A bit of a screeching sound could be heard in the distance. A mere few paces away from the abandoned building's site. From the greenery nearby jumped out a blue clad humanoid figure followed closely by a white beast of some sort with a blue mane some might call it. Right outside of the abandoned building was a bit of a clearing which the blue clad figure seemed to run to get loser to the building. A weapon mounted on his back...some odd looking mechanical like blade with the hilt that seemed to be based some sort of fire arm, a trigger and everything on it. The figure would grasp the blade by the hilt and make a sudden stop, turning towards the direction he had been running from with the white beast doing the same thing and baring it's fangs while growling. Rustling in the bushes turned into a dark figure coming from the greenery staring straight towards the blue clad lad. A grimm...albiet fortunately not a pack of them...nor even really a strong one. It was there none the less.
The blue clad figure would remove the blade from it's mounted position and then make a bit of a flicking motion of the weapon. A small compartment popping out of the point of the weapon where the blade connects to the hilt. The beast began to close the distance soon after this. The blue clad figure well aware of this looked at the revolver like comparment, his tongue quickly hitting the roof of his mouth before a soft 'tch' sound came from it. The compartment was completely empty, guess he had to do this the hard way. Another flick of the weapon caused the compartment to fly back into it's original position. Holding the blade with a single hand as the beast came closer and closer. Then with quick movements, a few swings of his blade, and an odd aerial manuever undescribable he would land behind the beast...who suddenly disappeared. A toothy grin on the blue clad young man's face would reveal the oddly sharpened teeth; as he would sheath the blade and make his way towards the building.
On the way he would pass the white beast, which looked at him for a moment before speaking. 'Why do you wait until the last moment, Hazard?' The blue clad figure's name didn't make him turn his head. His smile just widened and his response would be a simple one. "It's more fun that way." Entering the building it was a rather big building....although the roof was not in tact at all, and green plants invaded the walls it was where Hazard did all of his work. Moving to a single room with a cieling and table as well as mechanical parts and tools scattered across the room the young man would take a seat in a chair. Something he himself had brought here in order to do his work. Removing the blue coat to reveal the darker blue undershirt below. His body looked athletic to say the least, and he was missing everything from his left forearm down in regards to his left arm. Replaced with mechanical parts that didn't looked extremely advanced or more durable than a person's bones really.
However before him seemed to be...an arm like creation he was currently working on. His hands reached up to his head for a moment, flicking down some goggles that he wore when working. Then he would pick up some parts and some sort of device. Sparks began to fly as he began to work, clearly the reason he wore these goggles at least. When the sparks hit his flesh he did not make much of a fuss or motion. Instead working through the light burning pain as if use to it; because he was. The white beast whom spoke to Hazard before sat, watching as the blue haired mechanic worked on his latest project.
