  Roxie the Rockruff
Roxie, a young Rockruff, was in her kennel outside of her owner's home. She was just one of many strange creatures here. She was usually inside but was put outside for some sunshine since she was adopted by her owner last week. She seemed to be settling in quite well, and was very sweet towards her owner and their family (If they have one.) She was currently laying in her dog house waiting for her owner to let her out of her kennel so she could be inside with them and play with her favorite toys. Roxie sighed as she seemed bored, watching all the animals going by. She wanted to chase the smaller ones but couldn't go far because of the dog kennel she was inside of.

 Conner woke up late today, as usual, He lived with his two younger brothers and their dad. Since they lived in a fairly big city when it was warm out his dad told him to leave Roxie out in her kennel so she could have some sort of freedom. He didn't like leaving her out there and what's worse is that he had so much homework to do last night that he fell asleep before he brought her back in. He quickly got dressed and ran outside. He chuckled to himself as he saw how cute she looked just laying there watching the world. He opened up her Kennel. "Come on girl let's go get some breakfast before we head over to school." He told her with a smile. "Just don't tackle the teacher if we're late again okay?" He asked as he laughed at the memory.

Roxie the Rockruff
Roxie barked a bit at Connor when he came running outside, before her tail started to wag as he opened her kennel. She ran circles around him before hearing the word breakfast. Her ears perked up at that word before she jumped onto Connor's leg, barking wanting her food. She followed him into the house and sat by her bowl, per her training, and waited patiently for her food to be served to her. She ate the same things her humans ate, since she didn't like pokemon food or dog food. She was on a diet that was prescribed by her vet, so she would get the best nutrition possible.

Conner put some food in Roxie's bowl before going to sit down at the table with his two brothers. Their dad had the food out already. He was a nice man. He changed a little when their mom died, but he never let the two youngest see it. It was only an accident when Conner saw how sad his dad actually was. He tried hard to make sure his dad didn't have to do everything. He was going to become really smart, and maybe even become a pokemon master one day so that his dad could stay at home with his brothers. He shook his head a little before quickly eating his food. "Sorry to rush guys, but I'm gonna be late if I don't get out of here five minutes ago." He joked with all of them. They all said their goodbyes before Conner got on his shoes. "Hey Roxie are you coming with or what?" He called out to his pokemon. "You better hurry or you'll have to deal with Jack all day." He yelled out to her. Tempest The Dusk Lycanroc

Roxie the Rockruff
Roxie wolfed down her food as she usually did. Then she ran after Connor to catch up to him. She didn't like staying home all day with his brother Jack, since that brother was always trying to bother her when she wanted to sleep. As they went to the school, she was chasing things like Squirrels but would catch up in no time at all. Her collar around her neck was custom made for a rockruff to show off the rocks that adorn her neck. Plus she had tags to show that she belonged to Connor and his family.

Conner laughed a lot on his way to school. Roxie never seemed to get tired of the world around her. He envied that sort of mentality. Personally he couldn't wait to travel around. Ever since that new law passed raising the age requirement to get your pokemon licence he has been sort of isolating himself from most of the people around him. "Just wait Roxie. One day soon you'll have a lot more to chase around than just some slow squirrels. We're gonna train you up to be the strongest Rockruff ever." He told her. "We're gonna meet so many new friends for the both of us. You'll always be by my side though." He reassured her as they reached the front doors of his school. Roxie the Rockruff
Roxie smiled up at Connor before she ran in front of him seeing that seemed a bit disappointed. She then barked at him, trying to get him to smile as she jumped into his arms with a wagging tail.
Once they made it to the school, she was right by his side the entire time, along with the other pokemon that were in the classroom. There was a pokemon there that she was best friends with, a male Midnight form Lycanroc. His name was Titus, and he was stronger than she was. He was always training with his partner, a female trainer named Lisanna, or Lizzy for short. She was more of a techy than anything but would always coming out of her shell around Titus and helped him to train. Roxie really looked up to Titus, almost like he was her mentor.

Conner walked into the classroom behind Roxie. He greeted Lizzy before taking his seat. "Go on and play Roxie. Tomorrow we start training you to be stronger." He told her with a smile. Conner paid attention as best he could to the boring lesson. He knew he needed to pay attention just in case he ran across any problems on his journey. He was going to be the best in the world, and Roxie was going to help him every step of the way. Tempest The Dusk Lycanroc

