Chibi Sailor Charybdis was not 8 years old, and it was just after her second Halloween since she had become a magical princess. Well- not a proper princess, and she'd been told she shouldn't use the word, but all the magical people were princes and princesses to her, even the evil bad ones- like Mewdile had been! Odile had been a bad princess, but she was still magical, and- right. Well. Either way. Tonight, Giulia had decided that she was going to go on a patrol- since the experience witht eh Bad Clown, she had been kind of... scared... to go around by herself. Which was probably good, since she didn't really have a way to magical punch bad youma and bad people into being good.
When she went out on patrols when she had started, she would always get scared back to bed, because everyone seemed to be bigger and meaner than she was. But she was eight now, she wasn't just a normal baby anymore, like she had been. She was only a few more years away from grown- like, in only a couple more she could drive, and ten more and she could have her own house or something, or get a job being a ballerina. So. She needed to go start making bad things be good.
She was quite proud of herself as she pranced around the edges of her school yard, having already checked the jungle gym and the swings for any neffy ree yus badness and miss chief. It wasn't all clear though- she could feel the yucky good of a badness around her, but Charybdis wasn't very good at finding said badness, so she kept having to circle, and circle and circle. It was somewhere near the playground classrooms, or maybe on the playground itself... Or maybe the bad person was playing hide and seek, and she was just really bad at seeking?
Finally she plopped down to the ground, the chain-link fence rattling behind her as her feet hit the ground and she gave a heavy, frustrated sigh. “Okay, I know you're somewhere. Come out! You win!”

Going out in search of a quota was still a relatively new thing for Sweetite, resident senshi of the Negaverse. While she was eager to perform under the watchful eye of her General, going out alone was still... unnerving, just a tad. SO, keeping in mind that she was expected to retrieve energy and starseeds (and not wanting her coworker under General Zircon to do a better job than her), the redhead had devised a flawless means of collecting her quota: by stealing from the weaker ones. Grown adults were hard to pin down and the thought of getting into some sort of fight was absolutely appalling. No, she'd pick on the smaller, unfortunate ones that couldn't fight back and for the most part, they'd all surrendered their energy without any resistance. Children and the elderly were no competition against the might of the Negaverse, clearly. The playground was her stomping grounds of choice for the evening, up until she felt a twinge of irritation beginning to bubble in the back of her brain. There was another aura around -- it wasn't strong, like an ally's, and it was certainly far more irritating than one. When the small, exasperated voice wailed out from the fence across the way, pink eyes widened as Sweetite turned the corner around the schoolhouse building. There she was, the senshi that.... wait. A senshi child? She'd never been told that the senshi were capable of being children. While the thought was alarming, it was also strangely... satisfying. How absolutely proud would Zircon be if her pretty senshi had brought back the starseed of an enemy senshi's? It surely must be far more valuable than any regular starseed and Sino wouldn't have a chance at being the favored, most beloved fledgling of General Zircon's personal flock. With that in mind, dark heels clicked their way towards the fence as Sweetite put on her best smile for the little blonde girl. "Win? I didn't realize we were playing a game, silly." Infinities you poke when you're ready for saving, ringleader, I don't wanna quote spam!!!

She was terribly angry with herself for not having been able to seek the mega varse person before now, so when they approached her, Charybdis folded her arms, watching the person come towards her at their own pace- as though they hadn't just rolled around in circles with her for like five whole minutes. That was way too long! "Well, if it wasn't a game, then you were being very mean." her voice was not at all whiny- more outright petulant. Almost like Giulia- nay, Charybdis- was actually an eight year old girl who wasn't getting what she wanted, after all.
"You shouldn't be on the playground at night. There could be kids playing here, or someone could get hurt." The irony of Charybdis, who had been on the playground, lecturing an old person for being on the playground, was not lost on her, but she didn't want to think about it. "I'm Chibi Sailor Charybdis." the Mega Farce agent was smiling, which meant she couldn't actually be bad, and so the little blonde relaxed almost immediately, beaming back to her. "Now that you know we're playing, do you want to- well, I guess... do you even want to play with me? Most of them were mean, but some had been nice, and so she had to ask, honestly-
Games were fun. Extra fun when you had someone nice to play with you! She should be more careful, really, but people always said you never knew what a person was like! Maybe someone who SHOULD be mean, could actually be nice?

"Oh dear, I wasn't trying to be mean!" It was hard not to smirk as Sweetite feigned offense, one hand coming to her chest and covering the dark, ugly crack in the center of her skin. This little one was almost too easy of a target. Much of the other children she'd come across had been dismayed or confused at her appearance but here was an actual senshi - someone who clearly knew what she was but instead of being aggressive about it, she was a pouting, sulking child. Even better, being asked to play with the small thing?" This was like taking candy from the figurative baby. "Of course I'll play with you, did you have a game in mind?" As she finally neared the small chibi senshi, she bent over and pressed her hands to her knees, trying to get her face at closer level with the smaller girl. "I'm Sweetite. You can call me Sweets or Sweetie, if that's easier?" Not that she'd have very long to call her anything at all.

