Adamantine was on the hunt for the evening. A strange itch that she often tended to stretch during the winter time. Once upon a time, the wolfpack had been broken around this time and they sought their own paths. Now it was together with more permanent memories, stronger connections.
More organized wolves. They were hunters again, and the prey was all over the city. Adamantine had made small work of a warehouse of full of homeless people. From the weaker of them, she only took energy to fill orbs. From the stronger ones, the ones that attempted to fight, she took starseeds.
She was almost pleased with the fruition of the hunt tonight, when the bright light of a super senshi filled her senses. She was an eternal now, so fighting a super would be annoying but fruitful. She could weaken the senshi enough to take their starseed or even.....she could weaken them enough to be corrupted.
She had never given thoughts to having and underling, but Laby encouraged the pack to grow and even Adamantine saw the benefit of having someone with her on patrols that followed her orders. As the super got closer, the stardust senshi stood serenely in her spot. A cold hard gaze looking at the night sky, waiting for the annoying star to drop down on her.

Larissa could have sworn that the air was chillier tonight. She didn't know why, but she felt as though it had dropped a few degrees since she had come out here. Perhaps it was when she felt the signature of a corrupt. This time though... this one was one that was way out of her league. She wasn't sure if she should go and check the situation out or not. She did regret not bringing someone along on patrol though, she would have felt a lot more comfortable with two rather than one.
She had hesitated on whether or not she should see what the eternal corrupt was up to. The power was... overwhelming to say the least. However, Larissa did want to see what the situation currently was, and made sure to send out a signal on her communicator about what she was doing and asking for backup.
She hoped that someone would get it.
She moved closer to the corrupt who seemed to be on the rooftop. She knew that the corrupt could feel her aura too. There would be no surprises by either of them. Finally though, she managed to get in sight of the corrupt and hesitated as to whether or not to get closer. Could corrupt also teleport like agents? Probably. She was at a huge disadvantage right now, and wondered if she shouldn't just try to run. The corrupt could easily catch her now...
Adamantine didn't wait, and she did exactly as Larissa would think. As soon as she saw the senshi, she teleported in front of the super.
"Did you come to fight and die?" The corrupt ask, her head tilting.
"Or would you prefer to join the negaverse?"
It was really one or the other.

Of course they can teleport. Larissa thought as the corrupted teleported right in front of her. Larissa had to take a step back from the personal bubble invasion. She was startled when the corrupt asked her question. It just seemed so... natural for the other. It was scary.
"I..." She hesitated. Lately she had been questioning whether or not she was on the correct side but then... the image of that agent taking that starseed... she would just feel too guilty if she were to switch. She would need to find another way to help save the planet from humans, and that wasn't by destroying all life in the first place.
"I came here to check the situation out. I would rather not do any of those things, but... if I must, then I will fight." Or at least she hoped that the other wouldn't forcibly corrupt her. That had to be a thing, right?
She jumped back a bit more and positioned herself, knowing that the other could teleport right next to her again but she would just have to try to do her best!
Teleporting required an energy that Adamantine liked to reserve to escape in case another pesky knight showed up. Knights were the bane to her, being physically stronger, much like generals.
It was a shame, she would love to be able to take one on by itself, but that was limitations when you were the weaker class in the negaverse.
"A naive way to think." There was only black and white in the war. Good and Bad. Live or Die.
It was just that simple.
"The situation is handled. I'm almost done, after all." She moved quickly, she didn't need teleportation to lessen the distance between them. Her hand came up, calling her magic out before clapping. "Stardust Frozen Storm*"

*Stardust's Frozen Storm Interamnia claps her hands together as she calls her attack, summoning a shower of blue and silver dust. As it hits the target, it feels like a Ice cold burn, like a freezing shower of rain. the Dust instantly fades as soon as it touches an object OR the time has run out, otherwise it remains stangent in the air. It last 30 seconds with a range of 7 foot radius around her (AoE), and can be used 2 times. It is avoidable by stepping out of range or if you are an agent of Chaos (DMC/NEGA).

