 Haha so these are the diligent workers of newsletters that give out information on Raids, Destructions, Territory claims, fighting, military force activity, deaths, ect. Anything that can be sold in a newspaper is captioned, and given as news to every pirate, marine, ect. When something is posted here it is most likely something your character would be interested in, or inevitably have to experience in this world of One Piece.

The Road Of The PiratesForget every day criminals that are attempting to make a name for themselves. A new thread has spawned in the East Blue, who call themselves the Oblivion Pirates. Their business is unknown. Still they're piracy is feared to be quite malevolent. Last night in Goa Kingdom, one of their crew members. Possessed the raw physical ability to destroy 1/4 of the kingdom. From sheer brawling with violence. Attacking nearby shops, citizens, destroying property. Including taking down buildings with his bare hands and legs. The height of their rudeness is beginning to lengthen. Their pirate flag is known to terrify ports they dock in. The Fishy FrightA Fish-man pirate crew has situated themselves in Gosa Village in the East Blue. Much like chewing on a piece of baguette, amused at the thought they're in complete control of the human villagers. One Fish-man has arrived in the village, beginning to defeat. Each Fish-man in the pirate crew one by one. As if he was a savior for the village. There's one side that bare the hatred towards humans, Arlongs clan. Now fate has brought along a more kind-hearted, chivalrous, logical Fish-man. Much like 'First Son of the Sea' Jimbei decades ago. Since this Fish-man in Gosa Village has no bounty. It is unclear whether he is a messenger of good or evil. Oh s**t! On second thought! Is that the Oblivion Pirates docking in Gosa Village?!? They were just out of our hair!?
