A mountain in which water moves upwards. It is the only entrance to the Grand Line, and is noticeable. Because of its bizarre nature as well as The Twin Cape Lighthouse which is run by Crocus. The waters here are very dangerous.
Once you enter the Grand Line making it back won't be so easy. You must pay a fee of 100,000 Beli to return back to the Blues. [Mods Check]

You must have at least 300,000 Experience to enter the Grand Line.
You must have at least 1,100,000 Experience as a collective crew to enter the Grand Line as a crew.
