Robinpaw liked to think she was doing well in her training. Her mentor, Duskwing, taught her a skill that nearly no other mentor had taught their apprentices and Robinpaw thought very highly of herself and her mentor for it. As a result, she tried to go training with her mentor any time she got. Yet, when Duskwing was out with her family or helping Littlepaw or something of that sort, where Robinpaw wasn't needed, the she-cat was content to explore on her own. Well... without her mentor, anyway.
She often called upon her dear friend, Riverpaw, but sometimes even she was busy with her own mentor. It was in these instances that Robinpaw would turn to her own family, Honeypaw or Leafpaw. She loved them dearly and she and Leafpaw were similar enough, or so the warriors said. They both had unusual eyes. Where Robinpaw's eyes were more prominently different, Leafpaw's fur was brighter.
Today was one such day that she was looking for her sister. "Leafpaw!" She called, parading up and down the camp. She stuck her head in the apprentices den. "Leafpaaaw!"

Rolling over still partly asleep, Leafpaw's eyes shoot wide open by the sound of her sister's voice yelling out her name. Quickly looking around to make sure everything was ok, Leafpaw relaxes and looks to her sister. "Yes Robinpaw? Why are you yelling so early in the moorning....I need enough sleep so I can perform at my top game." Rolling over Leafpaw shifts and tries to fall back asleep.

Robinpaw perked her ears when she heard her sister's voice from the apprentices den and she rushed over to hear the last snippet of what she was saying. Rolling her eyes, she batted playfully at Leafpaw.
"You're always at your top strength, Leafpaw." She mewed. "Besides, Lilacmoon would rather groom you than train you, I'd bet." She'd seen the way that Lilacmoon acted around other cats, especially the younger ones. If Robinpaw ever needed any sort of mother figure, she was certain that Lilacmoon would be happy to take on that position. That said, Robinpaw did not. She was more than happy with her own mentor to look up to: Duskwing.
"Now quit whining and come out with me! I want to go exploring-maybe hunting! It's more fun to go with someone else and I feel like we neeeever hang out anymore! That's no good, Leafpaw. Sisters oughta stick together you know!" She purred and batted at Leafpaw again. "Now shake a leg! Besides, think of how impressed Lilacmoon will be when we come back with something for the Clan!" She added. Surely that would be enough to get her sister to come with her, right?

Leafpaw listened to her sister go on and on about family, and being sisters, and impressing people, and didn't really catch interest. That is, until she mentioned impressing Lilacmoon, her mentor. Leafpaw always likes being praised so if there was a chance she could be from Lilacmoon, it was more than enough motivation to go out and hunt/explore with her sis. "OOOookayyy, fine. Where did you have in mind? Or is it more pic a direction and go?" Leafpaw had said back to her sis while getting up. Going up to her sis, she baps her nose, "That's for disturbing my sleep...but, thanks for inviting me out." Leafpaw said with a small smile. It meant a lot to her that Robin wanted to spend time together."So! Where we off to?"

Robinpaw smiled at her sister when she finally agreed to go along with her, however begrudging she sounded. When she asked about where she had in mind, Robinpaw shrugged. "I dunno. Maybe the great birch tree?" She suggested. "I mean, if it's so great, maybe there's some great prey around it, you know?" She asked. Plus, it would give her a chance to show off her tree-walking skills to Leafpaw. She bet that her sister had never heard of tree-walking. Granted, neither had Robinpaw before her mentor Duskwing, who had invented the move, began to teach it to Robinpaw.
She was opening her maw again, when Leafpaw cuffed her paw over her nose. "Hey! What was-" She was silenced by the answer and smiled. "Oh... Yeah, anytime!" She purred and nosed her sister towards the entrance. "We gotta sneak through the dirt place so our mentors don't catch us... Follow me!" She mewed, before scampering out of the apprentices' den, through the dirt place and into the woods, certain that her sister would be following at her heels.
