Biography: Oku is the last son of a long family of culturally rich individuals, well versed in the most philosophical senses of reality and life, their rituals and beliefs different than whatever else existed beyond their closed doors. From generation to generation, the practices of ancient energies flowed from one mind to the other, teachings of wisdom out of the regular human scope, and thus, the Ryokousha bloodline was blessed with skills and capabilities superior to the common folk, relying on the alteration and replacement of the environment, warping the tissue of reality and pushing forward into otherworldly plains of existence. Being one of the notorious Ryokousha, Oku was taught since young the ways of his family, and was presented the key to enlightment before the others in their history, a result of exceptional development and the manners of a prodigy in what that group of blood related people had built over so many unknown years. Safety, luxury, wisdom, the life of high class in traditional settings was Oku's to enjoy for as much as desired, but the trick of it all was that the man was not allowed to go beyond the boundaries of their territories, as that would break centuries of tradition, of secrecy, of promise. This was understandable, and for many of his own years, those questions would remain silent.
It would be at the formidable age of 23 that the true vision of what the Ryokousha so vigorously desired would be bestowed upon him through a ritual not once performed before. Having been granted the freedom to explore the teachings of his blood and try out new paths to study, the prodigy developed symbols, movements, mix of ingredients, things the older ones didn't think of, no matter how close they were to the exact forms. It would be at one of those new rituals, perhaps the most delicate and complex of them all, that the world would open itself to the entrance of a new land. Emptiness, a void of anything, through a window to another universe did Oku learn that the location they lived in, or rather, the planet itself, the space all things occupied in their knowledge of how vast reality was, it was far too small in comparison to what there was out there truly. Peering into that endless abyss of nothing but darkness, the man could feel the infinite distance that this dimension possessed, and being the one to discover it, the light that this new realm was just as large as the one he had lived in came, directly, to his very soul. It was an experience only he had, the rest of the Ryokousha far from him on that very important moment.
Then, Oku felt that was a shame, a misfortune to those of his clan, but was it truly without meaning that his eyes were the only ones to gaze within that truth? And that his finger tips were the ones to open such a rift between this reality and the other? The questions began to pile up within that impacted mind and the philosophies of his related drove him into a point that stood against those themselves. For 5 years, the studious explorer practiced what had been achieved and basked in the deep demands of his family nature, deciding at the end that it was his fate to lead what became of the deep studies. Yet, for that, the need to surpass the limits of the rules came about, leading to the figure of the most beloved member to become one known for treason, the filth that attempted to guide them to the impurity of the outside world, ignorant to the fact that the world as they saw it was nothing in comparison to his view. These struggles, the names and titles, the actions against his well being, the mockery, it was all too much for those who couldn't comprehend the magnitude of what this man had seen. The Ryokousha, people who examined reality with the closest attention, were now claiming that their most enlightened was nothing short of a fool, and for that, this clan no longer deserved the fruits of their ways, this reality was not fitting. At the end of those 5 years of pondering, one single day was enough for the entire clan to be wiped clean from the earthly realm, without a trace left behind. To this day, it is unknown how many members were in the Ryokousha family, and how each of them disappeared over night within such a vast lot of land that belonged to that name. Empty houses now mark the aging mystery, and the only survivor has been denied of any guilt as it is impossible to determine the nature of that event, and why Oku was the single one to make it out clean, apparently suffering from memory loss of that day.
Now, it is a question mark how the man spent his days afterwards, where the means to survive came from was clear as the family name possessed great wealth, but the fact the last member was seemingly gone off of existence for years remains an odd subject. All in record is that his presence was picked up in a new territory, far off his homeland, a city where opportunities for new things should surface to the mysterious Oku.