Charybdis eyed the other girl for a moment, briefly suspicious, then cheerfully said, "Let me show you Boop!" The seal, magical and shiny, came to the quiet whisper of the senshi's attack, orking and borking adorably in the direction of 'Sweetie.'
"I think maybe we can use Boop in my game, you see. I'll go and hide, and use Boop to give you a hint to where I am, and you have to find me!" Charybdis was quite pleased with herself- this could be a great way to check out some of those hidey holes that she wasn't allowed to try out while she was at school. For safety, and all, but she was a Charybdis right now, not just Princess Giulia.
"I can call you Sweetite. It's not hard." there wasn't really any offense there, but Charybdis wasn't some baby who couldn't say someone's proper name. "You can call me Chary instead of Charybdis, if that's easier, though? I know those old Greek names could be a mouthful." she nodded, sagely. "But I was a six-headed, man-eating monster, so I guess they were the mouthfuls, weren't they?"

Pink eyes went wide as a seal appeared from out of nowhere, noisily crying out with what appeared to be happiness at the little girl's call. Was this supposed to be her magic? And if so... w-what exactly was this seal supposed to do? Hands rose to cover her chest as she took a step back, clearly startled by the magical creature. Her gaze shifted from "Boop" to Charybdis as if looking for reassurance from the young chibi senshi. "He's... not going to hurt me, is he?" One hand gingerly moved out, fingers pointing in the orking monster's direction. "I don't... mind having Boop around, if he's harmless. I've never played with a wild animal like this before." So this put a slight kink in her plan - nevertheless, the girl didn't seem to be running away, so she might still yet have a chance to steal the little one's starseed, if she played her cards right.

Charybdis beamed at the other woman, her blue eyes brimming with innocence and delight. "Of course Boop won't hurt you. Not unless you're very naughty~" she waggled her finger, sing-songing. Oh, Boop had never hurt anyone before- he was just adorable, and distracting. "It isn't a wild animal, silly," she said reassuringly, "it's a magical animal. Very different- Boop loves to be cute. I imagine he likes pets, too, but he can't be touched. He vanishes." Sometimes, when he was bopped, he cried first. It was really quite sad.
"So I'll go hide, okay, and you are going to be it. No cheating! You have to count, and if you don't count, then the game won't be fair. And you can't look while you count either, okay?" Charybdis waved, scampering off to hide, delighted. Someone to play with her! Such a nice person, too. She was really happy. Now, where should she hide? She wanted to try... maybe one of the trees? Or maybe she should hide under one of the class trailers? Or maybe in the wooden castle? It was small, like her. But in the end, she picked someplace on the playground- to be fair, and all.
The downside was the sheer amount of unprotected angles from which a malicious Negaverse agent could come.

"Alright, I --- alright," she stammered, still staring at the ghostly creature with a hint of uncertainty. The girl seemed rather reassuring that the beast wouldn't hurt her (unless she was naughty, of course) but having never seen anything like that before, Sweetite wasn't one hundred percent convinced. Hands lifted to cover her eyes, fingers opening very slightly to sneak a peak at the direction the girl was running in. It would be a sore spot for days if she managed to let this easy prey skip away, still toting her very shiny, very special starseed. "One... Two...Three...." She counted aloud as the chibi senshi scrambled to find a place to hide, Sweetite doing her very best to try to ignore the "Boop" still lingering by her. Hopefully the odd looking thing would disappear before too long -- then she could finish the business she came out to do in the first place. "Eight... Nine... Ten! Ready or not, here I come~" Dropping her hands to her sides, she made an exaggerated display of glancing around in search of the tiny blonde child, feet carrying her in the direction she'd last spotted the girl running to.

It wasn't long before Boop wandered away, vanishing without a trace. Boop was, after all, only a magical power, not an actual creature. Much to Charybdis' regret- If only she could have dozens of actual seals! That would just be So. AWESOME. from her position, she could feel the lady moving around- hmmm, the sensey-feeley things hadn't been something she had considered when she had picked hide and seek as her game.
Hmmm.
That would make things considerably more difficult! For her, anyways- it was much harder to hide when you could feel the other person! And powering down to hide her aura would be teh DUMBEST thing she could do- even she knew that. So all she could really do was hold still, or get ready to run away if "it" started getting too close to her position. Why had she picked someplace with so many angles?
Oh, she was a silly.
Ghouliboo We should probably get a cat-referee in here to ruin the game. Tag in kuro, k thx.

