Quote: You're not sure where it came from but somehow you've come into the possession of a small porcelain doll. Despite the happy smile on its face, it's anything but friendly in appearance. The pigtails look suspiciously like real human hair, it smells oddly of licorice and while the flawless, porcelain skin is intact, she only has one blue eye, a gaping hole where the other eye should be. Keeping the doll in your residence overnight produces one very vivid, very real dream of being in the doll's stead, your vision only visible through the empty eye socket. As you sit on your shelf (or chair, wherever the doll was left), you are forced to watch as someone puppets your body in your stead, taking your place. None of your family or friends seem suspicious, especially since you can't seem to scream or talk... being the doll that you now are. When you wake up, the doll has found its way into your bed, only now the hole is gone, replaced with a matching, ordinary looking eye.

It had been a grisly scene, even for his work. Crazy that he could find normal crime in the city, knowing that their was supernatural things happening as well. Sergei, dressed down in full uniform was in possession of one of the last pieces of evidence.....hidden in his trunk because it spooked him a little.
The doll had been eerie already and the russian wasn't too grounded to think it held some sort of demonic something in it, especially with the broken face and the way it stared at him at the crime scene. How he got stuck with it, he didn't know.
In the middle of the transport though, he got a text from Cass, and since he owed the woman more then she probably thought, he veered from going to the station to pick her up from whatever area she found herself in. Whether it was a ride home, or company, Sergei didn't mind. She would just be stuck with him and his cruiser though so hopefully that didn't ruin her....er...street cred.
"Oi." Once he saw the green haired woman, rolling down the window. "Have heard disturbance in the area, came to investigate...." He cocked his head, "Have heard anything out here?"

It didn't happen too often, but Cass liked calling up her hot cop up every now and again.
When the police car rolled up, she looked amused, because she hadn't realized he'd been on duty. But he'd come to play anyway and she liked that, which was why she strolled forward with confidence, despite the cooling fall air leaving goosebumps on all the exposed skin left by short skirt and lacy bralette she wore with enough confidence as a top.
Cass wore a long cardigan sweater to offset the chillier weather but it wasn't much of cover.
With the window rolled down she pressed her arms against the door and leaned forward, flashing him a grin. "Well hello officer~" She purred, brows lifting in a suggesting manner to match her cat-ate-the-canary-grin. "You know, I did hear a crash in the alley just over there. Might've seen someone run out of it, hard to say. Think you could keep me safe?"

Had Sergei had any sway over the woman, he would've given her a stern talking too about her outfit. Trying to catch the flu death out here, and pass it around. Instead he jerked his head towards the passenger seat.
"That is vhat police is for ma'am." The smirk was quick and then gone as he unlocked the door.
Unknownest to him though, the doll evidence had made its way to the front seat, sitting and watching the green haired woman as she came over.
With one eye.
Watching.

It was a good thing that Sergei didn't attempt to police her outfit choices, because Cass would have ignored him. Or she would have made a comment about how he ought to appreciate that she had goods worth showing off.
"Then it must be my lucky day to get such a handsome cop~"
The door locks clicked open and she had her fingers around the handle, pulling the door open and was about ready to slide right in when she noticed something sitting the passenger seat.
"When did you get interested in dolls?" She asked, a green brow arching when she looked from the toy to the man in the driver's seat. "It's kinda creepy." In an unfun way.

"Avvv Shucks." His face didn't really match the jest before he turned in his seat. It was only till Cass said something that he looked over.
"Vas in the trunk, I guess someone played a prank on me?" How could he miss the doll in the front seat the whole time, he had literally been thinking about how creepy it had been. As he got up, there was a strange sense of vertigo and he was sitting again.....
Watching HIMSELF move. What the ********.
"Let me put it in the backseat...." Not Sergei was out and moving to take Sergei-doll into the backseat, placing him and buckling him. A small creepy smile playing over his lips before disappearing.
"Nov seat is ready to go no? Madame?" He bowed and held the door for her, gesturing to the seat for Cass. Sergei-Doll grunted, but no actual sound came out. he watch in literal horror as his body moved without him. TALKED WITHOUT HIM.

