That's why she tends to stick to the smaller, more domesticated cats. There are times were she can shift certain parts of her body rather than transforming fully into that animal. ( ie: If she wanted lion arms, she could just change her arms to be those of the lion. )

Personality: Nico is definitely a trouble making little feline. Always getting into some kind of predicament just because she's constantly pressing someone's buttons. Along with that, she can also tend to be a bit uncaring of another person's feelings - if they are strangers. If Nico has known you for a while, she's actually kind of a sweet person... once you get past the bitchy prankster outer shell. If she finds you to be a close companion, then she's more willing to let out any self-doubts or anything that tends to trouble her. Despite having her own weaknesses, the feline tries to not show them in front of her son. Since she had no clue who his father is, she's put herself in a position to be the "strong" parent, although, sometimes she tends to crumble a bit.

Biography: Starting out, this alley-cat didn't have the best of a childhood. After getting dumped at an orphanage as a baby, it was from then on that she had learned that the real world wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. From the physical, emotional, and sometimes sexual abuse, Nico had to force herself to be more independent, thus growing to be more of a loner type. Throughout her school-life, she was always the trickster and on a majority of the teachers' s**t lists. She wasn't the most studious of students, in fact, she had often ditched/ skipped class when she wasn't wanting to get out of bed. Overtime, her depression slowly took over to the point where she had almost fully committed suicide. Til this day, she's still thankful for Becca who practically saved her damn life. Hell, it was a surprise that she had even graduated high school, but luckily for her, she didn't need to repeat another year!

After graduating, unlike her other classmates who went to college, Nico kind of just roamed... She didn't feel like she had any passion for a certain thing. At that point, she really lived like a street cat. She would hop from house to house, pretending to be the lovable feline family member until she got bored and dipped out. There were also times where she got wild and had, on occasion, a couple one night stands. However, after finding out that she was pregnant, it was somewhat of a wake up call. Nico thought over the multiple options to go to. She didn't really think she could take care of a whole kid. She could barely even take care of herself! However, the more she thought on it, the more she thought back to her shitty childhood. That somehow sparked a desire to just have the kid. It was really tough for the first few years on her own, but now that she's up on her feet, she's a lot more confident about being a single mother.

Personality: Desi is an apple that didn't fall too far from the tree. In fact, he might be a bit worse. He's cunning and crafty, but also pretty smart. He'll find every little embarrassing detail and use it to his advantage to get what he wants. He's also brutally honest - like most kids are. He has no fear of pushing boundaries and accidentally hurting someone's feelings. The only person he fears - when she's pissed - his momma Nico! He knows he's in trouble when he hears his full government name. Also, for a 6 year old, he's surprisingly independent. He likes to run off to do his own thing, which obviously isn't the best when they live in such a busy city. In contrast to his independence, Desi still likes to sleep in the same bed with mommy. He'll sleep in his bed for 5 minutes until he starts crawling over into her room.

Biography: After being born, his childhood is definitely not as rough and tough like his mother's. He's practically spoiled rotten! Nico does her best to provide and give Desi the best options/ opportunities since she was never given that chance as a kid. While he lives the average 6 year old life, there's still the question of who's his dad that comes to mind. However, no matter how how he pushes his mom to tell him, he's never given an answer. That's the only bit of "angst" that he's got. Other than that, he's the typical cuddly, little shite ever.
