So It Went Like This..! Username(s): Kyrieko Eligibility: Both! (Have not won a Soquili or Familiar) Personalities: The Mare While she takes great pride in her pristine and proper appearance, this is one mare whose looks are deceptive. Tsubaki is a very stoic individual, not quite understanding social interactions or cues. There is a lack of empathy to her as well. She simply has a task that she has set for herself and that is all that matters. Tsubaki doesn't actually mean to come off so cold, but her indifference to others has allowed her to more properly obtain research in what could be construed as 'awkward' situations. For she desires to study relationships and the bonds that one forms with others. This could be a mother's love of her foals, a familiar and their chosen Soquili, and lifemates especially intrigue her! Their deep love and devotion to each other is fascinating for her research! Her research is truly one of the only passions she will show any sort of emotion towards. Don't be too surprised if you find this mare carefully studying you, her faithful familiar scribbling down notes of any and all her observations.
The Dragon Where the lovely Tsubaki is stoic, this blue gem is the life of the party. There is never a dull moment with Kaito around! Especially when he's assisting his lady with her research. It's quite hysterical to see the reactions and embarrassed faces they cause at times! And yes, he has no shame in pointing such things out. Or other interesting things`. He'll cackle it all away with a toothy grin and delight in the next victim object of his lady's interest.
History/Story: As a young mare, Tsubaki was quiet and thoughtful. Her mother raised her to be a proper lady and hoped that her beautiful daughter would find an equally elegant stallion to give her grandbabies to treasure. But Tsubaki was too quizzical and determined to find answers to her questions. She set herself down a path to learning what she could from the elders of her herd. And when they could no longer offer anything more, she began researching things on her own. However, her real passion didn't make itself known until she stumbled upon a strange group: one frazzled warlock with his hyper dragon, a flirty mare that made her think of candy with an equally flirty dragon, and Kaito.
The smooth talking blue dragon used his sweet words to sway right to her side. After all, a dragon needed his lady to protect and treasure, right? The bond that formed between them intrigued the mare in a way nothing else had. She had to understand it! Understand why this dragon, who was completely opposite her, fit with her like a puzzle.
From there, her travels began as she collected research on the bonds and relationships she could find out in the world, starting with the strange ones of her traveling companions. The warlock that always seemed stressed and jumpy about everything. His hyper companion that quite literally would bounce off objects such as trees, rocks, other folks. To her, it seemed the two would be incompatible - what with how jumpy the warlock was versus the hyperness of his dragon! Then there were the two princesses. They were so alike that it was difficult to tell they were separate beings. Tsubaki was almost beside herself. There were so many different kinds! It was her goal to document them all and understand why some bonds appeared stronger than others. Or why others could make an individual go crazy and commit heinous acts. There was no stone she wouldn't overturn to find as much as she could to complete her research.
Extra Information: Somewhere down the line, Tsubaki will realize that no matter how much research she gains, she'll never fully understand relationships. But she will have more appreciation for the bond she shares with her dragon companion.

So It Went Like This..! Username(s): ~Spazzy_the_Wolfie~ Eligibility: Going for both! Personalities: Vesku the Warlock: Capable of charming the pants off of just about anyone, Vesku is the more collected side of the duo, often talking their way out of the tricky situations Ormr manages to get them into. However, Vesku hates having to interact with others (besides Ormr, of course), and all of the smiles and people-pleasing comments he gives are fake, fake, faaake. This warlock would love nothing more than to hunker down in a secluded patch of woods and live out the rest of his days peacefully with Ormr, glossing over old books and dabbling in dark arts. But alas...
Ormr the Dragon: Hot-headed and unable to hold his tongue, Ormr finds himself getting into arguments and fights pretty regularly. As mentioned before, this leads to some tricky situations. The duo tends to move from place to place due to Ormr's actions, which... well, after years of constant moving, he feels pretty guilty about. But he can't help it! Especially when others make rude comments about Vesku! Who cares if the boy accidentally calls him dad?! HE'LL HAPPILY BE HIS DRAGON DAD. He can be teasing sometimes, especially with "his boy", but it's all in good fun.
History/Story: This quiet warlock has a dark and dreary past, one that he, of course, will never talk about. As Ormr puts it, "that information is on a need-to-know basis, and YOU don't need to know." The only thing the duo will really tell you is that Ormr came across the poor, crying foal one day and decided he was in desperate need of some company. The two have been together ever since then, roaming the lands and never settling down due to Ormr's antics. Even if traveling goes against his own wants and needs, Vesku wouldn't have it any other way, because Ormr is family and he would never abandon him, ever.
Vesku hadn't anticipated stopping so soon after their last little "incident", but Ormr had insisted that they pause in the next town they came across so he could treat the two of them to a nice meal, a little something to make up for his, er, behavior. So they did! The duo strolled into the local tavern, Ormr immediately scampering off to round up some food while Vesku located a table. Minutes went by as he waited for his companion to return. And waited. And... waited...
"REALLY?"
He recognized the voice instantly, wincing and giving a sigh. What sort of trouble would he have to get them out of now? Shuffling away from the table, Vesku began to scan the tavern for the trouble-seeking dragon.
Only to spot him seated at a table with more dragons, and what appeared to be their Flutter companions.
"Vesku, my boy! Look! I found other dragons! Neat, eh?" Ormr gave an energetic wave of his clawed foot, then motioned for him to join the group. "We should sit with them! C'mon!"
...Having to sit down and eat lunch with strangers was somehow even worse than bailing Ormr out of trouble. HE WOULD RATHER BE CHASED OUT OF TOWN. But he couldn't just leave Ormr behind... Forcing a smile, Vesku began to walk over. The sooner they got this over with, the better.
Extra Information: I see Vesku and Ormr as the walking, talking embodiment of the "don't talk to me or my son ever again" meme. c':