It wasn't terribly hard to locate the small munchkin, wisps of blonde hair peeking out from her hiding spot. The aura was a dead giveaway - despite being somewhat smaller than a normal senshi's, it still managed to give Sweetite the beginnings of an irritating headache. One that would end very shortly, once she had the child's starseed nestled in the palm of her hand. "I think I found youuuu~" she singsonged playfully as heels continued on their path through the playground, eyes calculating any possible escape the chibi could make from the angle she was approaching. The girl could always run - but chances were, Sweetite was faster. Hands stretched out, her smile widened as she closed in on the tiny tot, her target as clear as her flawless skin. kuropeco she wants you, not me sad /tags you in!!!!

Wendell had been meandering around the park partly because he'd been banned from bothering Peter while he was doing his homework, and partly because Fritz was off on a date with Cordelia, which meant that he could either stay home and do nothing, or go out on adventures.
There was really no choice. He was absolutely here for adventures.
The first flutterings of power signatures had reached him from a distance at first - and then, after a few minutes, steadily growing nearer and nearer, accompanied by the sounds of voices. Wendell leapt up onto a low tree branch, head cocked, ears pricked to catch any sort of sound, a look of intense concentration on his sleek brown face.
There.
He spotted the little girl first - the Order side senshi, the one that looked no older than...well, Wendell was bad with ages, but nevertheless, she looked young. Following her around the playground was a slender woman with hair as red as Fritz's, and her aura was not the right one.
This called for an intervention. Wendell was bounding forward without even hesitating, skidding around in front of the redheaded senshi, paws planted firmly in place.

Giulia was peering around, trying to gauge the approaching aura, eyes darting from one potential approaching path to another, listening to the sing-song bounce off of buildings and stuff, making it hard to identify where it was coming from. Oh no! She was going to get tagged. That would be a tragedy, and she hadn't made any plans on what to do if Sweetite was no longer It.
But then... the aura of Negaverse was no longer alone. She slowly became aware that there was another one, that felt familiar, too- warm and cuddly, comfortable. Another Order person had come to play? Oh!
Giulia wriggled away from her hiding place, bouncing towards It and the kitty, because she would just explain they were all playing, and this was okay! She made her way towards the Chaos agent and the cat, bouncing defenselessly and stupidly closer, as aware to danger as a newborn- and just because Sweetite had been nice.
Somewhere, everyone she knew was probably forming a massive headache.

Wait... what?The appearance of the small, fuzzy cat was both startling and unexpected, even moreso when it opened its mouth and began spouting off what sounded like bad pirate-speak to the corrupt senshi. Avast? Desist? It was clear from the way the Mauvian made her head hurt even worse that he was on the side of the little chibi's and not Chaos-infused, like Sweetite. Which also meant, if the demented thing had any sense to it, that he would no doubt warn the chibi away before Sweetite had time to claim her prize. Which was why, exactly, the older girl reached out and snatched the chibi by her arm when the small blonde approached them, refusing to give up on her shiny, extra special starseed. The time to play innocent was over - she needed to get her seed and get it now before any other senshi showed up. "You're too late, kitty cat - go on, scram. Time to find someone else to protect, you've lost this one." And with that, her hand moved forward to grab hold of the chibi's brooch, intent on dipping down beneath the fabric to take what she'd come for.

She was very clearly a corrupted senshi, that much Wendell could tell from first glance. Black uniform, crack in her forehead, look of irritation on her face - that, and the fact that she was chasing around a very cute little girl who was possibly a senshi gave the rest away.
A senshi that Wendell felt honor bound to protect, because that was what Mauvian Guardians did. They guarded.
"I shall not scram, as you say!" Wendell declared loudly and firmly. "I will not let you do whatever it is that you've come here to do! I know you of the Negaverse are not all bad, but it is very bad to attack a young girl, and I'm afraid I cannot allow that!"
He saw the hand move towards the chibi and leapt instinctively, Wendell scrabbling at the corrupt's wrist with claws attempting to sink into skin, a jingle of coins from his bandanna clinking with every movement.
"UNHAND HER THIS INSTANT!"

Giulia knew the moment she had- in Zora's often-screamed video game words- fudged up. It wasn't a good moment, as her arm was roughly grabbed by Sweetite, her light, long body getting jerked closer to the dark Nega Senshi. Ow! This wasn't how tag was supposed to go at all- even though Sweetite hadn't been cheating, the Chibi realized that she was incredibly lucky a Guardian Kitty had shown up, and Sweetite wasn't the nice game-player Charybdis had made her out to be. She yelled in a loud panic as the bad lady grabbed at her brooch- and the kitty leaped at her hand, and Charybdis shrieked " SEAL PUP! HELP ME!" Boop the little seal, useless, flopped around, orking wildly, as Giulia kicked out at Sweetite, trying to make contact with a shin. "BAD TOUCH, SWEETITE! BAD TOUCH!" People were supposed to stop when you yelled bad touch, but the bad lady was- Giulia struggled harder, teeth making a crunch as she snapped them in the bigger senshi's direction. "BOOP, do something! HELP!" She had made a mistake!!!!!
