Biography: With a somewhat regular background, Eduardo was born in a family of law officers that dedicated their entire lives to the service, causing the young boy to follow their footsteps as best as he could. From an early age, the future elite was trained by his parents, then enrolled into a military institution that had the objective of shaping the youth into formidable representations of what is just and right, the Law to it's full extent. Of course, the father and the mother lacked the time to care for him entirely, the result of it was an independent young man who devoted most of his free time studying and exercising, the innocent dream of becoming a figure like the ones that came before him a motivational force so strong and tough that it would last all the way through the formal education, especially in the military program.

Still, the nature of a prodigy was well seen by those in higher ranks, allowing Eduardo more and more opportunities to expose the talent and skills adquired, travels to different branches and locations, some even in vacation time out of curiosity. There was a clear liking for this one, and this liking didn't come without bearing fruits. At the age of 18, missions had already been assigned to the individual and carried out with excellence, normally a stealth task solo or with a pair of people extra. It was a difficult attempt to try and keep up with the prodigy, but many were able, and fortunately so. For a while, that is.

A lot of information has been kept confidential, but all that is required to know from the Westbank agent is that a series of cooperative missions went south, some with results so gruesome a trauma would be expected. Thankfully, the man's mind was solid, tough to pierce through, but even so, damage had been done, and is revealed when interacting long enough with Eduardo. Due to these psychological facts, his rank was reduced to a more stable level, but still collecting respect of the highest order. For now, it can be said he works for a secret squad named the Shadow Ops, a force unknown to most media and its image highly manipulated so that public is completely unaware of it. His own codename there? Be quiet, but it's the Stygian Viper.