His expression didn't have to change for Cass to be amused. Hearing shucks from her stony-faced Russian friend-with-benefits was more than enough.
"In the trunk hm?" She mused, squinting at the doll that just looked...off in a way that dolls shouldn't. "Maybe it just wanted it a first class seat instead of a dark musty trunk," Cass teased, turning to lean against the car when her handsome cop came round the car to collect the doll and buckle it into the back seat.
It was a weird choice, buckling the thing, but she chose not to think much about it. Instead, she turned her attention to the man holding the door open for her.
"Yes, but," she paused, fingers pressing against his chest to walk up them before she grabbed his shirt to tug him close. "I want a kiss~"pixie nyxie she is oblivious sorry sergei

"Doesn't like the dark maybe?" The face turned just a bit, a little more serious then normal before something odd happened. Sergei's face smiled.
Smiled at Cass. His hand taking hers.
"Awfully demanding aren't you?" He leaned down, whispering in her ear. "Perhaps I am saving the best for last?"
Not Sergei placed a small kiss on her neck before letting her go and walking around the car. "Maybe if you are a good girl....." He said thoughtfully, "We can play together."
Sergei in the doll sergei tried to shake the creature to warn Cass but he just stared in disbelief as his body did things he would not do.

The woman was comfortable with close proximity right up until he smiled at her.
Not once in their time of being ******** buddies or friends with benefits or whatever he wanted to call them had he ever smiled at her. Sure, there'd been the upward quirk of lips or a smirk but never, ever had he smiled.
Hell, Cass had been convinced that the muscles in his face weren't even capable of forming a smile and all of her playfulness seemed to vanish, even as he kissed her neck.
"Smiling, Serg?" Green eyes looked at him, listening as he talked in an unusual manner. "Hold on," she tried, but he had already rounded the car. "What's up with you? Where'd that sexy accent go?"

"Accent?" He looked over at her.
"Do you know me well then? This....man." He gestured to himself. "Because perhaps I'm a doll in a mans body.." And perhaps the doll wanted more to play with.
"I was going to go home." He buckled in, turning the car on. "To play house. Perhaps you want to come with and be my friend."
and his gaze drew back to the doll in the backseat.
"I've already got one so far."

Do you know me well?
The question had her blinking at the man even as he buckled himself in. It was a stupid question, as far as Cass was concerned. People knew Sergei as much as he was willing to let them know, which wasn't much and sure, Cass thought she had a pretty good read on her frosty ******** buddy but this was something she didn't understand.
"This game's not cute, Serg," she stated, opting to not get in the car. Sergei looked at the doll and Cass found herself looking at it too. Her smile had vanished and her painted lips were pressed in a fan.
"If you wanna back out, fine but don't be weird about it."

"Oh it is a game, isn't it." Not Sergei slapped his hands on the wheel in glee, "If you're too scared, don't get in. Probably for the best."
Not Sergei reached over, pulling the passenger door closed.
"If you change your mind, and wanna play house with me, I'll see you at the apartment." He winked, smiling joyfully before speeding out of the alleyway, leaving the green haired beauty behind.
Sergei in the doll actually grunted and earned a small reply for his own body.
"Don't you worry, we'll just have fun ourselves!"

Nothing about this whole ordeal got any better, as far as Cass was concerned. Sergei continued to act really ******** weird and he'd even shut the car door on her from the inside when she hesitated to get in.
"What the hell is--" Cass started only to have to hurriedly step back to avoid risking the man running over her foot. The car was gone before she could say another word and she was left there, thrown off by the whole turn of events.
Sergei had promised a good time and...this was not a good time. At all.
Irritated, Cass turned on her heel, phone already by her ear as she called someone else.
Next time she saw the cop, she'd demand he make it up to her, but until then, she'd find something else.