11/19 just added more personality details!
So It Went Like This..! Username(s): o-Elixir-o, XxXPandamoniumXxX Eligibility: o-Elixir-o for the soquili, Panda for the fam! Personalities:
(Flutter) Princess Rosette - She's sickly sweet filled with innocence. She does not acknowledge the fact that Ophella isn't her birth mother even though she's smaller and a different creature. She tends to be a bit spoiled thanks to her mother pampering her.
(Fam) Ophella - A queen who strongly feels the need to protect her daughter from the dangers of the world. She finds suitors to be a appalling and enjoys watching them struggle to succeed in her games. She's not terrible or cold-hearted, she just wants the best for her daughter!
History/Story:
Poor little flutter, born alone in a plucked rose.
She was as tiny as a drop of dew water which clung to a inner petal.
To the surprise of the one who plucked, a dragon queen named Ophella which questioned "Should I eat it?"
But the little flutter looked up and said "Momma!"
Ophella could not eat something that called her mother. Instead she decided to adopt the flutter and named her Rosette. It seemed easy at first with how small Rosette was but once she was older and capable of changing size many troubles did she get in, but the queen still loved her none the less even if she was a strange little pink thing with fluttering wings. When Rosette reached her adulthood it became pretty clear that many suitors looked her way. In which the queen seemed displeased.
"Nu uh, not my little princess!" she would say, you see Ophella was a bit over protective of her daughter. Any suitor who'd wish to court her daughter had to go through some tribulations first. Mere games. Some deadly though! Only a suitor who can surpass Ophella's tests may woo the heart of her daughter!
So in the tavern the two sat awaiting for Rosette's suitor to arrive back from one of Ophella's test..that is if he actually comes back....
Extra Information: Totally keeping this dynamic! I love fam parents/soq kids & vice versa! <3

So It Went Like This..! Username(s): lysia_nyteblade Eligibility: Both Personalities: Princess Ethney Mac Giolla Bháin Ethney is a not so basic princess, after all, she found a dragon when she was a filly. Well more like she found an egg. She was always one to ditch her lessons and flee to the outskirts of the lands her parents 'ruled over' Searching for adventure, for more than being some fool-hardy prince 'charming's' good little wife. She had a flair for the dramatic, and a desire to see the world, and that was only increased when her companion came into being.
As a young one she was reckless, but in her older age, she's grown at least a little wiser, at least a glance before she moves to leap from the cliff before her.
Sheridan This iridescent beauty has had his work cut out for him, trying much to his chagrin to keep his friend out of scuffles, scrapes, and injuries that might have had a permanent effect on Ethney.
Sheridan can be a bit neurotic about Ethney, mainly because she's taken him on many a misadventure since the time he was a timid hatchling who knew nothing of the world. Though he may seem weak to those around him, timid and careful, he will always put Ethney's health and happiness as his top priority. They are after all comrades and besties.
History/Story: A lovely mare stalked into the tavern, drenched to the bone, looked much worse than a drowned rabbit. Her companion was attempting to not keep his distance, but at the same time, the look of utter anger and frustration on the mare's face gave the impression the pair had run into trouble that was MORE than they liked.
"A hot cider and if you've spare a towel." The tone was flat as the mare spoke, bedraggled looking as she was, she was still a fair looking one.
"Good lord girl, what happened to you?" The bartender was curious, given that there wasn't sound of a downpour outside.
"You wanna know?" The mare glared down at the now shrinking back dragonling, "Alright." She sipped at the cider and took a breath before starting.
------ "I REFUSE." Ethney raged at her parents for yet another engagement meeting. She did not wish to marry anyone, she was in the prime of her life. She wanted very much to find her way out into the world, have an adventure, meet someone who actually spoke to her like she was a real person and not some cute little bit of fluff. Storming out of the room she could very well hear her parents yelling after her about proper young ladies and the like.
"Your parents are bound to drive you insane." Came a cool toned smirk.
"Yes, but not for long. We are going to escape."
"Escape?"
"Yes."
"How?"
"We'll fly outta here."
"But...you're a terrible flyer."
"Point taken, but it's worth the risk."
Sheridan sighed deeply.
Hours later, and several crash landings later, Sheridan was hauling the now miniature princess on his back. She was after all a flutter and could shrink down, decently. Sheridan went in for a landing, an off burst of gust sent Ethney flittering off into the nearest pond before Sheridan could realize what had happened.
"Ethney! Where did you....?" Sheridan trailed off as the point of a crown surfaced from below the depths. It wasn't actually a pond, but a mud puddle. He tried hard. OH so very hard not to laugh at her. But the look of utter infuriation with the elements and her looking like a drowned rat made him unable to hold back the gales of laughter that erupted from him.
Etheny glowered at her companion again in the dim lighting, "I could have DROWNED!"
He snorted. Extra Information: Ethney doesn't dislike her parents, just their desire for their daughter to be married off. This plays into many of their misadventures.

