[PRP] Little miss muppet..[Chika/Takoda/Syntyche]

They crawled out of their den around the same time. Chika, older than her brother, was out first and stretching herself in the early morning sun. With a deep sigh of the chilly air, she was somehow already anticipating the day.

Eventually he purple brother, Takoda, came out of his den and greeted his sister with a brush of his long body against hers and then a headbutt.

"Hey, Chika," came his not quite cub-like voice. "Can we try for some zebra today? I'm tired of gazelle..."

Red eyes glared over at him and Chika huffed. "If you're going to get picky, try hunting by yourself, Takoda. You're old enough to." She gave him a push with her paw and a laugh before setting off. "We'll see though. See what's around today. Who knows. Maybe we'll get a wildebeest if it's already dead."

She was not above savaging a meal as big as that.

But with that, both siblings took off toward their morning watering hole that was a nice walk away. It got both of their legs warmed up, not to mention just themselves in general.

Peppermint Coffee

Syntyche had been blind since she was born so she had adopted other ways to survive since her mother had cared very little about her. Her sense of smell and hearing were very acute. She basically had mastered the art of blind fighting when she was an adolescent so she wouldn't starve to death. She used the skills she had honed to take down the wilderbeast, it had a twisted leg which made it much easier prey but still, it had taken an effort to take down and kill since she was alone. Sy had no one in her life she mostly kept to herself since others tended to find her haunting dark eyes to be creepy. Since she had never seen her own eyes or pelt Sy had no idea what she looked like or why others found her off-putting.

Takoda got to the watering hole first, at least that's what he thought. Little did he know Chika had taken a different route and came in from the side, tackling her little brother with a growl and then licked his weird tuft of hair that was growing longer each day.

"No fair, Chika!" He growled, tail flicking in an annoyed state.

"Life's not fair, Takoda. Get over it and get better!" A smile came to her face as she came to the water's edge and lapped at it quickly.

Takoda bit at her tail once before moving over to the side and shoved his face in the water. When he came up, the purple cheetah coughed a few times before sighing. Much more awake now. He then shook himself and started to lap at the water with gusto.

Peppermint Coffee

Sy could not have missed the sound of the pair if she had tried they were very loud and not very stealthy in the least. She made no move to call to the pair since she did not know them or their voices, or scent. Besides them not being lions, which mattered little to her, since she had not been accepted by her own parents so she favored no species over another. After a bit, she rose and moved over to the water to drink herself. Sniffing the air and listening to the water to detect if there was any danger.
