Ice forms ice daggers that can chill what they hit,, Fire burns(that the handles are safe for the user and only the user) Gravity forms two little daggers that increase the weight of what they hit for a post. Hard light is weightless for rowan but still packs a normal daggers punch, And so forth. █Ranged Form ▬ The outfit summons the element of dust that is being used into the air allowing it to be shot out in ‘spikes’ fireballs, Ect █Other Form(s) ▬ When its not in use the outfit is just a standard outfit that can shift its forms to look like any outfit it wants (THIS CONUMES 1 VIAL OF DUST PER TRANSFORMATION) █Ammo Type ▬ 1 Dust vial per 5 posts of use (the transformation using 1 per 1 transformation) █ ▬

This flame literally does nothing its just asthetics. What it actually does is. The user rolls a 1d100 dice each post and adds it to a point pool per post. This post starts at 150 when entering combat unless its a prolonged combat. A nat 1 on the dice emptys his pool down to 1. A nat 100 instantly fills the pool The max it can reach is 300. The dice is rolled one post prior so everyone can see the results of the dice before they happen. If a nat 50 is rolled on the dice. It does add to the pool. However there semblance swaps there gender. This lasts till the next 50 on the dice. OR the user sleeps and they wish to change gender. This has a few advantages . Such as hiding one's identity. There face MAY CHANGE! Though not to look like anyone else. For 25 points they can summon down a ‘meteor’ From the sky. This is aesthetic mostly though does cause a impact crater in its target. The damage to any organic matter INCLUDING GRIM however is just equal to two sword slashes even if it makes no sense as they were ‘hit’ straight on. These slash locations are determined by the target. █*LEVEL 1▬ (100-199 posts) Limit break attack The user spends 50 points from there limit break pool to deal a large swinging attack with a large boost in striking power Or the user can spend 100 points to teleport between foes (max determined by level) and strike them 5 times before teleporting again. These impacts are near instant The user then ends up back where they started. The max range between each foe is 10 meters.
█*LEVEL 2▬ (200-299 posts) The user has the ability to refrain from gaining, and using points for a turn in order to double the die roll for gaining the points back on the next post. The user can spend 250 points to refresh their body and aura to max (each use of this in one combat reduces its effectiveness to a maximum of three times) This needs a one post channel however light damage does not intrupt this. However a blow that knocks him off his feet will. Other otherwise distracts him. (enought pain)
█*LEVEL 3 ▬ (300-399 posts) Ultimate limit save The ultimate limit save. This teleports the user back to the last ‘save’ space on a fatal Damage. This space is the last place they slept and introduces a minor heal. HOWEVER this empties the point pool and causes them to pass out and sleep. The user must have at least 100 points to use this. █*DRAWBACKS ▬ At zero points in the power pool the user passes out.

1 ▬ What do you mean by male MOST OF THE TIME? Is what I wanted to ask, but in your semblance you explain that his gender is switched when a 50 is rolled. Please move the portion of your semblance that states this to the general description, AND add in a "See semblance for details" to your gender to make it more fluid. Get it? Gender fluid... Hate me. But this is ideal as otherwise you won't be able to gender swap until level one as the current gender swap is stationed in the level one section and I don't think you intended to wait till level one to gender swap.
2 ▬ One word: "Faunus." You may leave it as you do if you like though.
3 ▬ In "Other Form(s)" You state: "Dust infused clothing. Able to solidify glass in the air and shoot it out. Along with adding doing the same with fire."
I believe this is a separate item that should be placed in the items section. Where it is now suggests that it is another form of your weapon and your weapon cannot turn into dust infused clothing.
Additionally, even when you move it to items it needs a bit more explanation. Here is sounds like the dust infused clothing is what is able to "...to solidify glass in the air..." Please specify what is it, exactly, that is able to solidify glass in the air and how is that done? Silicic acid is not something that is within the air in general and thus is impossible to solidify from the air itself so you would have to have an explanation as to how it is created out of thin air that conforms with the RWBY world (for example if your semblance was the ability to generate silica from aura or the like). Do the same for the fire portion as well.
4 ▬ The next few points will be changes I'd like on the semblance. I would like to see a few more changes. You state: "The user can not use any points for a turn to double the dice roll for gaining the points back." As it is written now it sounds like its mandatory, but I believe you meant for this to be an option. I would suggest you reword it like so: "The user has the ability to refrain from gaining, and using points for a turn in order to double the die roll for gaining the points back on the next post." Yes, I included that small nerf on purpose.
5 ▬ You also state: "For ten points from the pool per post the user can feel no pain." Please reword this as: "The user gains the ability to expend ten points from the pool per post in order to diminish the sensation of pain." Total pain nullification is its own semblance within RWBY, so I don't feel it is fair to give it to you for so cheap. If you wish you may add total pain nullification for 100 points per turn. I want this to be higher than what you are expected to get on average as it allows you to stab yourself with dust and gain a massive burst in power temporarily.
6 ▬ Now, I love the idea for the ultimate level three, but this will go to crew vote if it can even happen, and will have some pretty severe limitations if it does get voted in. Your vote will obviously not count for this, but feel free to argue your point in crew chat.
7 ▬ As I have told you in Discord. I have decided not to allow anything that breaks the overarching rules of combat. It would set a precedent that I do not wish to have. Super cool idea, and I do love the idea of letting this sort of ability through, but in the end it would make combat too complex as everyone would start having semblances that alter the existing rules and then big fights would just get ridiculous to manage.
Please change it, and let me know when the changes have been made in this topic.

1 ▬ I want a natural 1 to set your pool point to 1. Just to be consistent with how a natural 100 fills it up. I find it only fair.

He is supposed to be weak at long ranges so change the distance to 10 meters.
3 ▬ This one is on the clothes, It only makes sense that the clothes would be torn and used up in this process. I want a hard limit where your clothes can use each type of dust only ONCE before your clothes are entirely used up. Yes, I just turned you into a gender-bender exhibitionist. I agree actually that since the transformations are purely cosmetic and there are only one kind of weapon transformation available that this does not need to be limited further as previously specified.
4 ▬ Remove this ability: "The user gains the ability to expend ten points from the pool per post in order to diminish the sensation of pain." This one is pretty much a whole semblance in and of itself, and considering you have a full refresh at this level I want this one gone.
5 ▬ "Or the user can spend 250 points to refresh their body and aura to max (each use of this in one combat reduces its effectiveness to a maximum of three times)" -- I want this power to require a channel for 1 post. meaning you have to post once that you are starting your refresh power. You cannot move nor can you use any abilities during this channel post.Then on the second post if the enemies were unsuccessful in landing damage on you, then your refresh kicks in. Basically it gives your enemies one extra round of posts to try and stop your refresh.
