The task is simple! The Forgemaster needs the highest quality feathers to stuff his pillows. Unfortunately, he’s deathly afraid of birds and doesn’t have it in him to collect them himself. Goal: Collect as many feathers as you can! Instructions: Roll 20d100. You can roll all at once or split them up for the sake of continuing the RP. But the most you can roll is 20 times! For every number above 80, you’ve collected a feather! Reward: 1 gold pieces per feather with a maximum of 10!

(Rolled Wrong Dice))
There had still been a few quests up on the Forgemaster's board when he had been there last, and so Malthir had decided that he might as well take another. He had met some of the most interesting soquili and creatures while he was doing them, and he was kind of hoping that he'd meet someone interesting while doing this one too.
Besides, how hard could it be to gather a few feathers. He had thought about going back to the forest where he had looked for mushrooms, but decided against it. There had been a bunch of brambles where he had been, and not that many birds.
However, a friend told him where he could find some wild chickens, and Malthir figured that those would be as good as feathers as any.
"Excuse me!" A blue blur darted in front of him, revealing itself to be a rather interesting looking blue cat. "I don't suppose you know much about the area, do you?"
"I know a bit," he answered. "What do you need?"
Tardis flicked her tail. "Well, you see, I've lost my companion, and I'm not exactly sure where to start to look for them. They have a bad habit of getting into trouble, and so I was hoping to find someone who might know where the more populated areas are. I figure that's my best bet about finding them. We're very much people persons."
"Hmm." He answered. "I might have a few ideas, but I'm kind of on a mission right now. A bit time senstive, you know?"
"I don't mind helping," she answered.
"Alright then," he replied. "I'm looking for feathers, and while we're hunting, I can try to think of some locations where you might start looking."
"Thanks." (292)

It wasn't hard to find the chickens, and the cat darted off excitedly when she noticed them. She came back with two feathers in her mouth, and handed them over to Malthir.
"I'm Tardis, by the way."
"It's nice to meet you," he answered. "It's a pretty big place around here, and I don't know that we really have a big meeting place outside of special events. Like right now, there's the big Faire, have you looked there for them?"
"No, I hadn't," she answered. "That probably would be a good place to start."
"I've been running into Soquili from all over while visiting, so maybe if you don't find them, one of the them might be able to help more. If not, you might try the village. It's got more humans than anywhere else, but they're nice enough."
"Good to know. That at least gives me a place to start."

She darted back out after the birds, while Malthir searched the bushes. He had found a couple by the time that she had returned, carrying a few more in her mouth as well.
He took them from her, adding them to the ones he had. It wasn't as many as he might have liked, but it was a decent amount, and the quest hadn't been exclusive. The stallion would probably end up with enough to fill several pillows by the time that all the questers turned all of their feathers in.
"I'm heading back that way, if you'd like to come with."
"I would, thank you."
The two made their way back, and then parted ways, him to turn in the feathers and her to look for her missing friend. He was sorry that he couldn't be of much help to the cat, but he was hopefully that she'd end up finding them.