Conner yawned and stretched out after class. He stood up and grabbed his things before going out into the courtyard where the playground for the pokemon was. He looked around expecting Roxie to come racing toward him with that same smile she always had. "Roxie come on or we'll be late for dinner!" He yelled out. When he got no response from her he began to panic. He rushed around looking for her everywhere. She was known to play hide and seek on occasion, but she usually came running when she heard food. He looked for almost thirty minutes before he saw her collar on the fence. "Roxie where did you run off to?" He asked himself as he looked in the direction she must have run off in. "And who scared you away so bad? [ooc: Okay sounds good to me. I'll already have three pokemon with me when I meet up with Roxie. Roxie the Rockruff
Roxie was in the city, scared and alone. She had not realized her collar was gone either.
A few months later, Roxie had evolved into a Dusk Lycanroc. She was also the new leader of a renegade gang of pokemon, who's leader was her new mentor all this time. She had gotten a scar on her left eye from a scuffle she was involved in a couple months ago. She wasn't blind in it or in any kind of pain anymore, so she was fine. She was currently coming back towards their, base in an old abandoned building, with some food for her friends and herself. As leader it was her duty to protect the unevolved pokemon within the group with the other evolved pokemon in the gang. She'd become one of the most powerful pokemon there thanks to the pokemon that trained her. A Stoutland that was abandoned by his trainer. He took her in the day she got lost and wandered into the building to hide from the cold. She told him she was lost, but when Connor never tried to find her, or so she thought, she became hardened towards humans. Once she arrived back at their home, she placed the food she was carrying, down for her unevolved friends who always ate first before laying down by the door, listening for humans since they had been coming around more than usual. She knew that she was rare in this area but she worried for her friends more than herself.

Conner walked around in an abandoned part of his home town. He heard from a rumor spreading around that a Lycanroc was leading a band of pokemon. "Come on out Nightfire." He said quietly. An Eevee appeared on the ground looking up at Conner. "I need you to look around for that band of pokemon. If you find them come back to me immediately." He told the small pokemon. 'If I'm right about that Lycanroc then maybe there is still a chance she will return to her pokeball.' He thought to himself. He started wandering again. The only sounds he made were those of his footsteps. 'Worst case scenario is I have to catch Roxie all over again.' Tempest The Dusk Lycanroc

 Roxie the Rockruff
Roxie had eaten her fill as she ate second along with the other higher level pokemon in the group. There was still plenty left for the last of the pokemon who were protecting the outside of the building in secret. Most of them were Electric or Dark types that knew the building inside and out. Roxie was currently with one of them, a Jolteon named Spike, who was her best friend here. They were inseparable when they were together. Spike was abandoned after Roxie found this place. They evolved on the same day an hour apart. Roxie was training with him, but never tried to hurt him on purpose. She was still mad at Titus more than anyone. Then she heard footsteps before a familiar scent reached her nose. She and Spike hid after she warned him. They were in an old pile of rubble, that had an opening in the back. Then she saw Connor, and she and Spike ran for it, Roxie was on his heels. She looked at Connor so that her scar wasn't visible. She'd been through a lot these past few months, but didn't know if she could forgive Connor for 'not' looking for her. Her heart sank when she smelled Nightfire's scent on him. In her mind she was thinking she had been replaced.

Conner saw a Lycanroc and a Jolteon take off running out of the corner of his eye. "So it's gonna be like that is it?" He asked himself. None of the pokemon he had with him were going to be much help in fighting his way through this. Not if that Jolteon was fighting. He waited for a few minutes for Eevee to catch up. He put her back in her pokeball. He set off walking in the direction he saw Roxie running. He knew that he had to be careful not to spook the pokemon here. "Come on out Levi." He called as he called out his Frogadier. "Follow me closely and don't make a move until I give you the order." He instructed. He located a large building and went to the door to open it. Roxie and Spike made it back to their hideout. Inside were many pokemon, some very young and hardly able to battle yet. Spike was her second in command, so he watched for Connor, while Roxie warned everyone inside the building to hide. Once everyone was hidden well, especially the unevolved pokemon, she and Spike were guarding the door. Roxie had a slew of moves for all kinds of pokemon she was weak against, like Thunder Fang and Fire Fang. Spike knew mostly electric moves. Though it was his job to protect the pokemon inside, as well as Roxie, he had his priorities too. Both of them started to growl when Connor came into the building through the broken door. Spike sent a Thunderbolt Connor and Levi's way as a warning making it land at their feet, as his fur started to spark with electricity. Roxie was ready for anything that this Frogadier would throw at her. She was off to the side inside of the nursery where they had just gotten a litter of a rockruff and an eevee, that were super young. They weren't hers by any means, but she took them in and cared for them like they were. Spike then got in front of Roxie for Protection reasons. Both the Rockruff and Eevee that Roxie was laying with were scared and hid behind her. Both of them abandoned because they didn't come out as what most trainer's call 'shiny'. Roxie curled around them as Spike stayed in front of the Nursery area, growling and sparking with electricity.
