Hobbies:
Knitting - She loves to knit, and has been doing it since she was eleven. Her grandmother taught her, and it was an activity that bonded them. After her grandmother's death when Ali was fourteen, she kept going as a way to memorialize her. She can make sweaters, hats, blankets... And loves doing so. A friend who gets a knitted blanket from her is someone she REALLY cares about.
Petting Cats - Yes, this is a hobby. She will spend one afternoon a WEEK going around, finding friendly kitties and petting them. Once she moves out of dorms, she'll get one of her own, but the weekly Petting Must Continue.
Collecting Old Naughty Postcards - When her grandma died, she inherited a bunch of boxes of things from her. When Ali was sorting through one of them, that she hadn't touched for years, she found a false bottom... And in it, a collection of Naughty Postcards her grandpa had apparently gathered. She became fascinated by them, and well...

Virtues:
Energetic -- She always has energy to spare... On the go, she's bouncing and eager, and moving. She never seems to need to nap, or have much downtime, and is almost always up for something fun to do, because she's just ready to go. If she could share, she would, because she would swear she has a spare battery.
Outgoing -- She loves to make friends, and is happy to reach out to people, and show them that fact. Shy kid at the back of the class? She'll walk up to them and start talking to them, quietly, and get to know them. Practical joker? She'll be up there, getting in on the joke. She only avoids the bullies, because ew no.
Sincere -- When she tells people she likes their jacket, she REALLY means it. If she says she's having a great time, she's not making it up. She won't lie to people, not if she can help it, and she loves making other people feel good with a heartfelt compliment.

Flaws:
Masked -- To a degree, her outgoing nature can be a sign of one of her flaws, too... She masks her unhappiness behind it. She will do everything she can to keep others from seeing that she is depressed, and all of her darker emotions. She only ever shows the cheerful face to the world.
Desperate For Attention -- Not an attention seeker, not in that sense of it... But in the sense of she can not cope with being alone, not for long. She desperately needs others around, who she can talk to and have time with, because if she's alone, she is afraid of what might come, what her head might turn towards.
Easily Distracted -- Because of her need to keep herself from thinking too hard, she is easily distracted by new things, especially new things to do. Studying one evening for that REALLY important test, but a friend texts, asking her to try out this new game with them? She is ON THE WAY, FRIEND woops to the studying!

Civ side looks great! She's got some great hobbies and I know there's got to be a Mau or two out there who'd be only too happy to find themselves added to her weekly cat petting routine. Virtues and flaws are good too, which leaves her last name as the only thing I have to comment on. Marchesi is already in play as a character's last name so due to the shop's naming rules, you'll either have to select another last name, an alternate spelling or you can contact the player for permission to use it, if you've not done so already.

For the powered side of things, Valetudo is available! Her basic and super attacks look great and I think they'll work really well for you. As for her eternal attack, currently the way you've got it worded is that it will effect everyone within range, which could mean friendly fire as well-- which is fine, but had you considered having it only effect her enemies negatively while her allies hear an encouraging cheer instead? Something like:

Vale throws her hand out and a huge blast of light and sound explodes from her palm. The sound is an extremely high powered sound wave which causes pain to enemies in range while sounding more like a rallying cheer to allies, encouraging them to fight on. The light is bright, but the only effect would be temporary bedazzlement. (Can use once per battle. Actual sound blast lasts for 5 seconds while the after effects [pain, dazzle, encouragement] can linger up to 30 seconds)


Mind you, this is just a suggestion and you don't have to take it! I just want to make sure you're getting the most out of your sphere!
