this senshi may have a drinking problem considering that the first thing he thought of was alcohol. Especially since alcohol only made one feel warm but left one more susceptible to things like hypothermia. So when the senshi choked on it and then tried to hand it to Chambersite, the lieutenant waved his hand at the other, signaling that the other could keep it. "You can have it." Drinking out of something someone had already put their mouth on was gross. "I don't need alcohol to ride out the cold." He really did hope that the storm would be over soon though. He didn't want to stay trapped in here with this senshi much longer. He took a look outside one of the dust covered windows and could see... well almost nothing, but it did look like it might be slowing down a bit? He could only hope.

He tried not to sigh in frustration. Naos didn't particularly want to be there either, but he at least was trying to deal with it, somehow, even though he knew the method wasn't safe, and the momentary relief from the cold all together not worth it.
Naos was quiet for a few minutes, swirling the bottle, when he finally spoke up. "What were you doing out here? It's new years Eve, I know I can't talk since I'm here too, but couldn't you at least be having fun?" Or was the guy stuck on like, star seed duty? Was that even a thing they could be stuck with? Naos had no idea

Chambersite had almost fallen asleep with how silent it had become except with the occasional noise coming from the liquid in the bottle and the senshi drinking. He lazily looked at the other. "I do have a life outside of this you know." He didn't really care if the senshi knew if they had lives or not. It's not as though everyone in the Negaverse lived there. "And I would be if this storm hadn't come through. So tell me, what's your story and why are you here? You just thought it would be fun?" Chambersite answered the others question with heavy sarcasm. He didn't really care. What was the point of asking such a question anyway? It's not like they should be getting to know each other, they were enemies after all.

Naos thought about it, and honestly couldn't come up with a single reason he had decided to patrol, just that.."I was lonely I guess? I'm normally occupied with non-magic activities around this time--" Veryexplicit non senshi activities, but he was going to be mum about that. "And I wanted out for awhile I guess." That, and he wanted to test if his new, semi permanent cold feeling lasted through powering up, and he honestly just couldn't tell now.

Well, Chambesite certainly couldn't argue about that, but he was still a bit annoyed at the senshi. After all, it was the senshi that had asked about Chambesite's plans as though he were about to go on a killing spree. "Right then." Chamber replied. "Well I'm sure it will quiet down either in a few hours or will be better by tomorrow morning. And if you keep to your side and I keep to mine, I think we can survive this together without killing each other. But if you do step over here you're getting a turnip to the face." The little toy did anything, but it was endless amusement for Chambersite when he got to smack someone with it somehow. He looked out the windows, and it was now very dark. There was no way they were getting back now. And from the wind that could still be heard, the storm was still quite powerful. "I'll take this chair, and you can have that gross bed. And I promise not to steal energy from you if you stay over there."Kaname Kyoto I think we can end it in a couple more posts!
