A lot had been happening since the last time Reven had checked in with the Mauvian she considered her mentor and it seemed like maybe it was high time she checked in with him. Found out if she was even on the right path, get some guidance.

Besides, Silk was in interesting guy, and a lot more enjoyable to be around than Bob. It was good to spend time with other mau, and Reven still didn't know that many well. Though she had met a few more, including Silk's demure sister.

She watched him batting at a leaf as she trotted down the path towards the statue and it had her chuckling to herself. "Hey."

She trotted right up to the statue and hopped up to take a seat on the base of the thing, tail flicking once before settling in a loop across her pale toes. "Not by half," she confirmed with a pleased grin, flashing dainty little fangs at him before continuing. "It's been a very busy couple of months." Between Rory's knight friend being corrupted and all the awakenings she'd assisted with, Reven was confident she was well on her way to become a class A guardian.

An ear twitched as she recalled the last time she'd seen him and her head tipped as she gave him a curious look. "What were you doing when I saw you last? With that senshi." Silk looked like he'd been stalking prey.

That really wasn't the sort of answer Reven had been expecting, not that she'd really had any expectations, but certainly not that. It had her blinking at the other kitten, head tilting thoughtfully to one side. "Oh."

Thinking back on it, now that he'd mentioned it, Reven couldn't have said what the senshi was. Her initial impression had been male, that'd been the general feel of the energy she'd picked up from them, but as they'd walked away they hadn't looked male. Not altogether. "Huh, that is a tricky one." A huff, tail flicking at her side as she thought about it for another moment more before shaking her head.

"I awakened some senshi." Getting back on track, Reven grinned proudly. "A dark mirror girl and a senshi for the Negaverse. well, the last one some order cat had made her pen before a general chased it away, but I told her her name and stuff, so that still counts, right?"

She'd have to make a point to keep an eye on that senshi. If they wouldn't answer Silk or give themselves away in front of him, maybe they'd let down their guard in front of her.

She grinned, pleased with herself at the senshi she'd helped the general bring over did indeed count. That meant Vanth was one of her's, right? Added to Lorelei, Reven had the modest beginnings of a petite senshi collection. "Yeah, pretty busy."

But of course he'd have to ask about pet projects. Pale eyes flicked back, and she sighed as she stretched forward to sprawl on the statue's base. "No, not yet." She just couldn't think of anything good "I want it to be, you know, useful. Needed. Not just any dumb thing." Like Silk with her research towards trying to understand his senshi better.

She barely managed not to wince at that statement. Barely. It had only been in the past half a year that she'd actually been doing anything a guardian cat should be doing. Previous to that she'd been, well, a freeloader in every sense of the word.

"I'm not," she drawled back at him, eyes rolling. Not that he deserved the sass. He'd been nothing but nice to her. Well, after their first meeting. But showing her around headquarters had more than made up for that. "I've been trying to get out a lot. Not just on energy gathering or patrols, but exploring the city more, or making myself available for generals that might need a cat's help." Pale shoulders rolled as best as they were able to with the way she was curled.

"I even helped out this captain with some artifact he found in the rift." Which reminded her. "I met your sister, by the way."

Recently chuckled at his reaction, having expected something but not quite that strong of a reaction. "Not a run, just a temporary project, but yeah. Her, and a couple of other cats, uh...Tyberius, and Enyo? I think?" Didn't matter, not right now. Maybe if she ran into them again.

"The artifact was some knight thing, looked like it went on the hand. I dunno what it was supposed to do but we were trying to figure out how to make it work for the captain that brought." It'd been quite the brainstorming session. "It needed an alternate power source, I think in the end they settled in some rift crystals, I'm not sure." There'd been a lot going on, and Reven hadn't heard anything about it since.

"The captain himself..itself? Themself? They were weird. Had pipes sticking out their back, smoke coming from them. Fingers we're black, and the whites of their eyes.". They'd seemed nice enough though, and one of the other cats had known him.

"A half youma," she repeated, lips twitching to one side as she made a mental note to look into what exactly that meant later. Maybe Rory knew, and if not, then surely one of the generals she'd run into had to know.

And if all else failed, she could always ask Silk, but she didn't want to annoy him with constant questions.

"She's alright, been kind of stressed though since she had to have her friend corrupted." Which might have spawned more questions than it answered. "He was a squire thing, and she found out."