So It Went Like This..! Username(s): dawns_aura Eligibility: Going for both Personalities:
Fumiko(flutter): Self-contained. Though she was born to royalty, and with the burden of expectation laid upon her, it was not to be. She was overly shy, and she stuttered. This made her unsuitable for any position of power. So she was shunted off to the side, sent away to where she would do no harm, and in fact might be able to do something useful. To be a scholar with knowledge that might prove useful to her younger sister, who was born to take her place, and was in fact more suited than she could ever have been. This however wasn't seen as anything negative. Fumiko was quite pleased with living a quiet, simple life with no expectation... but then, one day, her life was turned upside down when she discovered the egg...
Chie(dragon): Egg abandoned deep in the bowels of the 'great library', she was discovered by a young princess turned scholar. She knew nothing but the life at the Library, but she longed for adventure and living life. But she was bound to the young princess. She was her confidante, friend, conscience, confidence... Eventually, she managed to convince the mare that it was time to leave to library and experience the life she had only read about...
History/Story: “It's not my fault the warlock was a trigger happy spellcaster with a hairpin temper. Or that the princess would faint when she heard the dragon speak...”
Those were the first words the bartender heard before the duo waltzed in, the small dragon's fur singed, and still glowing, her companion looking completely soaked and frazzled as though she had been caught in a rainstorm, or gone under a waterfall – involuntarily- or gotten in the way of a cask out water being dumped... well, you get the idea. Soaked and bedraggled and completely unhappy with said state of affairs.
'Oi, it weren't my fault,' came the vaguely insulted and rather gruff voice of a male that was not yet visible.
'Oh, sure, I'll be sure to have that carved on our headstones when the dragon comes back to finish the job,' came the snotty, unimpressed response of yet another, as two more mini-dragons darted into the tavern after the duo.
'Mum and dad are fighting again,' the iridescent blue stage whispered. 'Are you sure you can't find it in your hearts to take us with you?'
The black didn't say anything, but looked at Chie pleadingly, knowing there was no way in hell Fumiko would answer favorably. Especially not after the outcome of the... adventure.
''So, what'll it be darlin'?'' the bartender asked, as Fumiko drew close, and the other two entered.
'The strongest drink you've got.' She muttered, trying to get settled at the bar, as far away from the two idiots as she could manage. 'And possibly some way to get these two idiots paid quickly and out of my life.'
'The drink, I can mange no problem... The other? Not so much, but for the right price, say the story behind all this? I'll see what I can do..'
'So it started like this. A scholar, a princess and a warlock all walked into a bar at relatively the same time seeking employment...' Extra Information:

So It Went Like This..! Username(s): Trinkuh Eligibility: Both Personalities: Yuani Hisho (mare): Soft spoken but well taught in many arts including self defense.
Foo Sho (dragon): Feisty little dragon but also very lazy. History/Story: Yuani Hisho was raised as the fifth daughter in a royal family. She wasn't the pretties or the oldest to her father she had very little worth even though she was well learned in many arts that husbands look for, she was still pushed to the side as not being useful.
This did both her very much. In a world where your worth is based off what your father says it is, this cut deep. So she did the only thing she could do, go and pray to her ancestors and ask for help to become as pretty as her other sisters.
Her ancestors listened just not how she thought they would. She was about to leave the shrine when she noticed a small lizard. It was son tiny at the time. It wasn't running from her either so she leaned down to stare at it. This is when she noticed it had small horns. It soon crawled up onto her and went with her.
As days turned to months the tiny lizard slowly got bigger and bigger and well started to talk. she learned who he was and that he was going to help her find her match.
He thought he was smooth talking and helpful but most of the time he just got her into trouble. He was not nearly as good with talking as he thought he was. Extra Information: Foo Sho sleeps most of the time like a lazy dragon.