Larissa had thought she would be able to counteract the others attack, but she hadn't predicted the snow storm that had been sent out and Larissa was immediately hit, feeling like she was burning and freezing at the same time. It was like some frostfire spell or something, except this had an area of effect.
She only just managed to take a step or two back, but clutched her arms since she still felt as though she was frozen. And there wasn't anything that could be said to the Corrupt to stop her after all. Apparently the situation was almost "done" which meant that Larissa was too late for whatever victims the corrupt may have gotten her hands on.
It was a sick feeling, to know that she had failed. But she realized that there was no way she could have stopped it either. There was just evil in the world.
She still felt extremely cold, but she managed to put her hands out and said, "Waterlily Ballet!" Hoping that the corrupt may step on one of the flowers, and that help would be on the way.
Waterlily ballet! She summons 10 waterlilies (about a foot in length) scattered randomly and closely, surrounding the target, and move around. If the target steps on one of them, they cannot move from it (but can still move their arms and such). Lasts 35 seconds whether or not someone lands on it. If they do, they are stuck for however long the effect has left. The flowers on the pads start to glow, making them more attractive. Can now be cast twice but can effect 3 people.

I'll have help come in the next post if that's okay? Or it can wait.
Adamantine knew how to dodge senshi magic, so the woman summoning her own was almost a joke. She was an eternal after all. The lily pads were danced around easily, moving closer to Larissa.
It was quick how her hand dipped into the chest cavity that held the starseed.
"It's going to hurt." She whispered, "But at least I will grant you quickness senshi."

Fine by me!

Larissa wanted to curse when the other senshi so easily moved away from the flowers. Sure, it was expected that an eternal would be better at dodging and avoiding others' attacks but still! Couldn't she have just stepped on one of them? Larissa thought, her head starting to fill with panic. There was no way out of this one now!
Before Larissa could do anything like running away, the senshi had gotten her and had already put her hand into Larissa's chest cavity into some unknown dimension that held one's starseed. And Larissa screamed. The pain was unbearable!
Jason had been in his dorm room, getting ready for the new semester to start and had decided to power up and do a bit of patrolling, just to get it out of the way in the new year. As he did so though, a message popped out of the ring. It was from Larissa, and apparently she was going after an... eternal?!
He had felt his heart stop and he cursed about her doing something so stupid. He managed to get out of his dorm quickly enough, not caring if anyone in the dorm or around campus could feel his signature as he powered up. And if he needed to he would knock them out.
He raced to where she had input her location and immediately felt her signature, along with another one. A corrupt. He leapt from building to building and finally found the two of them, seeing red when he saw what the corrupt was doing to Larissa. He only hoped that he wasn't too late, leapt onto the building they were on and poured magic into his staff, hoping that the corrupt would be too confused. Sure, he could have tried hitting the corrupt with his staff too or his fist, but he was too afraid that she had already grabbed hold of the starseed and would pull it out when hit.
Magic: He channels light to show from the staff that makes enemies confused on who they should attack/cannot tell who their allies or enemies are for up to 50 seconds by the light emanating from it (aka they won't be able to tell if he's an ally or enemy if it's one on one). The effect of the magic goes to a maximum of 12 feet around the user.
She had wanted to rip the starseed out quickly, to end the senshi's suffering before it even began, but she was hit by magic and the aura of a knight in the same breath.
Her hand pulled quickly out, and she turned to face the knight, though his magic made it seem like he was a general.
She didn't want to stick around though, if a knight was involved and used the last of her magic to teleport away from them, quickly back into negaspace where she waited for his magic to fade on her, locking herself in one of the many rooms.
How she hated knights, and their magic.

Alph wanted to go after the now-fleeing corrupt but instead went over to his girlfriend's side, only barely catching her before she hit her head on the roof of the building. For a moment Alphubel was worried that he was too late, but he could see that Larissa was starting to come to. He let out a sigh of relief.
The pain had gone so quickly, but she had fainted from the pain before she realized that Alphubel had been there. But waking up to his presence instantly made her feel safe. And if she was waking up, that meant that she still had her starseed. She did struggle for a bit though when she first opened her eyes again, flailing about, the memories of what had been happening just moments before coming back to her. But after a moment she calmed down and she fell back in relief.
Alphubel could tell that she was now all right, but very tired. "Come on, let's get you home. We can process this later." He said, and lifting her into his arms, started in the direction of where she lived.
